I love 3SX Automotive and rely on them exclusively for all my 3000GT parts. While their prices may be slightly on the higher side, their commitment to consistently delivering top-notch quality parts is unquestionable. Over multiple purchases amounting to hundreds of dollars, I've consistently experienced exceptional quality with everything I've bought from them.

I've been ordering 3/s parts from 3sx for over 10 years, but this was the first time I actually stopped at their shop.Overall, they were very welcoming with the best customer service I've ever come across.They have lots of plans on developing new 3/s parts and I am going to continue working with them.Some of the cars are in immaculate condition!

When no one else has parts this is the place to go for all your 3000gt/stealth needs. Also love the little toys they give you when you order things. My favorite random itsm is a pink wind up mouse lol

Bought my girlfriend a used WRX and wanted to have a little work done to it. I knew it already had some kind of exhaust already on it, didn t know if it was just mufflers or full system or what, I couldn t find a name brand or anything. Called the shop and told them I wanted to beef it up a little bit and that it already had some kind of exhaust on it. They insisted on me to bring it in for them to look at it. When they were done I asked them what they found and they said it was bone stock, I said no way that it s fully stock. They assured me it was stock. I asked them ok what do we do now? They said that it should get a tune, a full exhaust system, and an air filter. I knew that couldn t be right so I got home and did some research on it, which I PAID them to do. Well what I found was that my car already has a MA Performance catback exhaust, and a Mishimotto intake. Like I told them I don t think stock cars come with 3 exhaust on them . Idk if they were trying to upsell me, or maybe they were just too dumb, this shop is a jokeGo ahead tell me I wasn t a customer

I love the owners response that I was not a customer. He must be forgetful. I had my Scion there after the turbos were installed and the Performance factory was unable to put a tune on the car that left it running right. See photos.

Trusted my '97 3000GT VR4 to this shop for extensive "refreshing." They did an excellent job, and my 24 year old drives like new! And here I am 8 months later and still thrilled with the job they did!

Never received documentation they promised on a repair. Also, they claimed to be thorough, yet they asked me if I wanted to but a clutch back in rather than being able to tell me if it was in working order. After reinstalling it they claimed is still did not work and had to take it back out, charging me again. They had me purchased a whole upgraded slave cylinder kit when all that was needed was a billit support. I supplied a billit support from Monster clutches. Not to thorough huh. A week after I had the car back they tried to bill me again! Claiming they missed putting something on the invoice! Also lying that is I didn't pay it would come out of the mechanic pay. Overpriced for incompetent service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Let's add liars to protect themselves as well. Tried to charge me for a part a week after I had the car back. A part they bought extra of. Notice how they try to claim I did something wrong redirecting the blame rather than addressing what they did not do. Let's delve a little deeper into it since they want to lie. I also found the lug nuts on my tires were not tightened as well. Supposed mechanics and they could not tell that the clutch was no good and asked me if I wanted it them to put it back in or get a new one. You're getting 115.00 an hour but asking the customer what to do? I paid over 3000.00 for what they call work and have the receipts. So they were more than paid for their shoddy workmanship.

The shop and all of their employees are amazing, extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and nice. They are true car guys and are happy to explain any and every service you may need or seek. Anything from a simple inspection to dyno tunes, installations, rebuilds, upgrades, and full motor swaps are all done with the same level of expertise. Their shop is beautiful and I walk in with a very high level of confidence and comfort every time.-Sam

Called to get some simple questions answered about a vehicle that by their website and reputation ( 3000gt) and was treated horrible and hung up on by Jeff. Not once but TWICE. How do I add a 0 star review??!! Very unprofessional!

Rodney and the guys at the Performance Factory are absolutely amazing. This is only the second shop I've allowed to work on my Bullitt Mustang in the ten years that I've owned the car.Brought the car in for some broken valve springs due to a faulty cam install and left the shop with pretty much a brand new engine. Since the motor was out I had the guys install a new clutch, valves and springs, long tube headers, camshafts, H pipe, master cylinder, and a rear main seal.The work was flawless. They even adjusted the clutch to my liking on the spot when I brought back because I thought it was too soft. Oh and one last thing, they also gave me a couple of free runs on the dyno just because! This place is awesome. Wouldn't consider taking my car to anyone else.

I have been getting parts for my 97 3000GT from these guys for a little while now. Made a lot of online orders and as always, they provided great customer service. Decided to drive to their warehouse in Concord for the first time to pick up a cat back exhaust and a test pipe and was welcomed and treated like a friend and a valued customer. If you re looking into any parts of any kind for your 3000gt or stealth, these guys are the only way to go for quality parts whether they are OEM, aftermarket, or custom made by themselves. Used this shop a while ago to work on my 3000gt. Since then I have heard more and more horror stories about them overcharging for stuff that is not needed and doing shoddy work on other customers cars. I have worked on my car off and on since it last left their shop. I keep finding things that are wrong. The timing on one cam was off one tooth, the gauge cluster was only held in with one screw when it was suppose to be held in with 4, the maf translator wasn't even setup for my car. This is on top of all the other things that have been wrong with it that were a lot worse than those i mentioned. Ive sent their tune to a tuner that I trust and he picked it apart saying some pretty astounding things about how bad it is. I will never go back to this shop. I will also never stop warning others about the shoddy work they do and how they try to tack on charges that are not needed.

Amazing experience! After really bad experiences in another shop in Charlotte I decided to visit TPF, best decision ever. They took care of me and treated me really well. You can tell they care for their customers and they are honest. I 100% trust them.Got a nice tune on my car!I can't recommend them enough! Will definately be back for another toon soon!

Quality products, fast shipping, always prompt responses to calls and emails. I have never had a question they didn't take the time to answer.Needed a back ordered product refunded, they made it happen in no time, no hastle, no issues.Good business, highly recommended.

I needed some handling improvements for my Hummer H3. They did some careful research, recommended some better parts, and did the whole job! My unit now corners like a sports car.The work was excellent, done on time and on price too. te people there are really good to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jeff is the man! He helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my turbo and gave me all options i asked for more than willingly. I also had him do some research for me on upgrading my turbo and he had all the knowledge i couldve hoped for and had the greatest non arrogant attitude of any mechanic ive ever met. Ill definately be giving all my business to them in the future. 11/10 customer service. Definitely recommend

i ordered parts online but it seems 3sx was having issues with their online ordering, my order would not go through. they acknowledged the problem and took my phone order. after i got my order, a duplicate order showed up from their online order problem. when i tried to return the part because their system screwed up they had the gall to make me pay a 20% restocking free. i cannot recommend 3sx to anyone when they take money from a customer to restock parts that they should never have sent. Order from an honest company

Stopped in with a cold air ram, my Juke and questions. Questions answered and more, Injen SP1900 installed and left with more power and smoother acceleration. Thanks guys! Returned two years later for Stillen axle back and headlights upgrade! Extremely happy with work and price. Great guys to talk cars with.

Drove down there to pick up an online order, and the used part I had paid for was unavailable, they made it right with a new one. I got to take a look in the parts warehouse and I ended up spending a butt-load more than I had intended. Great people to deal with. I know I'll be going back again.

Went to get a CAI installed. They done a good job installing it and everything, but they charged me for 2 hours when I was only there an hour and 25 minutes. After calling them back 3 times asking for a way to be refunded, I gave up because all I was continually told was that they would ask someone and call me back. So, you have to watch this place.

I always make orders from this company and they have a great service. When they re lacking of some items they always send you an mail right away about what they want me to do about the situation. Its very important that they have a good communication with the customer. Very trustful company.

I haven't actually been here, just off-setting the review from the guy that doesn't understand how flat- rate works. Not fair to penalize a shop for finishing the job faster than alldata says it should take.

If you own a 3000gt, Dodge Stealth, DSM, or a miata, this is a good place to check out. Kinda expensive, but they carry just about everything you need to repair your car, or build a monster.

I broke down near this shop. I was in a car event with HOT ROD MAGAZINE DRAG WEEK. Desperate for a guick and good quality repair and Matt and the guys there were nothing short of awesome!!Thanks for the help!!!Sean
