I had General Truck Repair do a large repair job on one of my diesel trucks. They were excellent to deal with from start to finish. They did exactly what they told me they would do for the price they quoted. They answered all my questions & my truck runs great now. I could not be happier & I would highly recommend them !!!

I had a very great experience with this company. I had a f 350 From another shop had messed it up very bad. I took it to these guys in <3 days. I had my truck back. It is running the best I've ever had. I recommend this company to anyone Thanks

I brought my truck to them from the dealer and they took care of my truck, in a reasonable time even though I kept calling and bugging them. The customer service is very great I would definitely be coming back to them.

Make sure you ask the right questions and if you want an Idea of how long it will take make sure to ask a tech to give you a reasonable ETA they do good work so they are usually booked if you want it done right it won t be quick and it won t be cheap

Cannot say enough about Will and his guys for the quick turn around on one of my work trucks. Other service centers expected 2 weeks, GTR got it done and got it done right in less than 24HRS. They will be my first call next time something is down. Thanks again GTR.

Huge thanks to Will and the guys! Amazing work, very professional, overall a great experience.I had a really bad oil leak on my Cummins and these guys absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark.I highly recommend getting your truck repaired at GTR! My truck was having a leak and I couldn t figure what it was and I told will what I thought it was and he confirmed and for me and made me feel I am somewhat knowledgeable of my truck, I only had asked him to repair that and a boot that kept slipping off my hot side on my charge tube and he ended up going about and beyond more than I expected. He fully diagnose my truck and took care of my truck as if it was his, made my truck run smoother. I will definitely be back to do more business with him as it is hard to find a good diesel tech that knows there stuff and putting customers first and being honest.

Will and the guys at GTR are top notch. You can tell right away that you are dealing with a crew that knows and enjoys their craft. The shop is very well kept along with every truck in there.I m one who prefers to work on my own truck to ensure it s done right. When the project requires a pro, I bring it up to GTR with zero hesitation.Thanks again guys!

GTR diesel performance came highly recommended from a good friend and fellow diesel owner. Brought my 2016 6.7 Powerstroke in and couldn't be happier. I live 45 minutes away but it was worth the drive. Will and his team are great to work with and very professional. I'll certainly be back the next time I need something done. Great experience!

Will was great. Definitely recommend. I was traveling for work and my truck broken down. He got me taken care of right away and had my truck ready the next day. He also found an issue with my brakes that were very hazardous and I had no clue about. Showed my pictures of the damaged parts and they were destroyed. Thanks again for the help. Will definitely come back next time my truck needs any work done.

Took my 08 F350 to William to look over and upgrade. Truck runs great. I will be taking it back for regular maintenance. These guys are busy for a reason, so make an appointment. I would recommend General Truck Repair for your repair needs.

Great customer service, and no corners cut. Replaced my spider gears, axle seal and rotor and brakes on the leaking side. Was out of town and found this place based off of the reviews. Got to deal first hand with the owner and couldn t have asked for more, would use them again for anything on my truck.

Needed a alternator replaced on my 2009 Camry. After calling the Toyota garage and being quoted $650 to replace it I called General Truck Repair. Will stated it would be around $350 for parts and labor. The car was ready on time and the work was right on!!! The shop is sooo clean and everyone was very nice. Also I had him check out a problem with my fog lights not working and he repaired those for a small charge. I will be returning here for sure. Great work and upfront pricing!!

This crew knows their diesels. Fixed 2 of my teucks now. He's honest and affordable. This shop saved me over 8k in DEF repair over the dealership. Take your diesel here. PERIOD!!

Awesome experience! Highly recommend!!!The owner and his crew are always professional and take extra time to explain all options of service. I just had a few things updated on my Powerstroke and with Will's (owner) suggestion we added a Bully Dog GT tunner. Wow, my fuel economy and throttle response increase makes me feel like I am in a new truck! Very please that my 6.0 dually with 302k miles runs better now than when I first purchased it.

Brought my truck in for a misfiring issue, Will and his technicians diagnosed this issue down to a tee and provided the most cost effective solution to the repair. My bill is was fair priced and they got her back running like new. 10/10 recommend

Brought in my 2006 Chevy Express 3500 to have a engine code issue diagnosed. I already knew what the code read and had done a few quick and easy checks to find a fault. I had my vehicle towed to GTR for a full diagnosis. The mechanics spent a few minutes reading the code, drove it up and down the street, cleared the code and told me if was just a small issue with the wiring harness. I asked if it was ok to drive and they said sure. They then did a quick repair on my muffler. The entire ordeal cost $130. I asked for an estimate on the repair of the electrical cable. They offered to email it to me. They never did. The next day as I drove my vehicle it broke down with a catastrophic failure in the fuel system. I tried calling and asking them for help or advice and they said it would be weeks before they could see me. I wanted to call other shops to see if I could get seen sooner but could find none. I then tried to call back to schedule an appointment. They never answered their multiple phone calls from that point on. I even tried to contact them via Google.When an appropriate mechanic was able to do a full diagnostic on my vehicle it was obvious what the issue wasIf it had been fixed the first time I took it to GTR the repair would have cost approximately $500. However because I trusted the mechanics at GTR the repair will now run me around $4000.I'm sure these guys are great on souping up your fancy diesel truck but for real diagnosis and mechanic skills, they seem to be lacking. And on top of that I had to pay $130 for a faulty diagnosis, plus the towing fee. On top of the now $4000 I have to pay out for their poor skills.

My trucks injection pump failed and sent metal throughout the entire fuel system when it went out. I am new to the area and I didn't know any shops around here. My truck ended up here at GTR and I couldn't be happier, my truck runs great now. Will and his team are very fair and professional. I couldn't of picked a better shop. thanks again

I had a blown head gasket in my Duramax. Yes expensive, but Will and his crew got it done. They also advised me on any future problems to cover my truck over that 200,000 miles. Great quality assurance and attention to detail.

GREAT SERVICE FOR AN EVEN BETTER PRICE! Very pleased with the work General Truck Repair offered. Knew exactly what was wrong with my truck when I brought it in. Then gave me an estimate on price to fix it and time it would be done and was spot on. Definitely recommend and will use their services again if I have any automobile issues.

This location does not keep its commitment , the owner jacks his prices up . I was informed I would , have my vehicle back within three days. They had my vehicle for 14 days. Increase my final price by $1,200 without even informing me until I showed up. The owner is a liar , I had to take my vehicle to another TRUSTED shop one day after I picked it up. I contacted the owner and he could careless because he was already paid. Any company that only has one review stay away. I would say more , however this is now a pending legal matter , so I hope the information provided above tells a short story I got screwed the day my truck was towed to this shop.

This shop does great work and has good prices. The owner is a Concord local with years of experience and will take care of all and any services needed for your vehicle. If you need performance upgrades, aesthetic improvements, or just basic service this is the place to go. The owner Will is a truck guru.

I needed my son's 2004 Toyota Tacoma given a "once over" before he gets his license. We knew something was wrong with the steering but didn't want to take it to a dealership or any old repair shop. Will found the exact problem and fixed it quickly and at a great price. If you need a place that specializes in trucks, this is the place!
