3 employees working talking between themselves as one salesman looked up my car for the correct battery needed. This man was the most condescending person I ve met in quite a while. He was was so disrespectful that I told him to forget it I would go somewhere else. That has never happened to me at Auto zone or anywhere else, and I was very surprised to be treated like an idiot as a paying ready to buy it customer. I won t be returning to this location.

The best experience with this location.I was having trouble with my battery, and my husband called and spoke with Blake. I drove in and he texted my battery and took care of my truck in no time.Very satisfied client. I will definitely recommend this AutoZone 3909 at Geo W. LilesConcord.

I had a great experience with this autozone location!!!! I had to get a new battery. They battery I was going to purchase was a 1yr warranty. I was convinced by the associate to get a 2yr, which made more sense! The associate had a great personality and changed out my battery. I would recommend!!!!

Great service. The store manager Blake greeted me when I came in. Got me what to needed right away. Offered to install my windshield wiper even though it was raining outside. While waiting for the install an associate came up to me to see if I needed any assistance.I will definitely return to this location even if it s out of my way!

Thank you so much to the gentleman who just took care of my husband and I! Our splash guard fell off on the interstate on our way to the beach, and he was so kind and helpful! We are now back on the road. I wish I got his name

Very helpful staff and well stocked. I went in because my windshield wiper was broken and it was raining. Quickly a gentleman assisted me and installed the new ones. Convenient location. This is my go to.

Sitting here since 6:45am waiting on the store to open, it is now 7:30 and they are still not open. I am Waiting to get the tools I need to start my job today, and have my dog with me in the car.Taking my business to advance right around the corner . Don t rely on this store to be open at 7am. (It s the only auto parts store in the area that s Suppose to open early)

Very helpful they seem to know a lot about what they're talking about and if they don't they ask questions on the phone to someone else at another store to find out for you I would totally recommend that someone go and get their parts from that store

Overall great experience. I got there early before I went to work. Only one employee working. They helped me find what I was looking for. Since he was the only one there. He wasn't able to help install my windshield wipers. So 4 out of 5 stars.

I forgot to ask for the guys name, but he was younger and in some kind of management position. Anyways, he helped me find the right products I needed and I loved my experience. Way better than advanced auto parts

Has good product selection but no one willing to help you without feeling unhappy and depressed seeming. Once, I had a nice lady who was happy and glad to help but not since. They also seem to always only have one of everything tool bit related. Particularly just one, if not out of stock, due to there being only one

My order had to be shipped to this store location, it arrived a couple hours after expected. There was some confusion on where I requested my order be delivered (the store I purchased from). But when I arrived at the store the delivery truck was pulling up as I entered the store, Bailey provided excellent service even helped carry my item to my car. Before going back into the store, he took a moment to give my puppy a little love. Nice guy!

The staff is always willing to help. From something as simple as making sure you are getting the right wipers blades for your car to going outside the store and installing a new battery. I am always impressed! Don't forget to get their rewards card. It really adds up in savings.

I wanted to "rent" a tool like I saw online. The catch is, you have to pay full price for the item as a deposit and they will refund you when you bring it back. Something doesn't seem right with that.

Picked up a can of paste wax that had goo on it that dripped down from another product on a higher shelf. While in line waiting to checkout, I asked on guy behind the counter for a paper towel to wipe off both the product and my hand. He and another guy went back and forth about where the paper towels were. Then one of them went back to ringing people up and the other started answering the phone. When the first guy got off the phone I again asked for a paper towel. Then he answered the phone again. When I finally got to the register I warned the guy about the goo and asked for a paper towel. It took awhile but finally finally I was able to wipe off the product and my hand. This is a bit of a funny incident but they could have done better this time around.

This is by far the best auto parts store in the area. I don't know what it is but every employee is friendly, helpful, and super knowledgeable. I've tried a few others in the area but now this is the only store I go to. They get you the right parts the first time, every time.

These guys rock! Working on a Frankenstein vehicle (91 S10 with 350 Cid engine) trying to get serpentine belts to fit. Tried several and finally got the right ones. I see other people complain about phones. As a previous employee, you are instructed to answer the phone even when working with a customer. I did not follow that policy as it shows rude behavior. If I did not have a customer in front of me, I didn't have a problem answering the phone.
