Today I went for my 20,000 service and as soon as we go there Brittany Snyder our service advisor as what we were needing or if we had any questions about the service. I was pleased she ask because at our first service ever there we felt like cows being bearded and know one took time to as us if we had questions about the car. This new car is wonderful but there is a lot of things we did not know about the car for example we have only used one radio station since we bought the car. Today we were very fortunate to have Brittany. I explained that in January 2024 with only 16,000 miles we had a tire blow out on interstate 485 and I was concerned about the safety of the other tires she assured us they will check them. In doing so Frank the service manager spoke to us about the tires and we purchased 4 tires today. Brittany was able to find the best deal for us, provide a shuttle to go for breakfast. After the car was ready she took the time to help us understand all of the features for our car and we finally have more than one radio station to listen. I want to thank Hendricks for having an employee as good as Brittany to help car owners like me.

Same excellent service as always. My regular service advisor was off today but in his place, Nolan greeted me promptly, courteously and professionally. I only needed a state inspection and I appreciated how quickly I was in and out. I had no worries about receiving a passed rating because Hendrick Toyota takes such excellent care of my car!

I had a fantastic experience. Brittany Snyder was my service advisor. When I arrived I told her that I was in a rush because of an appointment and she was able to get me out in 45 minutes. I had a few questions for her and she was very knowledgeable and made it a very pleasant experience.

it did take 3 hrs 30 min to service my vehicle. Other than that Nolin did take care of us and great customer service. I should ve asked for a rental vehicle. Overall we were good. Thank you.

I have always been pleased with the service at this dealership, however at my last visit, I was quoted $2900 for a new transmission pan gasket. Now I don t know a whole lot about cars, but I do know what a gasket is. When I told them I thought that sounded excessive and would have to get other estimates, the price magically came down to $900. So beware and don t hesitate to question the price. As an older lady I felt a bit taken advantage of.

Highly recommend. When I had a maintenance done to my vehicle I was pleased with the work done. My advisor, Brittany seemed knowledgeable and was prompt with notifying me when completed.

Nolan Quelix is amazing. He was able to get me in to service my vehicle despite it being a busy work day. Highly recommend him! If you are planning to service your vehicle in Hendrix Toyota Concord for any needs, i highly recommend Nolan Quelix. He's going to be my primary to-go-to person from here on out to service my rav4.
