I moved to the Charlotte area 5 years ago and I had not been able to find a reliable place to take my Honda that wouldn't take advantage of my absolute lack of car knowledge and try and overcharge me for every service. That was until I found Cabarrus Import Service! The guys there were SO kind, explained to me exactly what my car needed, got my car in and out of the shop quickly, and are the most reasonably priced auto shop I've ever been to! I'm so thankful to have found them and as long as I'm in North Carolina, I'll keep using Cabarrus Import Service!! You have a customer for life!

I've been taking my cars to Cabarrus Imports for years. I've always had wonderful, trustworthy, professional experiences with the mechanics here. That's probably the reason I drive 4.5 hours to have the shop continue to take care of all my car maintenance service needs. The quality and affordability of the work they give every customer is stellar in everyway and only surpassed by their Southern hospitality. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to know for sure they're dealing with honest folks who know you work hard for what you have, take care of your care like it's their own and get you back out on the road safely without breaking the bank.

First the estimates are accurate, second the scheduling and completion times are accurate.I personally have used them three times they are knowledgeable.I recently moved to Concord. My anxiety of finding a mechanic shop ended after using Cabarrus Import the first time. I will use this shop unless my residency changes. I love my car so you have to be special to touch it and they are.

I have been taking my Toyotas to Cabarrus Imports for maintenance and repairs for about 25 years. The combination professionalism of the staff, the quality of their work and the fairness of their prices are unmatched. Some of the best people and great service you will ever get. They always welcome you in with a how are you doing and hope you have a great day. All the workers there care about you and want you to have a great experience. They are quick and they know what they are doing. I will always bring my vehicles to these guy on anything and they don't find answering questions over the phone as well and help guide you in the right direction on what to do next. I think the world of this shop. My Starter went out and they put my only car to drive a little higher on the list bc I drive it for a living. Great warranty on part & labor. I will return.

I love Cabarrus Imports and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact I have told all my friends and recommend them to anyone looking for good reliable car specialists. It is funny to say but I only buy Honda and Toyota's these days as I know Cabarrus Imports will always treat me right. A number of years ago, I got tired of always being screwed by the dealership and started looking for another place to service my vehicles. I was referred to Cabarrus Imports by a friend, went there, and have never turned back. I always feel like they are honest, are fair with what they charge me, and don't suggest unneeded repairs.If anyone is making America Great Again......it's Cabarrus Imports.....Keep up the Great Work!

Wonderful service. Another place charged me to fix my 2012 Honda Pilot and failed. Then Gerry Woods Honda gave me an astronomical quote and no confidence that it would be fixed. Cabarrus Import Service fixed it quickly, and very well for a reasonable price.

I was referred here, but unfortunately they only work on Asian imports, and mine is German so they could not help me. But they were very polite.

I really can t say enough great things about the guys at Cabarrus Import Service. They were very personable, explained the services and pricing before working on my vehicle, and went above and beyond with their customer service. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is a challenge, but they made it so easy!

Steve and Charlie are the best! I would give them ten stars if possible. Have been working on my cars 20+ years maintaining and servicing three different vehicles, Steve is the absolute best and he is the only person whom I will trust with my car. Their pricing is very reasonable and they will not rip you off or sell you unneeded service. Being a female in a male dominated industry, this is very appreciated! As long I I drive a Honda or a car they service they will be my mechanic. I can not say enough about these guys and their business. Cabarrus County is fortunate to have them in the area!

Had the clutch/flywheel, brakes/rotors and slave cylinder changed out on my car. Then were done very quickly, we were expecting maybe 2-3 days, they had it done in less than 1. Amazing work. Thank you.

They are conservative with your money and treat you like their family is driving away in your car. As a single parent I just appreciate the trust built over many years and 2 cars for service. Took my wifes 06 Honda Odyssey with a broken bolt in the block. They were able to remove the bolt and even replaced the belt that was worn. All within a few hours. Price was more than reasonable for the work. Very nice and knowledgable employees. Thanks Cabarrus Imports for a great job.

5 stars across the board. If you have an Honda/Acura or other import, dont think about it. Just go to them. Being new to an area, finding a reliable mechanic is always one of the toughest things to figure out. I had only lived here for a little while but when my clutch went, i chose them and man am i glad i did. They had an brand new clutch and flywheel installed in my 07 civic si in less than 24 hours. Great communication throughout to understand what my issues were. Not only thay but i paid half as much as i would have going somewhere else. These guys dont waste your time or theirs with repairs that dont need done. Instead, they adress the issue that needs addressing , and get you on your way and theirs as quickly and effectively as possible. The new clutch i provided for them to install on my car is amazing. The car is operating and shifting better than it ever has. I recommend these guys. They're great! Thanks genetlemen!!

My first experience using Cabarrus Import for Oil Change and Brake Pad service was a great experience - I didn't feel "co-erced" as I have by other dealer/service and quick-oil change vendors that something else was wrong at EVERY visit....ALWAYS driving out feeling taken.Shop is clean, Drop off key box convenient. From the price quote to payment and delivery, I felt that I received a good value with professional integrity - hard to find in this day and age. I will return.

I have been a customer of Cabarrus Import Service for years. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are skilled, honest, trustworthy, fair, efficient, and personable. Whenever I need service or repairs to my vehicles, they are my "go-to" place. I highly recommend them!

Myself and my dad have been going to Cabarrus Imports for almost 30yrs. Since I live farther away I am not able to go regularly but I came back the other day to get a second opinion and decided to go with their service. It was and continues to be a great decision

Addressed an obscure issue my tires were having with very little information to go off of. Quick, extremely nice, and very well priced. Would reccomend to everybody (atleast for basic diagnostic/inspection issues)
