Great customer service at Hendrick in Concord. My sales Rep. Miguel did an excellent job in listening to and responding to what I was looking for. What a professional experience.Manager, Austin did a fantastic job and making me feel welcome in the dealership and Responding to my inquiries.Todd was fantastic in financing! What a tean of professionals! I ll certainly recommend Hendrick in Concord near Concord Mills and I 85 to others considering buying a newer used vehicle. Great job Hendrick in Concord in helping me close the deal and drive away in my 2023 RAM 1500! Great job Miguel, Austin, and Todd!! Thank you.

Went here 2/17 to take a look at a new ride, never owned a jeep before but we needed a replacement on our 2005 Tahoe. Maddie was a wonderful salesperson, made sure we were completely knowledgeable on all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and made us feel comfortable all the way through the buying process. We traded in our old Tahoe for a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport S! Couldn't be happier with the service and care Maddie took in walking us through the buying process! Thank you for the new ride!

Big thanks to Francina and the master mechanics who worked on my 2020 dodge journey. Francina is professional, down to earth and on point with all of her communications with me on the progress and the resolution of my vehicle repairs. She treated me like family and worked diligently to make sure the all repairs were addressed and completed. I appreciate the tech team who dedicated there time since my vehicle required alot of attention. They are very friendly and outstanding at what they do. My vehicle is running great! Huge recognition is in order for Francina and her team, for the outstanding individuals they are and the important value that they bring working at the dealership. I will definitely recommend the dealership and the service team to anyone who needs to buy or have their vehicle service. I will be back for future visits. Thank you again for all the time and hard work to make my vehicle back in excellent running condition.

I live 2.5hrs away but the Salesman Tyler Grantham and Robert Vaughan (with help from Manager Austin) were outstanding! Tyler helped me for a full week via text message sending me videos and information from his manager, Austin. On-site, Robert helped with the test drive and initial purchase process. All parties were polite, knowledgeable, and patient! Would consider purchasing from this dealership again in the future

Jeff was our sales person and he did a fantastic job. We knew what we wanted when we came in and he was waiting and willing to do what it took to gain our business. He was extremely professional yet personable at the same time, which is exactly what you want in a sales person. It was easy to schedule a test drive and get the financing completed. Woke up to a flat tire the morning after buying the vehicle. Had to pay to get it repaired, local Hendricks dealer couldn't help me. Sales rep said he would call me about 3 days after my purchase to see if I liked the car. Been 2 weeks and not a peep from him. Guess they got my money so not interested in my business now. Disappointed in the post purchase service.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Honda pilot. Raul went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with exactly what we were getting with payments & the vehicle. He made it a smooth and easy process. Tyler and Robert were also extremely helpful salesmen while outside talking to us about other vehicles on the lot. Overall this has been the best and fastest car buying experience we ve had in a long time!

I went to just look for a used nice daily driver again after a 4 year work at home position. Tyler Grantham Had the vehicle waiting for me at the front as requested, very informative and was not pushy on a sale. He worked on the paperwork as we went to eat and I left with the good deal and a full take of gas without asking. Definitely recommend him on your next going to look trip to the dealership. Daniel Conrad was my sales rep and he was amazing from start to finish. He texted me right away and we set up an appointment. It took approximately five hours but he spent the whole time with me. He wasn t pushy and really listened to what I was needing. The deal was fair. The paperwork process was smooth. Daniel took care of me from start to finish. He s extremely polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Austin and Todd were great also. It was a great experience.

My husband and I have been going to this dealership for years. Randy Hembre in the service department has always been phenomenal and taken great care of us and our vehicles. He recommended Christian Sayles, who we recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from. The whole process was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and we couldn t be happier with our new Jeep! All around great experience!

I've been a regular customer at this dealership for my routine service needs, and until my recent visit, I've always had positive experiences. However, this time was an exception.Everything started off as usual I checked in for my service appointment and even decided to upgrade my oil change package. My service advisor was professional and knowledgeable, which I appreciated. However, about 15 minutes into my visit, the situation took a frustrating turn.While trying to enjoy a cup of coffee (after a 15-minute wait due to lack of availability), I was bombarded with sales calls from the dealership's sales department. Despite politely declining their offers and expressing my disinterest in trading in my car, the calls persisted, with one representative even asking about my car payment in a way that felt pressuring and intrusive.The harassment didn't stop there. I began receiving unsolicited text messages attempting to persuade me to sell my car. Feeling uncomfortable and harassed, I sought assistance from the service desk. While the service manager promised to address the issue, the calls continued, this time from a different representative who seemed uninformed about my vehicle yet persisted in trying to pressure me into selling.As someone who values respectful and professional customer service, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. While I understand the challenges businesses face, resorting to such aggressive sales tactics is unacceptable. If this is the standard of customer interaction encouraged by the dealership, I will be reevaluating my decision to continue patronizing this dealership.

I can t even begin to say how absolutely amazing everyone was ( Todd, Tom, Tray) was in helping our family find a car! We got a 2023 jeep wagoneer, and the space we needed for our big family! They no questions ask or fuss worked with us on price points and what worked best to finance! The gave us great rebates and discounts without having to go back and forth. Just all around there to help! They were so accommodating to our 4 kids being with us and understand they could be a little extra. This was the 2nd vehicle we have bought from a Hendricks dealership and we will absolutely come straight on back to concord once again to buy another vehicle when due for an upgrade on our second car.Can t express how much I recommend this team!

From start to finish this one of the best car purchase experiences we ve had, and we ve had many! Ramiro Vargas Burgos was fantastic to work with, probably the most laid back salesperson I ve ever worked with. Chris Jordan, the General Sales Manager spent a great deal of time with us as well, answering any and all questions we could have asked. I can not say enough great things about this team of professionals and I strongly recommend anyone that is considering a Jeep purchase make this there first stop!!

I recently experienced outstanding service from Sarah, who demonstrated exceptional technical skills and customer care. Sarah's assistance was invaluable, and her professionalism is a credit to the company, deserving a full five stars.However, I'd like to suggest a lighter touch regarding the leadership team's emphasis on survey completions. The persistent requests for feedback, though well-intentioned, felt somewhat intrusive and overshadowed the ACTUAL GREAT service excellence. While feedback is crucial, a more subtle approach might be more effective and appreciated by customers.Despite this, my interaction with Sarah was stellar, and she truly stands out for her dedication and expertise. The work on the Jeep was done well and in a timely manner! Great work! Thank you, Sarah, for such a positive experience

He was easy to work with, helpful, and informative in explaining all the features and details of my new Jeep Compass. Christian went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs and the needs of my family were met. Thank you again, Christian. I m looking forward to working with you again in the future.

Our experience was not good. We went in looking to buy two vehicles and trade in our current vehicle. We had gotten an online appraisal from their store on Friday and it gave us the market value of the vehicle, 52-56k. We stopped in on Saturday to get a final appraisal and they told us they were too busy so we would have to wait a few hours or come back. I asked if we sent an email to them with photos, if they could email us the appraisal by that evening, which they said was no problem and they would do that. Of course the appraisal never came through. We went back on Sunday and they confirmed they received the images but never did the appraisal. This was the first red flag. When the finance manager finally did the appraisal, he only offered us 45k for the vehicle, despite the online appraisal being 10k higher. He was firm, no room for any movement and honestly a jerk about it. We left and immediately went across the street to the Toyota Hendrick and they appraised the vehicle at 55k. We wanted to buy two cars from them, they lost a huge opportunity because we made the deal at a different dealership.

These folks are amazing!!! Tracy Ritter was my Service Advisor and she did a phenomenal job communicating and finding the best possible solution for me. The rest of team was fantastic as well they replaced my air compressor and serviced my car in a timely, convenient fashion. Was one of the best consumer experiences I had in a while!

1/4 Raul was very nice and great to work with. Todd M. was also great. Highly recommend working with these two guys!Update from above review1/25 The jeep we purchased on 1/4 left us stranded 26 hrs after purchase. I have to give a huge kudos and shout out to Todd M. for his patience, understanding, help and overall his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were kept updated and the service center stayed on track and it wasn't even his job to do it! He has been nothing but an angel by keeping us updated and making sure that when we picked up the jeep today that we were taken Care of and happy! There are no words to express my gratitude to him! Had a major issue with my 2020 Gladiator suspension that only an after market part would resolve properly. They went out of their way to find the part and work with my warranty company to cover the costs. Well above and beyond the call of duty. I was pleasantly shocked. You hardly ever see this out of dealership service and I highly recommend.

First off thank you to Terez Porter and the whole staff at Hendrick Dodge of Concord! Walked in with a specific model and make in mind. They were open and welcoming to helping me around and giving me multiple options,was very patient and exceeded my expectations, in the past I've had difficulty with a number of things but this was the best process to date! Very attentive to details and my needs for my vehicle! I can't rave enough about everyone in the office being so interactive and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend Terez and his team for any of your future vehicle needs!
