I had a major issue with the power steering on my 2014 Cadenza. Service Advisor Brandon Owens gave me options that saved me $2,000! And he got me in and out of the service center an hour faster than estimated. I highly recommend you see Mr. Owens for your service needs.

Mitesh is lazy and unreliableIn addition, I had been telling mitesh for the past 6 months to a year that my car keeps shaking. Several occasions, he'd say nothing wrong with my car. Then, when it was inspection time, they found all the things I've expressed concerns about . Most likely, bc if something happens, they would held liable. Will not be returning to this location again. Called my service advisor Mitesh for the past two days about getting scheduled for repairs and which repairs I'd want to do first. He never called me back. I will be going elsewhereUpdate went somewhere else and gained much better service

Had had pretty good experiences with them. I do find them a little expensive. But the last time I went three things happened I didn t love 1) they recommended I change my cabin air filter even though there was a new cabin air filter I had installed just a month or so earlier. 2) my hood wasn t closed! Didn t notice until I got on the interstate and had to pull over 3) no oil change sticker was put in my windshield. A minor inconvenience but still worth noting.
