AJ s Superior was the only place in the area that even wanted to attempt to work on my 1992 Suzuki Cappuccino of which the door had been completely hyper extended open causing damage to the door, fender and hinges. No one else wanted to take in an obscure older car that is hard to get parts for. These guys are truly great at what they do, they perfectly matched my paint, fixed the door, hinges, and fender very well without any replacement parts available. AND they did it all in about a week and for a super nice price of which, they stuck to the exact quote! I would highly recommend!

We as a family have been using AJ Superior for nearly 9 years. The reviews that are less than favorable make no sense. It seems like they were intended for some other business.We use them for the simple, (oil, filters, inspections), the complex, (water pumps, timing chains), and the unexpected, (airbag lights, leaking windshield) and we've always been thrilled.Prices have always been favorable.Service always a pleasure and professionalWe wouldn't take our service needs anywhere else.

FANTASTIC experience with Superior. Very accommodating and professional, and work was promptly and EXPERTLY completed. I will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future. I can't say enough good things about Justin and his team.The fact that these guy do it ALL says a lot. Body shop, mechanic, towing, and painting; and their shop is top notch.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS GUY. HE DOES NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT FIXING VEHICLES. My daughter brought my truck into AJ's Superior on 7/25/18 to fix recent problems. Justin, the owner, had little contact with us in the almost 3 weeks he had the truck. When we got the truck back on August 15th we were charged 1500 dollars and quickly realized the truck was not repaired. Justin used used parts without asking but wrote new on the receipt. I was made to sign a statement saying that I understood my truck was not safe. Justin told me that it was unsafe because it could not be aligned. He led us to believe that if we got the truck aligned that it would be fine to drive. Due to what Justin told us, we took the truck to get aligned that day. We paid $64 to get the alignment done at a different mechanic and based on what Justin had said, we assumed the truck was drive-able. My grandson drove the truck from August 15th through October 5th, the day we brought the truck back into the other mechanic to look at the obviously lingering problems from Justin's work. This mechanic told us that the ball joints of the upper and lower control arms, that Justin replaced, were in horrible condition. Almost to the point of malfunction after just a month and a half of driving. We were informed that the condition of the parts were so bad that during the month and a half anyone in that truck was at a huge risk of dying if the parts malfunctioned. On the August 8th we brought the truck to Justin so he could fix his mistakes. Justin claims to have driven the truck for 2 hours on the 9th and told us that there was nothing wrong with the truck. After this we realized that Justin DOES NOT know what he is doing and we took it back to the other mechanic. This mechanic replaced the parts that Justin should have never put on and my truck and was clearly ten fold better from then on out. Due to the sheer neglect and incompetence of Justin, my grandson's life was at risk every day for almost 2 months. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE, regardless of the waiver I signed. I firmly believe that my signature becomes void the second I am lied to about the reason my truck is unsafe which is the reason I am signing the waiver in the first place. MORE IMPORTANTLY, WHEN THE REASON THE TRUCK IS UNSAFE IS SOLELY BECAUSE OF A PART THAT JUSTIN, NOT ONLY PUT ON BUT, CHARGED US 1500 DOLLARS TO DO SO. He refuses to refund any money.

I am from West Virginia and was in the process of leaving to go home the day of the eclipse, couldn't get the flat tire off the car. They came got it off, put the spare on, and plugged the tire for us and I made it home in enough time to watch part of the eclipse with my daughter. If it wasn't for you all being so quick and amazing people I wouldn't have made it. Wouldn't recommend anyone else for such quick service.

My experience with AJ's Superior Towing, Body Shop, and Mechanic was excellent. My car was towed and repaired with expertise, care, and at a fair price. All of my interactions with AJs' staff was helpful and kind. AJs is just good people. I highly recommend this business for all of your automotive needs.

If I could give you guys no stars, I would totally do that. Waited today for 2 hours in the heat for a tow that was arranged by my insurance company after being promised that they would be there within 45min-1hour. My final call with the insurance company that kept checking on the tow was that they were expected to show up any second as they were "4 miles" away. Turns out, the driver calls 20min later and tells me that he is on the complete opposite side of town and he will be there in 15 minutes. After I tell him that that's what they have been promising me for the past hour, he got irritated and hung up on me, telling me that he was going to "cancel me". Stay away from this company!

They helped me restore my 1973 f100. They did an amazing job. They also fixed my jeep and Honda Odyssey when no one else knew the problem.

Excellent service provided as we needed the parking light bulbs replaced and an inspection performed on our SUV. They worked us in quickly and kept cost reasonable.

aj superior tow my car 3mins down the road from my house charged my $90 kept my car for 2mths gave me a fake diagnostics said my transmission fluid was dark and i had metal in the pan not true because 24hrs before aj superior got my car i changed the strainer and fluid my self : SMH i got my car back aj superior charged me $150 and guess what aj superior didn't put any transmission fluid in my car its was full when he received it now ots empty wow this guy is a crack head or just really a crookService: Transmission

this place doesn't even deserve any stars horrible place business there is completely unprofessional they had my car since the middle of October and was supposed to replace Windows and repair some exterior damage I never received a price quote after leaving my car there and no one ever even looked at my car they stopped returning my phone calls and messages and everytime I went up there to check on my car no one could tell me anything they never covered my car so tht the interior wouldn't be damaged from the rain and when I finally was able to speak with the owner Justin he was extremely rude about the entire situation and didn't have any explanation as to why my car was mishandled and they never provided the service that was promised to me i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
