Eddie went over and above what I expected with my daughter's car. He checked everything out not just the engine swap. It was great that he was concerned about her safety enough to check the car over. It is best just to get it all done.The lady in the office was super about keeping me up to date with progress.

I have had Eddie Mac perform multiple repairs over the past several years and my experience has always been consistent, excellent, honest, and fairly priced. I have sent both my son and daughter to Eddie for assistance with their vehicles because I have that much trust in him! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eddie Mac to anyone for vehicle repairs.

I can t begin to explain the level of honesty Eddie offers at his shop. I went in prepared to replace parts (due to recommendations of other parties) and Eddie was so honest with what I actually needed, and went above and beyond to get me situated the same day that I had called and expressed the concerns i had for my vehicle. As a single woman I will NEVER go anywhere else again as I trust this shop is there to help my vehicle not rob my pockets! Thank you to Eddie and team!!

Took an old Camaro to Eddie today to get the A/C serviced and an overall check up as I just purchased the vehicle. Fixed the A/C which is working great and nothing else is needed for the car at this time. I ve been to many mechanics and dealerships over the years that would ve found at least 5-10 things I should (fix) asap. Honesty and integrity goes a long way when it comes to the auto industry and Eddie and team were great. I will only take my vehicles to him Eddie going forward.

The entire experience at Eddie Mac is extradinary. Eddie is an honest, straightforward gentleman who tells you the truth about the treatment needed for your car. And Bobbi is a delightful receptionist! Pleasant and kind. Joshua, one of the mechanics, is helpful in understanding the workings of your automobile. All together, a great experience!

Eddie Mac is my go to honest, professional and reliable mechanic who is capable of handling any needed repairs or inspections. He won t recommend unnecessary repairs and his pricing is fair. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Eddie Mac whether you need your oil or your engine changed. And Eddie, Thank you for your service

Was able to replace an alternator on my daughter s car on short notice. Thanks, much appreciated,Update: Alternator was failing after 6 months, Brought the car back to Eddie who honored his warranty and replaced it, no questions asked. Good honest businessman and mechanic. Thanks again

I have been going to Eddie Mac since I moved here in 2017. I looked up mechanics before I came and he came up with 5 stars every time. He is honest and reasonable. If he can't do the job he will let you know and help find someone who can. I highly recommend him.

I asked around for a good mechanic in Moss Creek where I live and all the neighbors recommended Eddie Mac. I have been so extremely happy with the way he diagnoses problems with the car and implements a plan that is reasonable and cost-effective because he cares and doesn't want to rip people off; it is so refreshing and I Thank God for you Eddie and sweet Bobby you're right hand woman! Not only have I gotten my car and my family's cars repaired with Eddie Mac but he also sold us our son's first car that has been such a blessing and a safe vehicle for a great price!! Eddie was very upfront and honest concerning the parts I was in need of replacing. I was more than blessed to find a mechanic willing to understand what I was going through financially to help me; this mechanic shop holds morals and values I have not seen since the mid 80's and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that ever asks "Hey, do you know a decent mechanic?" Why yes, I surely do! Today my '84 Toyota pickup DLX runs amazingly after a full carburetor replacement and there are really no words to describe how thankful this veteran family is to him and his staff; may you, your family, closest friends and coworkers be blessed 10x over for the blessings you bestowed upon my family!!!

As always, excellent service. I did ask if some extra items shoudl be performed but given the number of miles since my last service, Eddie recommend I just do it at the next scheduled time. I appreciated the honest answer.

Eddie always goes above and beyond. He is very honest and friendly. His work is excellent and he always takes the extra step to make sure everything is 100%I consider myself lucky that his shop is nearby, and I trust him to work on all my vehicles.

My car had severe issues, i was told it would take a week to get the parts and fix it but Eddie Mac called around, got the parts quickly, and did it within two days, pricing was fair, $150/hr of work, and they have a warranty on the work they do, I will definitely be bringing my car back when i have another issue.

Eddie truly cares about his customers and was very helpful over the phone when I frantically called after receiving a bill from the Honda dealer with a very large price tag and told me to bring it in. Eddie made sure that the dealer diagnoses were accurate and was able to beat their price by $1600. Truly a life saver and great quality work! I brought my car in as a drop off on a Monday midday and was able to pick it up within two days. Thank you so much!

Eddie Mac really came thru for me. My car was overheating and shut down once on the road and the second time when I pulled into his lot. I did not know if I had engine damage or even if my car was fixable. After waiting for a part to come my car was fixed and salvageable. I was so happy to see my car in working order again after being carless for a few days. Eddie really knows his cars and he will not disappoint in his service. You will be one happy customer.

I ve been in Concord for about 6 years now and have only used Eddie for both of our cars. Not only is the service immaculate, Eddie and his whole crew are dependable and fabulous at communicating. I wouldn t recommend anyone else. We ve gone to Eddie Mac for several years and he has always been a straight shooter, open and honest. My teen daughter was looking at a car she liked but he was honest about the miles. Recently we had a 12 year old van that we were trying to sell that had white smoke from the exhaust. We asked him to take a look at it so we know what the next person getting it would know what was going on with the engine. He took a through look at the van and replaced a radiator hose and did a radiator flush without asking us to replace things. He charged us $300 for a van we were selling with out permission. He said he wanted to take a though look at the van. It was a broken head of the engine and now could only sell to a salvage yard or to a mechanic who could rebuild the engine with the added charge to us of $300. It was very upsetting this happened because we always trusted his judgement and skills till this happened. At least he could have asked us if we were okay with a thought check and repair or no repair since he knew we were selling the van.

Fantastic service and pricing. I had a lot of work to do on my car, which was experiencing a number of issues pertaining to broken components (156k miles). Eddie ordered high quality parts for me, kept me updated daily on the repair, and gave me his expert opinion on how to increase the longevity of the car.
