The staff at this shop today was very knowledgeable and professional, and find a solution for my car's engine and coolant overheating problem, by just replacing the defective coolant pipe cap for $15. Very much appreciate their very friendly service!

Visited Advanced Auto Parts today and was helped by Wyatt. He did a great job helping us find several things they had in stock and recommended how to find something they did not have. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Seems like a great guy and employee.

Nice & clean. Had a good selection of products. I went in particularly for floor mats and trunk liner. Found the floor mats, ordered the window vent cover (new 2020 escape had to order those) and the trunk liner was too new to get from them just yet.I browsed lots of items in stock. Will come back soon

Came in with a problem with the intake I ve been having for a long time. Rodney went out of his way and figured out a solution and was a great help and very knowledgeable and the issue is fixed. Rodney is the man!

Five stars this week. To be honest... I had left advance behind once we got the new O'Reilly's. O'Reilly's was great at first. This week O'Reilly's couldn't get the parts I needed and the lady working there wouldn't even really help me. Advance saved the day though. Welcomed me right in, went beyond helping me. Even let me return an item that I realised I didn't need WITH NO RECEIPT!Advance... You did a great job thank you.

Great stock, nicer store layout... Can see to navigate much easier. Female clerk wouldn't even give eye contact, felt like I was interrupting her efforts to not work.

There were only 2 customers in the store, me and another customer at the register. I noticed 2 employees in the store. 1 at the register and another on the phone. The one at the register was answering question about how long he had been back to the store and questions about his daughter. The customer brought those questions up. They continued to talk about parts that did not fit in his vehicle. After about 5-10 minutes, the other employee finally got off the phone and started to ask the other employee about a part he could not find on his computer. He was told to look it up under Carquest. After waiting in line for a long time, I considered going to the other auto parts store in town. FINALLY, the employee from the phone finally answered my question and sold me 2 light bulbs. Total time, about 10 minutes.

Very helpful personnel, suggested I could save 20% by purchasing my new automobile battery online and returning to the store the next day, installed the battery for me and despite having to remove the washer tank in order to get to it. Head and shoulders aboveabove the competition.

It's not just the product you buy, it's the service that comes with it! My partner said that every Advanced Auto Parts store looks the same, you get the same products but only few stores have that special energy that makes you come back. Eric served us not only with check-out but offered smiles and recommendations. We bantered and had so much fun in 10 minutes that I left with a smile. It's employees like Eric, who make our experience worth while but also make us come back to remain loyal customers. Good job at the 801 Fairview Road, AVL, NC 29903 location. You Guys make it ALL RIGHT!. Thanks.

I went to another parts store that was further north because it was closer. They left pieces out of the box when they were getting ready to sell it to me. I didn't notice. Then they closed early , I got there at 2 ish in the afternoon to retrieve the missing pieces. So I was left out in the cold. I went to Advance and they just gave me the missing pieces no charge. I'll always go to Advance after that.

Recently, I went there to get a new low beam bulb. When I got home I thought I had been sold the wrong bulb. When I went back, Mr Richard, was kind and patient with me pointing out I was trying to change the high beam with a low beam bulb. He then even came out to my truck to show me and loaned me the wrench to finish the job. I was impressed.

Great place. Great customer service. The man running the register was very nice and gave us a huge discount on our brake pads so we wouldnt have to drive up the road!

Our car battery was weak so I was told at Advance store to buy the twin package of both terminals. Problem is he only put the negative one on and said the other one was fine. Then after we were back home miles away, my wife called from a mall with our grandchildren aboard and said the car wouldn't start. Fortunately a friend of ours went there and found the terminals were not tight enough. Usually Advance is great with their service but the young man who worked on the terminals needs to get his mind on his work. (there were cheerleaders washing cars in the area)

If you can afford to wait on your parts eBay is the only route to go but for those of you who, patience is a word you can barely pronounce let alone consider it a virtue, then you'll find what your looking for about the third time around. I use them when I have to

Great help with getting problem diagnosed. Ordered the part for me and said it would be here Saturday morning. Still not here Monday afternoon and for some reason they can't track it and they don't know where the part I already paid for is!!

The customer service skills of e^~. For example, my friend and I went in today and bought Antifreeze/Coolant (Prestone products are on sale FYI) and had John scan 2 truck with the OBD2 Scanner, John then gave me a list of the codes and a simple fix solution for the O2 sensor issues we're having, and then helped me double check the antifreeze/water ratio after he'd clocked out. I grewa Napa guy but I am also a pretty loyal Advance customer. The store in Columbus is a great place to need automotive assignmence.M.A. Horton

Only 2 of the guys that work there are knowledgeable about parts. I have problems with getting parts in all the time and the wrong parts ordered as well. Would recommend rockauto over these guys any day.
