Best experience ever! Sean gave a complete estimate for work to be completed on my Honda C-RV, easy check in process, and Jeremy helped provide rental car.Best of all was that car was completed on time, repairs were excellent, Cheri efficiency handled all check out paperwork, and Sean inspected car with me to make sure I was satisfied with all repairs.I give Hendrick Collision Center an ALL STAR RATING for best possible place to get car repair work done!!

They had my vehicle for over a month and missed damage that we had discussed. My front turn signals and day time running lights did not work. They only called me three times during the month for updates all other times I had to call for updates. After they were informed of what was missed they called to keep me informed of what was going on and made everything good in a timely manner. The paint and initial repairs looked awesome from day 1. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice. At first I was skeptical about ever using them again but they will definitely be a first choice if I ever need repairs again.

The best experience I've ever had with a collision center. I was kept informed throughout the repair cycle and when completed, very impressed with the quality of work performed. Highly recommend this facility, and Angela, Michael did an outstanding job with my repairs.

Hendrick collision center of Concord did a great job with my car. They were a little further out than I really cared to travel but I m glad that I did because they did such a nice job. I was treated well by their staff and their customer service was great. They actually finished my car ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise.

Extremely happy with the work performed on my car. Michael was a pleasure to deal with in both going over the estimate and the final invoice and explaining the written warranty. Very happy with the workmanship and the staff in the office were a pleasure to work with.

One of the best experiences I ve had as a customer anywhere! Jerod Faggart was my estimator. His attention to detail and support were flawless in getting my Kia Seltos repaired after it was stolen from me and damaged during recovery. Additionally, Elaina was welcoming, prompt, and very helpful in my rental car pickup and return with Enterprise in Concord who were also fantastic! Very professional, very organized. The best I have worked with. Michael & Hannah kept me informed of the progress on the vehicle on a regular basis. I checked out with Amy. She was precise but so sweet to work with. The car was brought around for my review and pickup. The car was washed and the workmanship was beautiful.Hendrick collision will always get my business!

Unfortunately, my 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet was damaged due to an accident.Hendrick Collision Center was highly recommended for being professional, thorough and prompt and would repair using only new Audi parts.I couldn t have had better care and service. Michael Bell, Collision Center Manager, personally went over the estimated cost which was needed to repair my Audi; time anticipated to complete; and when repaired - the finished repaired car.Throughout the process - I was notified of progress by Michael Bell calling me and the Center texting me.When you have a car that is damaged fixed by professionals who understand the client s concerns for the best outcome in the least time possible - it lessens the stress of the situation.Hendrick Collision is fortunate to have Michael Bell and his team of specialists!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Follow up to original review: 3/1/24Michael Bell read my Google Review. He called me and apologized for poor communication and took complete accountability. He worked quickly to resolve my 2 issues, door handle and sunroof gasket. The parts came in, Hannah worked me in quickly for repairs, and i took in and 30 minutes later my issues had been repaired. I give Henricks and Michael Bell a lot of credit for owning/being accountable for this situation. In a difficult situation, they really stepped up and earned my business back. The finished product is fantastic and i will make sure that i use them again in the future! Great job, Michael and Hendricks Collision.... thank you for doing the right thing!Michael Bell was my service technician. I called him and leftMessages every day for over a week. On his voicemail he promises to call you the next day. I called him to discuss 2 issues that I have with the repair he supervised for my Audi Q8. He never returned my call. In my opinion this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was blindsided by another driver and had $20,000 in repairs done to my car. After the repairs my reardoor handle is damaged and the sunroof seal gasket is puckering and Michael Bell will not return my call. I guess I did not steer enough money to Hendrick Collision. $20,000 wasn t enough it s a shame that the lack of professionalism by one person can destroy so much good work by many others. My car was in the shop for twice as long as it should ve been, took 2 Months to complete and poor communication from Michael throughout. I would not recommend Hendrick Collision if you want a company that is professional and that will stand behind its work and I certainly would not recommend Michael Bell to anyone.

Very pleased with the repair work on my vehicle. Wished that I had received more update information during the process. I always seemed to have to initiate contact.to check on updates. Carl was always quick to return my calls. Overall great place for repairs. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with getting my car fixed. Nick Kinnel was very professional and communicative throughout the process of working on my vehicle. Paint matched my orange paint. Also told me if I noticed anything after the work was completed to just give him a call. I noticed a small scuff on my hood a week after getting my car back and he still treated me like a valued customer. I hope to never be back but if I am in another accident this is where I will be bringing my vehicle. Thanks again to Nick Kinnel and the Hendrick team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just to start, I d like to say what a great experience I had having my car repaired at Hendrick collision after hitting a deer. Michael Bell did an outstanding job of keeping me informed every step of the way, the repair work was done perfectly. Looks like the car was brand new again. The car was returned to me fully detailed, which is outstanding. Everything from the receptionist to the quality work was outstanding. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else to have it repaired

If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. First, they took so long to get my car fixed. At first, someone told me that my car would be ready in two weeks. Then, those two weeks turn into three weeks. Finally, I got my car five weeks later after I drop off my car at the shop. But that was because I was email them almost every day to get it fixed as soon as possible. My car wasn t in unbelievable terrible conditions for them to take so long.On the other hand, the costumer service it was between bad and average. Sometimes they will reply back, and sometime they wont.Lastly, My car was not clean because someone left some trash in the car.At first, I was not planning on leaving a review because Hendrick Collision Center of Concord did not deserve it, but then I thought this could help some people avoid a bad costumer service experience like I had to go through.

I had a great experience with Sean, Michael and Hannah at Hendrick Collision Center in Concord. They coordinated with me at every step of the process and also worked with the insurance company to get the proper level of coverage that I deserved. The end result was a like new vehicle that s a joy to drive again. I hope I don t have another wreck but if I do I know where I ll go for the repair!

This collision process is painful, hence the less than 5 star overall. But the repair folks did a fantastic job on the actual repair work. 5 out of 5 there. But the process just stinks for everyone, with Hendrick needing to wait for insurance company to approve estimate, StateFarm needs to make sure there is no fraud, but it all results in the customer having to wait way too long for the repair. The repair looks great (like factory new) and Hendrick provides a fantastic warranty on the work.

I had my 2023 Kia Forte GT-Line repaired at Hendrick Collision Center of Concord after some damage to my hood/'fender/bumper. Very pleased from start to finish! The front office is very pleasant and responsive. Elaine was always available was so nice to work with. Mariah was my Estimator and was able to work with my Insurance and the Rental Agency so that all details were handled. Work started right away.I was also able to meet the manager Michael who was very helpful and actually did my walkthrough personally when my car was ready.I can not tell that there was ever any damage and I give this place 5 Stars!

I hit a deer in a car I had only owned for 13 days! Devasted doesn't even describe how I felt. Nick and Angie were both very sympathetic and caring! I took my car in, had it evaluated and then scheduled for repairs. I had frequent updates telling me how things were going and even got my car back before the estimated date. It looks brand new! They did a wonderful job! I couldn't be happier. Thank you Nick and Angie with Hendrick Collision Center of Concord!!!

I just want to thank Nick and Elaine of Hendrick Collision Center for taking care of all my problems with my truck. From the time I walked through the door Elaine was so very polite and helpful in explaining and taking care of the process and how everything worked. Any questions I had involving my truck rather in have been in person or over the phone Nick handled asap and for that I thank you guys. Definitely recommend their services and will be using them for any possible future problems.

He took time and explained several different processes that where going on with the repair of my automobile. These employees should be commended and recognized for their efforts. They where a pleasure to work with and helped me navigate through some rough waters.

While Mariah was there, she has given us an excellent customer service. She is very professional and kind; but the results from the repairs did NOT meet the standards from Toyota neither Hendrick...MEDIOCRE repairs that you can get at any less expensive body shop in the Charlotte area. What impressed me the most is the obvious lack of inspection before the vehicle was released to me. There is paint dripping on the side, the dashboard on the top of the glove compartment has not been properly adjusted and is hanging, the front bumper bracket was not properly assembled either.. a 1/2 inch gap between the headlight and the bumper is clearly visible. I have made several calls and emails with NO results..like we do not even EXIST...what a LACK of professionalism!!! I was even told that the General Manager was going to call my husband last week, and we are still waiting for it!! Mariah told my husband in person and over the phone with these exact words "that we WON'T be paying any dime out of our pockets", and when I went to pick up my car, they made me pay $431.85 which made my husband extremely furious. With the excitement of getting my car back after more than a month without it, I did not pay attention to the mediocre labor and I just payed the amount of money to get my vehicle back for Christmas; but as soon as I drove into my garage, my husband noticed everything that went wrong immediately! As of today, 12/26/23, we have NOT heard any single word from Hendrick Collision Center of Concord to get our vehicle properly repaired! We will be contacting Corporate and even the media if it is necessary in order to get my brand new vehicle with less than 850 miles fixed!!!

My Audi Q7 was struck in a parking lot, and my faith in humanity was once again reinforced because the perpetrator both left a note AND was insured (thank you Christopher for your honesty). My Hendrick Collision estimator Michael was extremely professional, as were communications specialists Hannah and Elaine. This Hendick team really went to bat for me with the insurance agency. The insurer wanted to pay for the minimum amount of repairs, and did not want to use genuine Audi parts. After MUCH back and forth (it did take some time, but the insurance agency was fighting tooth and nail to pay almost nothing) Michael, body tech Latini, painter Timmy, and the rest of the Hendrick team were able to get the entire repair done and brought back to original condition, and it was all paid for by the insurance agency. I very much appreciate their negotiations with the insurance agency on my behalf. Thank you Hendrick Collision; my car looks brand new!

Jerod, gentleman handling my claim, was hands down the best! He and the team at Hendrick Collision center kept me updated on how things were progressing and were spot on with the completion date. Elaina handled my paperwork whenI picked up my car. She was fantastic! She went over everything with me. My car looks amazing! Just like it did when I purchased it!I have nothing but good things to say about this company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! And I would definitely use them again!

Someone backed into my parked vehicle, which is a 2017 Toyota Rav 4. thank God she was honest enough to come tell me, and God bless her for that.Her insurance company was NationWide. So I filed my claim with her insurance company, and they gave me the option to pick where I wanted my car repaired at. After doing a little research, I chose Hendrick Collision Center in Concord NC. I m so glad I made that choice.I had to take my car there for a Nationwide adjuster to see the damage to my vehicle and give a estimate.When I arrived a customer service rep named Danielle , greeted me and took my general information . She had great customer service skills, friendly, paid attention to what I was saying, and my concerns about a rental car. She assured me that when I brought my car in to be repaired, they would have someone from the rental place to take me to get a rental car. She then said Mariah the nationwide insurance adjuster would be right out to give me a estimate. Within a few minutes here comes this very young looking woman, and , I thought to myself, I bet she s to young to even know what she s doing, or have the correct knowledge to give a proper estimate.Well I was completely WRONG. Mariah impressed me in every way, from her knowledge of the parts, and labor needed to fix my car, to her excellent customer service skills, such as her explaining to me the whole process of how and when they would fix my car. She took the time to tell me what they were going to replace, which was both doors on the driver side, the she explained to me that they would have to replace the molding, and it would have to be ordered. She set up the date and time, for me to bring my car back to get repaired. I was kept in the loop the whole process by phone calls or text messages. Hats off to Mariah.I also want to say thanks to the work the body men and the painter did on my car. I could not be more pleased with Hendrick collision Center in Concord.I worked for Sherwin-Williams automotive divisions for many years so I know a little about paint, clear coats, and blending.Now that I have done business with Hendrick collision Center in Concord, North Carolina, I would never take any of my vehicles anywhere else to be repaired. I wish I would have saved the before picture so all could see what a great job they did. Overall service was good. Hannah was great with her follow up. I was disappointed when I came in on 12/30, lobby had a broken chair I sat in, when I told the person at desk about it she said you all were aware and ordered new chairs. I suggested she put tape on the chair to make people aware not to sit in it and she looked at me like I had 6 heads and did nothing. Suprised a business as large and notable as Hendrick would leave a broken chair in their lobby and not put the safety of there customers first. It begs the question "What else is wrong here?".

Nick Kinnell was my adjuster and walked me through the process after someone hit me. Mr. Kinnell kept me updated regularly and even discovered additional "hidden" damage that my insurance adjuster did not see. My vehicle looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Hendrick Collison of Concord.
