Express Oil made it super easy to get my state inspection done. I was in and out in less than 20minutes. I did not need an appointment and just showed up.I would recommend it for state inspections.

I have had my vehicle serviced at Express Oil Change since it first opened and have consistently had a positive experience. Today I was due for an oil change and stopped by. I was immediately impressed with the young employee (a strawberry blonde girl) who offered to change my cabin filter, since no one had ever offered to change it in the past. It took extra effort to change the cabin filter - The glove box had to be removed, then a special wrench was required to unbolt the compartment in which the cabin filter was positioned. Then, once the cabin filter was changed, the same process had to be repeated in reverse. The Service Manager, Devon, was happy to put in the extra work and it was evident that he took pride in his position as the Sales Manager and in his work. In addition, the gentleman working on the oil service took the time to share a picture that he had taken of my exhaust pipe and explained that there was a small crack. He explained that it wasn t a big deal currently, and expanded on possible problems that could come up in the future. While I ve always had good experiences at this location in the past, today s service was top notch. Highly recommended.

Aaron and the crew were awesome! It was my first time and they treated me like family. I would highly recommend, pricing is fair and they are very communicative on what is needed and what can wait. Will definitely come back

We love coming to Express Oil for our oil changes. They are always very honest and we trust their opinion. If our maintenance light comes on and we take it there and it s not quite time for the oil to be changed, they won t change it anyways for the money but will tell us how many miles we have left and send us on our way. Courtney has great customer service skills and is always very helpful. Only place we go to now for oil changes!

Best express oil change I have ever had. Courtney was great, they were super efficient, and there was no busy cross sell or up charge. I will definitely be back. This place really does value your business and handles everything in an extremely professional manner.

Send everyone to Express Oil Change! They are amazing!! I had a very bad experience with Valvoline in Concord. I had my oil changed and it leaked all over my driveway the next morning. They did not change the plastic plug in my F150. I went back to Valvoline the next day and they told me they did not have any plugs in stock. They told me to run to the auto parts store and buy a plug and bring it back to them. Instead, I went over to Express Oil Change across the street. They not only fixed my issue, but they did also not charge me. I really appreciate the staff and the help they provided. 5 Stars and they will have my business go forward!!!!

Went to express oil change in concord today and had a great experience great help from two lady s who did a wonderful job on the oil change. And one young lady told me about a cabin filter that I knew nothing about thx to her got a new one and everything is good shout out to TRINITY AND KAGLA for the great work will be coming back soon

Don't bother with this place. They've been through several sets of management and can't seem to get things right.Set an appointment days ahead of time for a non-busy time to fix previous AC work they'd done. They hadn't even looked at the appointment, told me they don't warranty their AC work, it'd be a $150 diagnostic to tell me what's wrong with the work they did, and then they wouldn't be able to test or fix it because they didn't have the materials available to charge the AC system anyway.So I took work off, coordinated with my wife's schedule to be able to drop my car off, and they couldn't even be bothered to call me from seeing the appointment (hint: The kid admitted they don't actually look at their appointments) and tell me they wouldn't be able to actually do any of the work requested.Just terrible service. Their mark-up on parts is ridiculous (compare what they charge to what you can buy the same part for from a parts store), and they not only don't fix things the first time, but many times not the 2nd or 3rd either.... and now they don't warranty much of their work either.They aren't too busy for a reason. Give them a pass and do yourself a favor and go to another mechanic for anything less basic than an oil change. I drove to this location early on a Friday morning to get an oil change. The employees are phenomenal. I tried to get the regular oil change, but was informed that due to my having a high mileage car I need the synthetic. I was not aware. I was given a lesser price than I would normally have to pay and it was a quick process. I appreciate the professional and polite staff. Also, I was given a printout of everything that was checked/diagnosed that also needed to be fixed. I noticed the printout let you know what was due immediately from what was due later. I really am thankful my husband told me to go somewhere else and stumbled upon this gem. I am a Customer now and appreciate the knowledge and assistance.o

Brought my client for a full service and a tire rotation. Courtney was my technician and she was informative, professional and helpful with the vehicle. She got us right in the bay and was able to complete all task we asked to have done!!

I had a great experience here. I went in to replace my brake pads after hearing some squeaking. I spoke with the service manager, who was very nice and professional. He told me it's a bit early to replace the pads and recommended a vehicle inspection instead. They looked over the vehicle and determined the pads still had over 50% of their life.This is what good service looks like. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely be back for future vehicle maintenance.

The Service Managers Devon and the Staff at Derita Rd. location were so nice and extremely accommodating. I pulled up to their facility later than anticipated for a state inspection. Even when they were about to close up for the night they still took my car and got it inspected for me. Gonna where else but here and ask for Devon!!!

Got both my cars inspected and oil change hear recently. This place is super quick and the customer service is excellent. Also while I was in the waiting room a couple weeks back, there was another customer who was very upset that her repair was taking so long, cursing and pacing. The mechanic came in and very calmly explained that they were waiting for the part and he even came back when the part arrived to show her and they got her out the door probably 5 minutes later. Very impressed with the people here.

Love this place, everything was quick and straightforward. Alex made sure everything I actually needed done was finished or recommended with no pressure. Will continue to come here for all of my inspections and maintenance that I cannot handle myself. 10/10 highly recommend.

Man! I m impressed on so many levels. I ve seen the other reviews before I made my decision and it shows that customers are their top priority. From Customer Service to the speediness, and cleanliness sold me. I only came for an Oil Change which I arrived about 45 minutes before closing . I was in & out within in 25 minutes with it being about 3 other cars in bay. I normally take my car to the dealership but lately they haven t been putting enough oil in my car so for now on this will be my new go-to.

Great and fast, especially the additional suggested service to make Daughter's car run smoothly. It could use a little more organization in the front office shop area since there was nobody to verify our appointment. Also, a little more communication is needed between techs, since after my Aliment was done, my car was brought to the front area w/o performing my 2nd request. Nothing big, but it could be a turning point for someone else. I'll definitely be back there.I went in a 2nd time with my own car and the services was great again. However, you might wish to bring a cover, if you have leather seats. I had the misfortune to have one of the technicians that didn't care about cleaning after a good job well done. My mid console, the drivers door and even my bug reflector dirty with grease. I asked the supervisor "am I suppose to drive my car like this?" Showing him all the dirty areas and he said no. He got the technician to try and clean it, but I just left.

Never been here before. Place is pretty cool. Don t have to leave the car if you prefer. Savannah was awesome. Got and inspection and oil change and was in and out within 20-30 mins.

Extremally unprofessional staffs and the management ! They said that they can't return any parts you order for your car maintenance, If customer gets any cheaper price they will not do the price match. I wanted to cancel the order I made with them, they said you items is on the way -but I came to know they even didn't order the item at first place. But they were forcing me to buy or pay for. I said I want to cancel or return the items, they said customers can't do that once they order it... They only look for their money and not customer's satisfaction. These types of workshop to be closed.

Very bad, they said if you order any item from them to repair your car,, they can't cancel or return. Amount could be $1 or $1000. I will make sure none of my friend circle goes there.. ! Every staff says I'm the manager, if you like to talk to the manager !!!

Unfortunately I ve been coming to this location for 5years. One service day 6months ago new technician over charged me more than I ve paid for an oil change. The manager Demaj stated to let him know the next time I come for an oil change. Fast forward 6months I have a new vehicle (Jeep Wrangler) due to my previous vehicle being totaled. I asked Demaj (manager) if he would honor the 10%. He stated he would look up my account. Once I arrived he did not look up my account and called me a hustler . I m unsure what that was.about I trusted his word and remembered his face. I felt offended.I will not returnGreat employees.

This place was awesome when they first opened. The owner was there and there was a since of professionalism and knowledge.Now it's a joke. They always have new, unexperienced people here. They are really unprofessional. They have women in regular clothes, no uniform, walking up to your car looking a hot mess and slow and don't know what's going on.I was unsure where to find my mileage and the guy said, if you'd asked me a week ago I wouldn't be able to tell you. What a thing to say, I don't want you working on my car!!!I came for an inspection, and I waited 30 min... mind you, somebody walked up to my car and asked what I needed prior to me waiting 30 min. Once in the bay, they asked me to come back in an hour or 2 because they didn't have anyone to do inspections. I was livid and took my business and money to Valvoline. They are 1 street over and I was in and out in 30.mins tops. I don't recommend and I won't be going back.

They are exactly what they say. They're a quick oil change location. They charge a premium price for convenience. They got me in pretty quick and changed my oil and checked over my car and had me out in about 15min. They didn't tell me a bunch of things were wrong with my car so I know they're not bullcrapping people and they sent me on my way. I did talk with the girl that was working and she was nice to talk to while you're waiting.
