I brought my car in to pull a dent out and secure my bumper. Tim was about as nice and accommodating as someone could be! He did exactly what I needed on the spot and then told me the repair was minor and not to worry about it. I was grateful and would certainly use Baker Body & Glass for further body work issues. They seem like people who just love to work on cars. I was really impressed!Service: Body & Trim

The Work Tim and his staff did on my car was EXCELLENT. Tim made sure my car looked as good as when I bought 4years ago. Hands down they are the BEST

Great customer service experience! I needed a car door aligned after a bump up. Asked for alignment of the door only, no buffing and no painting. Not only did he meet his quote, he took the time to buff off as much paint and rubber transfer as possible. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the car looked for the low price he had quoted me. I will be back if God forbid anything every happens again. Tim is an amazing man and business owner. He is honest, fair, reliable and prompt. But most importantly he's a man of his word. His crew is equally wonderful.I have sent several people to him in just the short amount of time since he fixed my vehicle. It was because of the impressive work he did that made these people ask me who repaired my vehicle. He came highly recommended from the dealership I bought my car at by several of their employees. And I thank them every time I see them since.Go see Tim at Baker, you'll be glad you did.

I own a car dealership and used car service center. I have been using this shop for almost 20 years. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I needed my tailgate on the truck lowered to get a light bulb tested to pass inspection (another place was doing) and this one Mechanic at Baker, took his time helping me test the bulbs and my tailgate was stuck from being hit from behind (prior) He lowered it to test the lights. He did not hesitate in helping me. He was like a "Knight in Shining Armour" and did not charge me a dime to do any of it. Truly great service experience. Giving your time doesn't always mean you have to charge for it. He did a community service and seemed to be very happy to see that I was happy. I think we made each other's day! I would definitely have these guys do work for me in the future. I'm going back to get my tailgate fixed (spare vehicle) so I wasn't pressed to fix it right away. 5 Stars for these guys

I called this place to ask if they could help me get my bumper repaired on my truck & the guy I spoke with told me he couldn't mess with it for 2 or 3 weeks & he cut our conversation very short & didn't act like he even wanted to talk to me. I heard good things about this place but just from my phone call to them I will not be using their service. Maybe he was just having a bad day, I hope they don't treat all their customers like this.

My mechanic recommended them so I took my car there. They were fantastic, I took my car in for what was a fairly simple fix but they jumped right on it and fixed it quickly. Very reasonable and fantastic service, they have my business in the future.
