These guys went above & beyond my expectations of repair! They took very good care of me & my vehicle. I was involved with all communications through all they're repair services. My vehicle was right on time, with the estimated date of pickup! When I picked it up, it was as before needing bodywork conditions. Perfect! Was also told they stand behind their work for a lifetime! I highly recommend Caliber Collison! If I ever need any of the services they provide, they are in 1st place for me. Above & beyond services! Thank you Caliber Collison! Thank you Scott Silver!!

My car was show room perfect when I picked it up. Steven did a great job updating me with the process of the work that had been done on my car. At the end my car looked great and it was done earlier then original completion date .

Everyone I spoke to during the whole repair process was so helpful and friendly!! David kept me up to date throughout and wouldn t let me take my car home until I was completely satisfied. No one wants to have to have their car fixed, but if it s ever needed, I cannot recommend Caliber enough!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Falling limbs damaged our highlander and chevy truckOur insurance company recommended several companies for repair. We picked Caliber and are completely satisfied with their work on both vehicles. The repair of a broken windshield and dented hood was completed to our total satisfaction.Caliber had to remove the passenger side truck bed panel and replace it and after completion, perfect! What a tough job !They also discovered a potential problem with the in tank fuel pump and recommended I replace it since the bed was already off. I got the pump and they replaced it which probably saved me future high cost to have it replaced. Their in-process status communication was great and the completed work met and exceeded our expectations!

Nobody likes going through a repair after someone tears up your car. However, they did great work--which is more important to me that saving a day or two. The best part is that David kept me informed the whole time so I knew when to expect it to finish.

They were extremely helpful. They repaired a minor bumper damage without charging me. Steven was knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure. The woman at the front desk after hearing my issue knew exactly who send to assist me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thing's have changed so much since the last time I need a body shop.1. Customer service a 102. Parts Fitment a 103. Color match a 104. Vehicle delivery a 105. Car is silver and 8 years oldand they got the paint match perfect .PS I'm a car guy and look at all of the little details and Caliber collision got it rite.Thank you for a job well done ..

IT TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS TO GET APPOINTMENT TO GET VEHICLE IN TO SHOP TO START WORK AND ANOTHER 3 WEEKS TO GET CAR REPAIRED ON ONE PANEL ABOVE WHEEL AND UPON GETTING CAR BACK, DUE TO THEIR TAPING AND PROCEDURES EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT CAUSING SERIOUS PEELING OF VEHICLE PAINT AREAS NEAR AND AROUND REPAIR. I have filed claim with nc consumer bureau of Investigation, BBB and state and federal Attorney General. I would highly recommend to avoid this company 100% they damaged my vehicle and did NOT care. They only are good to the customers that are wealthy. They have no care or concern to the underdog or less fortunate. May God have mercy on this company.

Great customer service. Thoroughly please with the finished work done to my vehicle. They were very professional, answered all my questions, kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle as it was being worked on and returned my vehicle quicker than promised and in superb condition. It was clean inside and out and the work looked flawless. I recommend this caliber collision to anyone in need of service to their vehicle. I am so thankful. It was already a stressful situation that caused the need for repair and the caliber team made sure that the repair process was smooth and easy for me.

I crashed into the back of someone who stopped in the middle of the highway in July 2020. My 2018 Dodge Challenger bumper was hanging and parts under the hood (near the bumper) were messed up. I choose these guys to repair my car and I'm really happy with the finish job. They restored the car to the original look. Brought the car back to life. I was nervous for the two weeks they had my car on what the finish job would look like. Mr. Den really relaxed my nerves by providing daily/weekly phone calls to me on the process of the repair. I really do appreciate their friendly staff and professional repair work they did. Would recommend them to anyone needing a repair done right.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Just want to let the people at Caliber in Concord know, job well done. Everyone from the receptionist, adjuster, and the technician, all were very courteous. Car was worked on during a very busy part of the month and was still finished when promised. Car was also brought to my home by caliber upon completion. I had to get my bumper repainted and a trim piece replace due to someone scraping the paint off in collision. Paint job was excellent and trim looks good. they also washed my car and wheels/tires and cleaned the inside weather tech floormats. only took 1 day to fix it and i am very pleased.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Definitely do not recommend. My first encounter with Caliber Collision was shortly after Memorial day 2019. They "fixed" my car, my insurance paid for all repairs, leaving me with the $500 deductible. That July, I was back at caliber collision due to peeling paint on the part that was supposedly repaired.....they fixed it...great! September I was back due to peeling paint and a protruding part(same part that was supposedly repaired) They pulled my car to the back, fixed the protruding part, and told me they would get back with me on the peeling paint because they would need to replace the entire bumper BECAUSE IT WAS A KNOCK OFF PART! So, if i'm understanding this correctly, they took my insurance money and placed a knock off part on my 2017 car?! If my insurance company was paying them for the part and to replace it, why not just put the correct part on my car to begin with? Finally spoke with a man named Jesse in January who instructed me to send him a picture of the peeling via email (which i did) I still haven't heard anything from Caliber Collision in Concord NC. It's now February 2020 and i have yet to have this resolved.. All i want is my car to be fixed properly, but since September all i have received has been "the run around"
