I've been here twice in the past week (once for a windshield wiper fix and once for a vehicle inspection). Andy is so nice and they got me in and out both times quickly and easily. They seem very trustworthy as far as pricing and services go and they are very professional and friendly. Go schedule an appt!! So glad I did, and I'll definitely be bringing both of my cars back!Services: Auto side window replacement, Vehicle Inspection

I just wanted to shout out to Andy, and Dennis on my experience over the years I like to refer to them as my angels. Andy is very helpful, very knowledgeable when it comes to his job. I will always take my car to Carolina Auto sport

I must say that I have not dealt with many mechanics and the ones I have left a bad taste in my mouth but Andy of Carolina Auto Sports is the epitome of top tier customer service. He was extremely helpful getting my car fixed up with fair pricing and speedy service. I was taken care of and would highly recommend especially to any families that have college students out in the world for the first time. I know nothing of cars and Andy definitely made sure to explain everything that he did or needed to do on my car.

I bought a 2007 Saab 9-3 2.0 turbo a little over 2 years ago. The lady I bought the car from recommended this place to me the day I purchased it, had she not, I would have been in serious trouble! The first time I used Carolina Auto Sports they told me exactly what the car needed, quoted me a price, and I left to get some quotes from other shops around the area. What a waste of time that was!!! Carolina Auto not only had the best price but they had it beat by over a grand, I have never looked back! Andy, Alex, and the rest of the crew never disappoint. My 15 year old Saab isn t the fanciest or the prettiest but she is mine and I absolutely adore her. John at Carolina's Auto Sports was recommended to us by my father for service on our vehicles as Lexus/Toyota were John's area of expertise. My husband first took our Chevy Suburban and was immediately impressed with their knowledge, attention to detail and passion to provide exceptional customer service. I met John and the staff for the first time this year when taking my Lexus in for service. John and Andy worked over the entire vehicle ensuring all areas of concern were addressed and taking care of little things that I did not know were a problem. They've serviced all 3 of our vehicles and all are running well!!!Their thorough approach puts my mind at ease when I am driving all over for work, carpool and errands. The service is great and personal plus their pricing is incredible compared to dealerships. If you are like us and want a mechanic that really knows your vehicle and knows you, then this is the place to go. As usual and expected, CAS brings confidence to repair on my old 93 mustang. Andy... my mechanic... did solid, fast work replacing my transmission and installing struts. A day after, I drove 2100 miles on a road trip with no issues. Good work, good people.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Carolina Auto Sports has excellent and knowledgeable mechanics and friendly customer service. I've never had a surprise charge or unnecessary work done. I always receive a phone call prior to any work or new findings. Johnny and Andy will not only explain what work needs to be done, but will also show me and will answer any questions before starting on any repair. I would highly recommend this shop for all of your vehicle repair needs!

These people love cars. They are GOOD! Took my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and they spotted something that had gone unnoticed multiple times by a major Charlotte auto dealer's service department! I have been here multiple times, and plan on coming back for anything I need! They are good people.

As a first time buyer Al was exceptional. He was patient, knowledgeable about the model of the car, and he worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. I would recommend anyone to buy from him with no hesitations! Thanks so much for the awesome SUV and service!

Once again John and his guys fixed me up right. New vehicle had an issue and the dealer wouldn't help me. Came right over and then took a look. Ooor was an easy fix. I really appreciate them taking the time to not only fix it but explain to me what was wrong, how and why.I'd recommend them to anyone for anything. They are fair and a real family feel business

I will simply say that these guys are rare. They are honest and fare. Most mechanics these days can only diagnose and fix your vehicle based on the computer code. Well, they know cars and are able to go old school. They saved me a lot money. The dealership was not able to find my problem, but CAS did. Just need to replace my battery.

I had been looking for a local garage but didn't know where to start. I simply don't trust the dealerships and im particular who lays hands on my Lexus and Toyota. John at Carolinas Auto Sports was recommended by a close fried who has well over 15 years with Lexus. He advised that my vehicles were Johns specialty and that I could trust him completely. I met John and the staff for the first time when my GX470 needed a new timing belt and all the little things that comes with it. The entire experience was exceptional. Johns knowledge of my SUV and his behavior put me at ease. The work was done quickly and I've not had a problem going on 8 months. Just recently they replaced the front caliper on my 4runner and even put my new pads on for no extra charge. The price was incredible compared to the dealership and they got me first thing the next da after I called. I was so impressed I bought the guys lunch that day. I must admit I went home and took off my tire to see the work performed ( im anal that way). I was so impressed to see that they had cleaned the entire area, used new pins and a new ant rattle clip and greased everything appropriately. I know for a fact others do not do this. Please give this place a shot if your looking, you want be disappointed! Thank you Carolina Auto Sports for giving me piece of mind and outstanding service in a world where others have forgotten what customer service is.

I am extremely pleased with the thorough service provided by Marie and the Carolina Auto Sports team. This is our second vehicle with this car dealership, the first since Marie joined the team. She has made every effort to ensure we are satisfied customers, and we truly appreciate her and the team for that!

I had a wonderful experience here.They have the BEST customer service of any other auto place that I have been to. I do not have good credit an I was worried that they wouldn't be able to help get me in a car. I spoke with Marie over the phone and she was so nice and respectful she told me that they mostly work with people who have bad credit and she would see what she could do to help me,and put my mind at ease.when I went in and spoke to al the salesman was also so nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car

I went to Carolina Auto Sports to set up an appointment to have my front driver side headlight unit replaced. Andy was at the service desk on the computer and asked me what I needed done. I explained that I wanted to make an appointment to fix the headlight. He came outside and checked the situation. He went back to the shop and came back with a light bulb. I explained to Andy that I YouTubed the job and they took off the front bumper! Andy reached down between the battery and car frame and took out the old bulb and replaced it with a new bulb.Done!

I loved dealing with this group. Very professional and patient even when I put the keys to the trade in my my sweatshirt pocket and we searched for over an hour for the keys! I recommend doing business with Carolina Auto Sports. Everyone was so nick and it is worth the drive to Concord, NC!

Being a very detailed oriented person, I usually have some complaints or have to point out something that was missed, but never with John and his team. A big Thank You guys and gals. Johnny is my guy i used to work for this company 10yrs ago and has always been satisfied with all the quality work they do there johnny the master tech of lexus/Toyota help me with tons of stuff including with my own vehicle i always recommend johnny and what's up johnny it's me thomas
