The staff acknowledges you shortly after you enter. I had scheduled an appointment and they took me pretty much right at the scheduled time. The pricing was straightforward. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.

I purchased a tire the other day, and it was such a pleasure experience for the following reasons:fast and efficient service,a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff,all of my questions were addressed, and Ms Karla (service advisor), and Mr Seth (technician) demonstrated professionalism tothe 10th power. Great business.

I'm from out of town and my car broke it's axle. I just did catch them open over the phone and the guy that answered gave me the name of a tow company and let me know what to do since it would be towed there after hours. Having his help with letting me know who to call that time of night was a blessing to me. The next morning I called and spoke with Carla. She was so pleasant and told me she would give me a call back as soon as they were able to get to my car. I believe it was the guy from the night before called me letting me know what was all wrong. I hate I can't recall his name. Anyhow, they had it fixed the same day even after realizing I had bigger problems than we thought in the beginning. They kept me up to date ( he and Carla) on the progress. The guy even helped get me the best price when he didn't have to. May God bless him and Carla for all they done for me. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone nearby that needs car repairs in the future. Thank you all so much

Every associate was polite and very helpful. My inspection appointment was at 2 and the work on my jeep was immediately started at 2 and I was out by 2:30. Most excellent!

So my experience is with the Firestone that's on 378 George W Liles Pkwy in Concord, however the Manager Josh is in charge of this location as well.The manager Josh will rip you off immediately AND charges you for extra services that you didn't ask for. I got new tires one time and he charged me for windshield wipers and they were the exact same windshield wipers and I never asked for my windshield wipers to be changed. And I've noticed every time that I've been there he specifically is extremely rude to people of color.The mechanics at the 378 George W Liles Pkwy also didn't put in my battery correctly so I had to call a number they provided me to get my car towed and they said that I wouldn't have to pay fkr towing. When I did call that number. The man on the phone said they had to charge me for the towing with a possible refund.The regional manager of these locations actually called me after I wrote in a complaint about this manager and how he does not provide any good customer service. And I told him specifically that I would never go back to the 378 George W Liles Pkwy location again because of that manager. Funny enough, he never told me that the manager Josh was also in charge of this location.I plan on paying off the rest of my credit card with them and never taking my car to Firestone. Word of advice, take your car to a local shop. They're cheaper than these guys. Firestone charged me 86 dollars for an oil change. The local shop charged me 60.

We were traveling and had some issues, manager was very kind to work us in quickly to check out our issue. He and his tech got us back on the road in under an hour. MUCH APPRECIATED

Went there to get a tire plugged/ patched the nail was on the tread of a relatively new tire but I was told they could not fix it. So they could replace the tire for $167. I let them do it since I was traveling and had no time for B.S. this place is definitely a ripoff!

The representative was very honest with me and offered a solution that considered the cost of the repair attempting to prevent me from spending unnecessary money. I value that honesty. This is why I will continue to come to your shop.

Run!!! Got an alignment because my car had pull in front end. The alignment still pulled and had major play after. Returned the next morning and was told it was readjusted slightly and some other things are emailed to you. Go down the street to see what is going on and was told, bushings and control arms needed to be done along with an alignment. So I call Firestone, and ask why would an alignment be done prior to stating the other issues that are barriers to an alignment. This guys says , you didn t say there was anything else needed and we emailed you. I respond by reminding him I got the alignment yesterday and the only suggested work was surrounding an oil leak and coolant lea, after the oil change. Unexceptionable!!!!Service: Wheel alignment

Prices seem fair to me and if there are potential auto problems they let me know and explain whether it is urgent or can wait. also, they always are pretty good at letting me know how long my wait may be.

They saved me today, I had a situation where I had to drive for 25 miles and my tire would never have made it, they took care of me on a Sunday and had me back on the road in no time, great friends staff and full of helpful advise for preventive maintenance coming up.. if you found this helpful like and follow

Really appreciate the help and great service provided by Chris and everyone else at this Firestone. You all helped turn what I thought was a nightmare situation into an inconvenience that was solved easily due to your skills and experience. Highly recommend this Firestone to anyone in the area or travelling through.

The staff was nice and service was quick, but one major issue. I paid to have a full alignment as the rear is visually off and ate the last set of tires in a year. Paid and looked at the rear and nothing changed. Looking at the report the before and after are the same. I went back in to ask why they did not fix the rear that I paid for and said they don't have specs for the rear. So why would you charge me when you can't do what was requested. Would have been 5 star if not getting scammed.

We have been going to Firestone for years, but we will NEVER go again. We purchased tires from them and were told that they would provide us with a lifetime of free tire rotations. My husband only received this deal because he told him that we would just get our tires from discount tire. It was notated on his account and very clear for everyone to see. Since receiving this deal, he was being told that his tires were being rotated like they were supposed to, but we realized that his tire tread was wearing way too quickly. So when my husband approached them about it, he was told that they have only rotated his tires once in the past 2 years. He explained that he could not understand why they had not done it when we had free fire rotations. They begin to explain that it was not possible for him to have this deal and that it was not located in the system. Upon going to a different Firestone, it was clearly identified that we did have that promotion and we printed it off for our records. The manger at the concord location called my husband a liar and said that they do not do those types of deals. My husband took all of this to corporate who never officially called us back. We were told that the regional manager was on vacation and that the University manger was filling in for him. He told my husband to bring the car up there and he would give us a good deal on new tires. He went up there and of course he was not there. He left a message for him to give us a call and of course, we heard nothing back. Firestone has caused us to have to buy all new tires in less than 2 years and completely treated us with disrespect. They did not follow through with what was promised AND in writing. We will NEVER step foot again in this establishment and will also make sure everyone else knows not to ever go here again.

I have taken my Cadillac,and my GMC Terrain, here, each time I was given Top Notch Care,I have needed air in Tires, from time to time,each time someone was telling me to pull around within less than 2 minutes, and the checked all 4 Tires to be sure they have the correct air pressure,I'm thankful they issued me a Firestone credit card, I have been lucky I have only needed it a few times

Wow! What a fantastic visit! Tim is AWESOME. I drive a Hertz rental for Uber and drive a 2021 Tesla Model 3. Hertz prefers we take our vehicles to Pep Boys for service, but after using three different Pep Boys locations, I was never satisfied with the service. I could make an appointment for 10:00am, be there early, and never have my car touched until 11:30. I don't think I've ever been out in under 2 hours. I recently found out we could take our vehicles to Firestone. This location is close to my home and I was amazed with the entire staff. Tim took care of getting the authorization and they had me in and out in 45 minutes! I'm in shock!

My friend and I were on our way in a rental SUV driving from Davidson County, NC to Summerville, SC to attend a church service for a very dear friend that was retiring from the ministry after 35 years of service. Despite the dreary weather, our trip was uneventful until the dash tire pressure gauge indicated that we had a flat tire. At this point, we were < 50 miles of a 250+ mile journey. As fate would have it, we were just minutes from the Concord Mills Mall exit and made our way to Firestone Tire. We had the pleasure of meeting Tim, the manager at 8591 Concord Mills Blvd., Firestone Tire location. Due to Tim and his team's expeditious intervention, including Tim's digital collaboration with the rental agency's support services, we were back on the road with a new tire, not the donut, and made it to our destination in a timely manner.Tim is the consumate professional! Thank you Tim! Our trip would have been terribly impacted without your assistance on Sunday morning.

Car inspection took an hour. Charged an extra $10 for window tinting that was factory installed solar tinted windows on a Lexus. I tried to explain this to them. Per NC Inspections 'Vehicles with applications of after factory window tinting must be checked'. Terrible service.

One of the worst experiences.I went for state auto inspection. The lady at the desk was rude, showing patronizing attitude. They gave me an appointment for the following day. I went at the appointment time on day 2.A gentleman took the car keys. After sometime a person comes to me and says that the windshield wiper blades need to be replaced, if not the vehicle inspection fails.They overcharge me for the windshield wiper blades.They charge me $48 for Trico windshield blades for a Honda CRV. You can check on Amazon/internet. They average price is about $30, which meant, I was charged 50% extra over the average price.On top of all this, the lady at the register and the worker who dealt with me give patronizing voice all the time, as if they do charity.Do not waste your time and money over this place.

The lady at the desk wasn't very rude to my husband when he came in, and when I had to come up there 2 hours later after his truck had still not been seen she all of a sudden had a positive attitude and admitted that the reason his truck had not been seen was a mistake on her part. His truck was not seen until after 2 p.m., and It wasn't ready until 4 p.m. He had a scheduled 9 a.m. appointment and was there on time, yet he still had to wait all day for his truck to get an oil change and a tire rotation.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I ve been taking my car here for a while. Last time my oil was changed i m not sure it actually was. My light came on again after a few days of driving it, but i was told the person never reset my oil light. Two weeks ago i took my car and was told my rotors were bad and needed to be replaced. I was also told since I purchased brakes not too long ago they would warranty out my breaks that were previously bought, but now it seems like my brakes are scraping the ground. I m going to take my car back tomorrow to get checked out. I ll recommend for small issues but for anything major I will just pay the extra money and take my car to the dealer.

When I first moved to Charlotte this shop was the closet to my apartment. It was such a plus that I could drop my car off & walk back home & then walk back to pick it up. The service is very friendly. They seem to have good knowledge about your vehicle & honest about the things they need to be done. They seem very trust worthy & reliable. I have yet to have a bad experience with them & to date they are the only place I take my car to get repairs.

Had an appointment at 2pm and was on time. Waited for more than 40 min after giving the keys and yet did not start working on my car. It wasn t a heavy traffic day during my appointment time-slot. I called these guys before having an appointment and I was told it would take 1-1.5 hrs for a walk-in so I had an appointment scheduled. I don t see a point in scheduling when it still takes the same time without scheduling.
