Shannon and Tom have always made time for me and my bmw's/Mini's.Tom is super knowledgeable and doesn't try to upsell work that isn't required. Shannon and Ben are very polite and will take the time to make sure that I'm satisfied with the work done and explain any charges. The guys in the shop are alway friendly and professional, and treat my vehicles like you expect the dealer to do, but better.10 out of 10 would recommend!

Love this shop. I have been bringing my 06 330 here for years. It has almost 300k miles on it. I trust Shannon, Tom and their awesome techs to take care of me with transparency. People seem to complain about the price of having high end imports worked on. The cars were expensive to start with. Parts are expensive and so is having the knowledge and certifications to work on these cars. They do NOT over charge and they do NOT perform work until it is approved and the customer has signed off on it so there are no surprises. Anyone talking negatively about Euroenvy must be taking their frustration out on them for having a vehicle that has not been maintained or has not had recommended work done. Shannon and Tom even put pictures of the issues on the estimate so you KNOW they are not trying to hide anything.If you have a mercedes, bmw or mini it is your responsibility as an owner to know that these vehicles are not like hondas and toyotas. You can't ignore issues and expect a MB or BMW certified technician to work magic. The public has the privilege of posting reviews of businesses now and cowards come on Google with lies and fabrications. Keyboard courage is easy to see through when you know first hand the quality of the business owners and the quality of the work they perform.Tom and Shannon, you keep working hard and being honest. Visited for the first time and was treated like a normal person.No Dealer upselling or overcharging.Shanon was very pleasant to work with and is fairly knowledgeable about common BMW issues.12/23 UPDATE! Another great experience and we continue to spread the word about where to have your German car worked on!Shannon was pleasant as always and, the car came out from the Shop clean and well cared for. These folks are more than fair so we are going to buy another German just to keep us from going back to the Dealer network!Thanks EA!

If you want good labor, fair prices but most important TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC TECHNICIANS . This is something extremely difficult to find and when you find it STAY WITH THEM I brought my BMW X3 because a Check engine light the diagnosis was some sensors with an estimate of $683. The day came and I brought my car. The technician said that he check everything in the computer but he thinks is not the sensors.. short story he came back and told me it was only the car switch. He could stay silent and change the ignition switch and charge like it was the sensors and I would it even never know it but the are genuine honest and instead a $683 job it end it in only $245.00 You want good and honest work they are the people and they are super friendly and helpful

This is the place to take your BMW or Mini! Tom and Shannon have been in the business a long time and know what they re doing. I am very picky on who I want to work on my car but I trust them here 100%. Their work is top notch and I have never had ANY issues. Also an awesome place to bring a car you re thinking about buying for a pre purchase inspection. Saved me big time!!

What ever you do, id recommend to stay far from this place! They will lie straight to your face about things needing to be replaced just to jack up the price of repair. Tom, the store manager is very mouthy and does not treat his customers with respect, a douche to say the very least! You d think they would treat the people who put bread and butter on their table with decency but i guess not! Definitely lost my business! (Every good review you guys see is a fake review, Tom the manager is making fake accounts trying to get his rating up!!)

Each and every time that we've brought our BMW or Mercedes products in for service, maintenance, or repair, the entire staff has been friendly and courteous. Importantly, the work performed has always been as expected and correct. They have a proactive approach to a vehicle's needs - which is a positive attribute. We appreciate EuroEnvy very much.

I have been to your shop many, many times over the years. I have always been met with courteous and knowledgeable people. Proper maintenance of my vehicle is key and I attribute my vehicle running, like a well oiled machine to Tom and his staff at Euroenvy!!! Keep up the great work!! Some people should not have kids as they suck as parents!!

I was trying to find someone to fix a friends car but mind you I m 3 HOURS away. I found this company via Google. The receptionist Shannon was VERY helpful! She answered every question I had. I know I called maybe 3-4 times and she was willing to help EVERY TIME! I REALLY appreciate everyone at EuroEnvy for getting the car fixed AND VERY QUICKLY!! Thanks again! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

This establishment is the BESTTTTT! The Customer Service and work they performed on my 2018 BMW 430I Gran Coup was top notch and professional! Honesty and integrity stood and stands out with EuroEnvy. The advice they gave me after I had to take it back to another service to had them complete the job they messed up on made my car a new one. They could have sold me a bridge but gave me sound advice. They even supported me when the other establishment called to confirm what they found in the diagnostics performed.So hats off and Kudos to you guys and I will never trust anyone else with my baby!Thank you and GOD BLESS YOU ALL ! :-)Robert A. While Shannon is very knowledgeable and helpful, the ethics of the mechanics is questionable. While admittedly I should have done more research on the dealer I chose to purchase my BMW from (lemon), the "vibe" changed considerably when I decided not to continue to invest thousands more for repairs to my SUV. I have been going to this auto shop faithfully for months since I purchased my BMW and have even referred others, spent thousands of hard earned money here because I trusted their work. However upon the last visit when I had a question about the diagnostics and declined additional repairs to the vehicle, I picked up my SUV to find that my water bottle which was closed and in the cup holder when I dropped the car off, had been opened and poured all over the front interior. I suppose as long as you never decline any repairs and keep giving them money, then you're fine to go here. However should you ever need time to think about doing the repairs or decline to invest any more money into your lemon of a BMW, then your treatment may be different.

EuroEnvy has cared for several of my vehicles! Never once have I questioned any of their recommendations as they are so knowledgeable. Repairs have always been efficient, but completed correctly! The service is always top notch and I appreciate the staff so very much!

Tom and Shannon run one of the few shops in Charlotte that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and treat your vehicle like their own. I had a previous mechanic damage the car by me trying to save a few dollars. With EuroEnvy they worked with me during the whole process to make sure I understood what was being done and update me on the progress. As long as I own a BMW they are the only people I will let touch my car.

The encounter with this store manager we had was less than satisfactory. Their demeanor was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Instead of providing helpful insights or explanations, they were condescending and dismissive. Communication was confrontational, and it felt like they were more interested in arguing than solving the issue. Overall, a disappointing experience marred by a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Avoid this store manager ( TOM )if you value respectful and competent service. 0/10 on customer service.P.S - you should comment "not a customer" on all the reviews your staff is submitting as well :)

Tom was very rude, belittling and racist yesterday when called me to decline service on my 2016 5-series BMW. Called me today totaly different attitude asking not to give bad reviews because his wife is crying. Saying he will have Google erase all them bad reviews shows the integrity and honesty on his behalf. I believe as long as you agree to pay whatever they say its wrong with the car, you're a great customer, as long as you question their diagnostics, they literally kick you out, threaten to become physical (i have it recorded on my son's phone). Saying that people don't have money to fix the car is primitive, and ethically wrong. Yes, my teenaged son sat for about two seconds in his car that looked like it was put up for sale, when he ran out like angry hippo shouting at us.They can say whatever they want but I would never go there or recomend anyone going. There are plenty shops around. Good day all!

My daughter found Euroenvy Autowerks and was set on them repairing her Mercedes. She done some research and said this was the shop for her car. Being that her work life didn't allow her to communicate with them. I handled the entire process and I must say the gentleman Michael was quite professional and honest didn't try to make unnecessary repairs and my daughter said her car drove like the day she bought it thumbs up and we've found our new shop!!!!

Tom worked on my 5 series from the time I bought it until I sold it 9 years later. He's fair, honest and very efficient. Euroenvy is the best

Only heard great things about this place from all of my friends. I personally do most of the work on my Mini cooper myself but if I do need work I would love to take it here and would appreciate that people would not be messing with it :)

EuroEnvy is one of the best independent Bimmer shops I have ever used. Tom, Shannon, Ben and team are very knowledgeable and are true professionals. They are upfront on all costing and provide a written estimate of all repairs. I first brought my 2016 Mercedes c300 into Euro Envy last year and will not take it anywhere else now (except for Inspection as that's not a service they offer here)!Prices are much more reasonable than the local (Charlotte) Dealership and they don't try to up-sell you or have unnecessary work done.They were able to diagnose and fix a petrol smell coming from the vehicle, as well as doing the general maintenance such as oil change etc.I'll be taking in back to them next month for a set of new tires - again at a reasonable price to fit! (They already emailed me a written quote (not estimate))!Highly Recommend - honest people that do a great job!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I own a 2000 BMW 7 series, as a car enthusiast, I try to repair my own cars. However, over the last winter freeze, my timing chains gave out, leaving the car inoperable for 6 months while I decided how to fix it. I searched around for different prices, 3 wouldn't touch it, 1 gave me quote that had me laughing, and another suggested i replace the motor. i takes a true mechanic to understand these cars, and unfortunately there aren't many around anymore, computers have replaced basic common sense, and without them people don't know how to think. I got my quote, made my appointment and dropped my car off some weeks later. the next day Shannon told me parts were in...Amazon's not even that fast! she invited me in to look at the damage engine while things were open and kept me updated on the progress. Then a week later she was ready, and what a difference it is. i have been running it for over a week now. the acceleration is flawless, idle is smooth and quiet. There is no better euro shop in the area than this one, the place is clean, well organized and they take pride in what they do. my car was washed and sitting outside like a showroom lot waiting for me. You can go to a dealer and pay idiot pricing, or come here get the job done.Service: Engine repair

Have only used Euroenvy Autowerks once so far, but had a great experience. Easy to make my appointment, friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics and a comfortable waiting room. My only regret is that I've spent far too much on maintenance at luxury dealerships over the years instead of using Euroenvy Autowerks! Really a gem in Concord, NC.

I recently visited EuroEnvy Autowerks for the first time and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Here's a brief review based on various aspects of my experience:1. Customer Service (5/5): From scheduling the appointment to picking up my car after repairs were completed, Tom was patient, responsive, and answered all my questions.3. Quality of Work (5/5): The quality of work at EuroEnvy Autowerks is top-notch. Car was repaired to perfection, and I haven't had any issues since. Good indicator that this is a top-notch shop is when you look under the hood after the repairs are completed, everything that was removed to do the repairs was put back in its exact place (e.g., Air Intake box connected properly to the scoop, coolant lines/hoses routed and attached to clamps) and not hastily shoved in or like my experience with other Indy shop, completely forget to put back a critical component for engine management.4.
