I was desperate, my car experienced a catastrophic shutdown. I had my car towed to Concord Auto Repair and they kept in constant contact with me about the issue it was having. They were able to fix it AND at a reasonable price! I was so impressed, I will be a customer for life!

I called and spoke to Greg. "Any chance of getting my starter replaced today"? He said, "I think we can get you in." After dropping my car off about 2pm, I fully expected a call back stating that my car wouldn't be ready till the next day. Nope. He called me back a few hours later to say it was ready. When I picked my car up he took the time to discuss the repair. *Concord Auto Repair* gained a new customer.

Highly recommend! I bought a car that turned out to have a ton of issues, each time they have repaired my car is has cost significantly less than quoted from anywhere else. Twice I left paying less than I was originally quoted at this shop because he found the issue to be a smaller easier fix than we originally thought. Honest, approachable and down to earth and gets it done!

The best in Concord! Probably the best in NC. Took my 4RUNNER here for a basic tuneup (spark plug and wires) most of the other shops told me $200+.. I had it fixed here for $80! awesome! very fast service! friendly customer service! Love it!!!
