Super fast very friendly service the guy helping me was very helpful an knowledgeable he knew his job very well an really helped me by looking for substitutes spark plugs that would be compatable with my vechile he really went above an beyond helping the parking lot was very clean the store was very clean an stocked very well an was very easy to navagate thru thr isles of the store it's very awesome auto parts store

On multiple occasions this store has run promotions with the same oil filters they don t stock. Politely, after 3 failed trips and now my fourth the Store Manager couldn t grasp the concept of giving me any cheaper oil filter so I can complete an oil change.My favorite part was when she snipped at me while explaining I would be perfectly okay with the cheap bargain brand filter to which she replied I m not slow so I understand you Absolutely disrespectful for a number of reasons.Shop elsewhere. Poor stocking, poor attitude and an overall lack of service. I ve seen at least 15 store managers in five years, maybe the next one isn t going to bash on people with disabilities in a casual conversation. That would be nice.

Walked in, ask the manager did he have a brake caliper rewind tool. He looks me in the eye and proceeded to talk to a customer that was at the back of the store as if I didn t exist.I then say, You didn t hear me ask you a question? He the says that he was helping another customer. I said All you had to do was say that you were helping another customer and then I ll be right with you, or just answer the yes or no question! After that I then ask the other employee did he think if it was right how the manager acted. He says I don t know because he didn t witness what happened. I said, I told you what happened! I then walked off and went to Carquest and found the same tool for $40 cheaper. I ll be calling the corporate office.

This store went over and beyond to help me last night with my truck issue. Particularly a young man named Nick went the extra mile to try and help and I appreciate it. I would highly recommend this store for your automotive needs.

I had a slow start with my car. Hubs said, take it up the road to AutoZone for they can check the battery. They couldn't even test it because of the battery acid. I ended up buying a new battery and they installed it. Plus, they cleaned my battery cables. I was very impressed. Thank y'all so much!!

Had a great experience here today with Braden. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get me out of there with a new battery installed within like 20 minutes!! I also appreciate him not speaking down to me or making me feel stupid during my visit. 10/10 would recommend+

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL.. MICHEAL IS THE LEADING EXAMPLE OF HOW TO REPRESENT A BUSINESS!! AUTOZONE NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE HIM AND EVERYONE ELSE AT THIS 601 LOCATION. ILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

purchased a low beam headlight for my car, whenever i went to install the light was faulty and messed up, wouldnt light up .. i come back to exchange it for a working bulb and they say they cant change it out .. guess this location is ok with selling faulty parts and running off with your money

Make you do your own diagnostic now... without making sure customer is familiar with Their* equipment. Online Customer service is fast at responding to find a solution. Yet my experience will just keep me from revisiting again.

Way over due for windshield wipers.Two different measurements for my wipers. Very friendly and helpful and helped put them on. Done in 10 minutes.

the service was great. cant remember the guys name. really tall guy. very personable, knowledgeable , and attentive. replaced my wipers on my v.w . I'd give a higher star review. if there computer didnt have such trouble. recommended several of the wrong blades.

Well if I could rate this place lower then it would sure deserve it, where do we start with an extremely rude staff or the only auto zone with a different return policy. Ever since the staff change at this location it's gone down hill from there, I have a item under warranty that broke so I went in to order another one and they want another 400+$ to replace it and that hole I'll get my money back when it gets is bull I'm not paying for the the same item twice what a load of bull hockey. who in there right mind would make some one PAY FOR SOMETHING TWICE. Plus the rude manager plus some other lady that works there when I attempted to talk with them about there policy they are the people that will shake there heads make very rude assumptions about there costumer and are to much of a smart mouth to people. I have shopped here a long time and has always thought alot about this store intill now, I will never return I'd rather drive 20+ minutes to advance auto in locust then the 7 minutes it takes to here here I hope something changes soon at this location.

#1 STORE ALL THE WAY AROUND. This store and its employees are top notch. They will do their best to get you back on the road again. Jesse is THE BEST representative I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you are tired of auto parts stores being rude and c0cky... GO HERE!

Stopped by this store Saturday afternoon to pickup a bag of oil absorb. I found it right away close to the area where they sale oil. That makes good sense to me .The store was busy but they had several cashiers so the check out was quick. I got a 15 lb bag of oil absorb for $10.00, I thought that was a decent price and much less than I was expecting .

That guy Brad really help me this morning before he went to deliver parts. The instructions weren't helpful but Brad C was. And the rest of the guys were great to. Remember they aren't certified mechanics. And shouldn't be held to those standards. Thanks for the help Brad.

The store is always understaffed. I went in to get wiper blades. There was one person working and four people in line. They did not have a book or computer to tell me what wiper blades I needed. I left and went to Carquest where I was properly greeted and was out the door in 5 minutes with my wiper blades

Best AutoZone around! Elaine was my CSR and she was amazing! I had to change a radiator hose and couldn't have done it without her help! I'm grateful she was the person who I got. If you need anything, go to this one on 601. They will help you any way they can! They have a loyal customer now bc of her!11/18-Ran by to get a headlight. A employee named Jessica "helped" me. Apparently I had too many questions for her. I asked about other lights. She didn't answer, just said that was all they had. I wanted to walk back over to where she got it from but she just kept saying cash or card. No helping, just "cash or card". Then when I didn't hear how much she said and repeated a wrong number, her and the other employee threw each other the "look". If you've ever worked in customer service you know the one I'm talking about. She is a very bad representation of the business. I wish I had gotten the woman (Elaine) from last time. Now I don't want to go back. I may have too many questions...
