Today I had to stop by discount tire and get a new tire after a blow out, I was assisted by Paul the manager who was extremely friendly and very helpful, they were very busy but the whole team was hands on the whole time. Cars were rolling out just as fast as they were pulling in! Definitely my favorite discount tire location! Thanks Paul!

Discount Tire Concord is hands down the best around! Excellent customer service and trustworthy (they don t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don t need). I only buy tires from them and recommend to all friends and family. Just purchased new wheels for my Escape and couldn t be happier. Thank you for everything Brian, Paul, Seneca, Colten, and everyone else there!

These guys at the concord location are amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and the best service around. They are upfront with all options, pricing and make sure you get exactly what you want and need for your vehicle. Deante helped me find the best wheels and tires for my car and was easy to work with not selling me, but educating me on what would best for my budget. I ve worked with the manager, Bill, on other tires in the past and he might be the nicest person I ve met in the business. He was there when I dropped off the car and helped me get in and out with the install as I was in a time crunch. He also explained the tire I purchased in great detail as far as the benefits from Continental and what they give you monthly from Discount Tire. I couldn t be happier with this location as I won t go anywhere else for my tire, wheel, and wiper blade needs. I can t wait till they start offering even more services for my vehicles. I ve been to a lot of shops in my day and these guys are second to none when it comes to service. Great people and I ve give 10 stars if I could.

I have been using this location for 15 years and never had an issue until lately with some DOT dates which was taken care of promptly. They have always given me excellent service here.

Booked appointment for wheel balance and tire rotation.After the service I got the alert air pressure low, upon checking all tires pressure were low. What is the point of service

Our family got a flat while on an overnight vacation for our daughter s birthday. Ultimately we needed our tires replaced. They fit us in after hours, were incredibly professional and kind, and got us fixed up in no time. Thanks to our salesman, Paul!

Changed 4 tires here. Because of year of year end or inspection time I guess, it s crowder than usual. But was taken care with a short wait. Good price and service. Highly recommend

Simple and short. On a Wednesday night discovered a screw in my tire. Saw them on Thursday morning. Tire was at another location. I told them my daughter was getting married over the weekend. They ordered tire and had me on the road by 1030 Friday. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this location just does not get your vehicles out on time. I went in for a simple repair and it took extremely longer time than it should ve the hard part being they say would be done at a certain time and it was not. I would recommend a different location.

I was in town for work and got a nail in my tire. Panicked that I was gonna miss my appointment. I slid over here to discount tire and asked if there s anything they could do. They were able to get me in and out in 20 minutes with new tires announced and I still made my sales call.. Paul was a huge help - kudos to everybody.

I stopped by to get my tire pressure checked since my previous tire purchase was from them. One tire was very low, and I was told it didn t look like there was anything wrong with it, but that it couldn t be filled because of safety reasons. My safety or theirs? The way it was explained didn t make sense to me. Not the worst to happen, but disheartening to say the least.

I stopped by close to closing time when I noticed one of my tires looks really low. I showed up to get my air filled and Austin R.informed me that the tire pressure was too low to pump and that I needed to book an appointment to get it looked at. He decided to take a second look and said he wanted to make sure that I was going to be okay. He removed the tire and realized there was a nail in it! He stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. This is the kind of customer service that I want to be bringing my business to. Thank you Austin and Christian for caring about your customers safety beyond your standard expectations!

Excellent customer service! Great value! When you buy your tires I suggest you get the warranty. I have over the years gotten screws and nails in my tires, most of the time they can be repaired for free but if they can't repair you get a new tire for free with the purchased warranty.

I went there to get 2 new tires and I had a nail in the rear tire. I got there at 11:44 was told I would be done at 1:20 pm however I came back and there was more people there and watch as they skip over me I actually seen the guy moved papers around where they brought the cars at in the bay. I was told I was next however when the guy went to asked how long more it would be, he stated, the one that moved the papers around oh it s 2 people in front her, these people who came in after me so when it got to be 2:15 pm I asked for my keys and left. Thank you for wasted time. The next day I took my car to discount Tires Northlake and got there at 4:00 pm and was out of there at 5:15 pm. Thanks Northlake, Kyle I don t need nothing. Northlake took care of my car for me .

I recently purchased new wheels and tires from Discount Tire, and unfortunately, the overall experience has been less than satisfactory. I spent a significant amount of money, approximately $7000, on a new set of wheels, expecting professional installation and a smooth, problem-free ride. However, the service I received fell short of my expectations.During the initial installation, the technicians at Discount Tire failed to install the hub center rings properly, resulting in noticeable vibrations in the car. Upon returning for a second service, I discovered that one of the hub center rings had been installed backwards, causing additional issues and contributing to further vibrations. While they corrected this mistake for one wheel, the other three were left with correct installations, yet the wheels continued to vibrate.During the third service visit, the technicians took an alarming 15 minutes to hammer the hub rings into place, inadvertently causing damage to the threading where the hub rings would sit. They eventually placed the rings correctly, but the damage caused by the hasty installation was concerning.On the fourth visit, they had to rebalance the wheels after the initial rebalancing, as they discovered that the wheels were off by 2 ounces. This additional misstep further compounded my frustration with the ongoing issues.To add to the frustration, 20 days went by before Discount Tire initiated a claim to replace the one problematic wheel. This delay in addressing the issue only prolonged the inconvenience and dissatisfaction.Furthermore, during the multiple service visits, I discovered that my wheels had been scratched, causing additional damage to my property. This lack of care and attention to detail is unacceptable, and it further reflects the subpar quality of service I received.What's more, throughout this entire ordeal, nobody from Discount Tire approached me to find a satisfactory solution, despite my loyalty as a customer. As a result, I am not satisfied with the resolution, especially when it involves replacing a brand new wheel. I have wasted time, effort, and money, even having to purchase replacement hub centering from BBS and take time off work to address these ongoing issues. The entire experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed, and in hindsight, I regret choosing Discount Tire for my car service needs.In conclusion, my experience with Discount Tire has been marred by repeated installation errors, ongoing issues with wheel vibrations, a delay in addressing concerns, damage to my wheels, and a lack of proactive customer service. The inconsistent quality of service, the prolonged inconvenience, and the failure to resolve the root cause of the problem have left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I hope that Discount Tire takes immediate steps to improve their installation processes, quality control, and customer service to prevent similar issues for future customers.

I stopped by to get a tire plugged after being told on the phone it was free. When I arrived the gentleman who approached me was rude and in a rush. He looked at my tire and immediately told me they wouldn t service it because the tread was too bad, and then proceeded to quote prices for new tires. I took my car to a shop about 15 minutes down the road and they charged $15 bucks to plug the tire and said the tread was just fine. I don t know if employees at Discount Tire get commission for sales or what, but the service and experience was way below par. As convenient as the distance is for me I will never shop at this location again.

Called to see if my vehicle was ready. I showed up and seen that I had two flat tiers after buying 4 new ones. They then proceeded to drive my car on the rims back into the shop. Didn't even bother to pump the tire up before driving it.. unprofessional. Instead of discount tire the name should be discount service

i called and asked if there was an availability this afternoon for a tire rotation service and the man who answered the phone laughed and asked me how would you like the service performed? i didn t get his name but i will not be spoken down to or laughed at by some prick who only spoke to me that way because he thought i didn t know what i was talking about. utterly disrespectful treatment from this location that i ve not received anywhere else from discount tires. unacceptable behavior by customer service representatives as well. they will no longer be afforded my business

I was quoted a time for my service to begin. The service time began almost immediately after I arrived. They had my car in and out within 30 minutes of my arrival. Great customer service and care. I will be returning to this location for further assistance as needed in the future

I have been going to discount tire for 10 years in GA. Went to this location hoping to have the same experience and they did not disappoint. Great service. Great crew.If you need tires- go here!Pro tip: go on line to make an appointment. If you just walk in you may have a long wait.

Just left discount Tire. Zhaack helped me out. He checked the air in all four tires, Very friendly and I was missing caps on all four tires. he actually replaced the cap s for all four without me asking. Great customer service. Thank you

Communication is key. Didn t tell me that if there are appointments I get bumped back until I already waited two hours. Left and went to north lake. They had me back in I kid you not 5 min. Go to north lake they are nicer !

Called to see how much a valve stem replacement was and they had it done within a few minutes. Very nice to have it done so quickly by Joseph on my lunch break so I could make it back to work.

This place is great! They fixed my flat tire for FREE about a year ago(which didn't give me any problems.. There was a slit in it) and today my boyfriend got me a brand new set of tires so I ended up here again. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will return

Went here with my daughter to try and prevent her from being taken advantage of while purchasing tires for her car. Turns out I went there for nothing. The employee that took care of her was very courteous, professional and trustworthy. He left nothing to second guess. When the time comes for me to get tires for my car, I know exactly where to go. I've already recommended them to my family and friends.

I come to the store this morning before 8a to take advantage of the first come first serve. We'll im the second person to be helped pay for my tire... sit there an hour only to be told they don't have my tire in stock. Making me late for an appointment I had this morning. So I came back a little after 12p sit her for 25mins waiting until they start on my tire. I'll be going to a different location from now on.

In a reviewing mood today and needed to stop and say how fabulous Discount Tire is across the board since I sent a friend to one in Tennessee based on my (long term) NC experience and she found it to be the same.Friendly, helpful, professional, experienced staff and the absolute best "after you leave the parking lot" customer service I've ever had. We have had all our cars rolling on Discount Tires for more than a decade and have never once been disappointed.
