Like the other Discount Tire stores I've done business with the folks were very nice. So, this is more of a cautionary tell. I called this store on Saturday (03/23), and told the employee the details of what I needed. They put me on hold, returned a very short time later, and gave me a quote. I made an appointment for today (03/25). After checking me in the gentleman gave me a quote that was 50% more that the original quote. When I told him of the conversation he said, we usually don't give quotes over the phone. But they did, and wouldn't honor that quote. I told the gentleman I could get it done cheaper (actually cheaper than the original quote), and that I would go elsewhere. So I guess I'm saying, if you want a price quote you'll need to go to the store in person to get the actual pricing.

Best. Experience. There is often nothing more stressful than an unexpected need for a tire, especially on a car you've owned for less than a month. My previous experiences gave me concern that I would have been pushed into an unnecessary tire purchase so the company could make a quick buck, but that was not the case here. They patched my tire and ensured the remaining three tires had the correct PSI, free of charge. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The team was very organized, efficient, and attentive. This team is clearly looking out for the customer's best interest, and they've officially earned the business of my partner and myself for all our future tire needs.

So glad to have Discount Tire open close to me again. Thank you to the staff that helped with a nail in my tire. Very professional treatment from my phone call to arriving to repair. Super clean shop with the newest equipment. Many thanks!

New store, same excellent service I've come to expect from Discount Tire in two decades of buying tires there. Got me in and out with a new set of Michelins in a short time. Manager Scott, lots of experience working with DT customers, does a great job.

Amazing fast and friendly service, with great competitive pricing that honestly can t be beat! The manager, Scott is always helpful and always finds the best tires for my car s needs, with the best prices. If you need a new set of wheels, go to this new, beautifully designed Discount Tire Store on Concord Parkway near I-85 exit 58 :)

Went in on a Monday at almost 5pm to have some tires looked at. I knew they needed replacing and was just going to set up to come in the next day. They got me in and tires replaced before I got to Sam's club and back. ( Wife came as backup in case they got me in.)Great service. So glad they have one close now.
