Whole team was great. Rick the service manager is why we came there, Robbie and Chad were wonderful to work with. Malinda in financing made the process smoth and a breeze. To top it all Slim was a miracle man, staying after hours two days in a row to get our rig ready and to get us set up with the new ProPride P3 hitch. This was my 4th time buying an RV and this was by far the best customer service and stressfree delivery. Thank you Rick for all your time and flexibility. The rest of the crew rocks and all deserve your time for a wonderful RV purchasing experience.

My sales person Mellissa was a real pro. She knew the answer to every question and was so pleasant through the days of my indecision. The sales manager and finance manager were so helpful also through out the entire process. Nice dealership ! Looking forward to my new Flying Cloud Airstream.

We bought this camper in May of 22. Salem by Forest River (28VBXL). We were able to go camping a few times before the slide completely broke. This left us stranded with the slide open. Only had it 9 months before this catastrophic failure happened. Spent $800 to get a mobile mechanic to get it closed up. Took it to RV One, Out-Of-Doors Mart or Whatever this place is called. Odd that they have changed names 3 times in the last couple of years. They were initially helpful, great to deal with during the purchase and said it could take up to three (3) months to fix it but FOUR (4) months later we still have not gotten our camper back. Not only have they had our camper for over four months they have not fixed all the claims covered by the warranty. Lastly, as you can see in the photographs the slide is not shutting well enough to keep the elements and weather out. They failed to tarp the camper and have left the inside subject to the elements. The long term damage to the subfloor and other materials due to enviromental exposure is not something these people have ever considered. $36k investment is literally rotting away in their parking lot. See photographs. AVOID this place AT ALL cost! After receiving our camper the ONLY way we receive any communication about our camper is by showing up on site.

If I could rate 0, I would. Terrible service, attitudes, no urgency to help there customers once customers has purchased from them. They don't care about anything at this location except making money, they push on you until you agree and after purchase they try to lose all contact with you, knowing they sold you something with to many problems to count but promised that it had nothing wrong with it. Once you purchase from them, they want nothing to do with the mess of problems they sold you even though it was promised to have no problems. Terrible establishment.

My 2021 Airstream constantly breaks. I know that brand has a good reputation but I don t see it. Every time I tow, something is going to break. Sometimes it s a few of the cheap cabinet latches that vibrate loose, sometimes it s something bigger. I have multiple leaks throughout, cabinets have come completely off, the TV stand came loose and the screen broke on one trip, and the entire kitchen counter vibrated loose and separated from the frame. The warranty only covered a fraction of the repairs. The service department at RV One Greensboro is extremely disappointing. First off, your appointment will not be for your camper to be seen by a service tech. It s an appointment to park on their lot. They ll get to it when they get to it. It took them almost two weeks to even look at mine for the first time. When they finally did service my camper I got it back with additional problems. They completely neglected to bolt my refrigerator back into place after fixing the kitchen counter and my electronics throughout went completely haywire when I first plugged my camper back into shore power. I emailed the service manager to ask how they were going to make things right and a week later I have yet to hear back from him. I guess customer service ends once the bill is paid. The only good thing I have to say about RV One Greensboro is my sales person Melissa is fantastic. She was great during the ordering process and has checked in with me multiple times since my purchase. I feel bad that every conversation since my purchase has been about what s gone wrong with my new Airstream, but it s a poor quality build. If you re going to buy an Airstream, please understand that as pretty as they are on the outside, they re built with the same cheap quality latches and materials on the inside as any other brand. It will break. A lot. You ll get more camper for less money with a different brand, and no matter what you buy, it s going to break and require maintenance often.Skip RV One Greensboro when it comes to maintenance. They take a LONG time to provide service, and the quality of work you ll receive will not be worth what you paid for and once your bill is paid, they will take no responsibility for the additional problems they created.

I had an outstanding experience buying my Winnebago ERA from RV One of Greensboro. Sales rep Bobby jumped right on my inquiry and answered my many questions. He and sales manager Robert got me an amazing deal. Melinda is a master at the details and guided me through the sale, financing, and paperwork -- she is simply delightful to work with! And I can't forget Tyler in service who prepped my vehicle and gave me an excellent orientation, also answering many questions and offering good advice. All in all it was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had, EVER! From the first phone call to driving off the lot it was professional, friendly, honest, and helpful. I can truly give this team my highest recommendation!

Cool trailers. My husband and I walked the whole lot and looked in several units. Not once did anyone greet us. We saw several people out and about. Too bad!

Got a pretty decent rv from here recently, a Grand Design Reflection 31mb 2018. Overall there weren't too many problems with it, but the problems I did have were pretty ridiculous:1. The oven pilot is broken2. The slides "skip" and get stuck within the first few times of using it3. Probably the worst of all, the black tank was half full or more when it was given to us. I have a transparent elbow piece for dumping sewage, and I can definitely confirm it was not cleaning supplies or anything innocent like that. The grey tanks also had just normal waste water in them.4. It was just generally dirty when it was given to us, in every room and on most surfaces

Upon waffling on a set of Airstreams, Dana was able to set us at ease with a new 2024 Flying Cloud w/hatchback. Order is now placed and final and we couldn't be happier. Blue Compass staff and sales people are a pleasure to work with. They make RV buying a great experience.

Many thanks to RV One Dealership, Saleswoman, Melissa Reavis and Store Manager Bryan Bishop for a fantastic job of ordering, prepping, financing and delivering our 28 ft International Airstream travel trailer! Mellisa s fantastic sales style exceed our greatest expectations. Her gracious, professional follow up and home visitation throughly ensured our comfort and satisfaction with our new Airstream. In short, everyone involved in the acquisition of our Airstream were extremely professional, knowledgable and patient in expediting our acquisition. As a result, our entry into the RV market was the most comfortable and stress free of any major purchase we have ever made! The RV One dealership and it s fine staff have definitely sown the seeds for our continuing relationship and repeat future sales. I will long appreciate and relate our wonderful experiences to my family, friends, business associates and other RV owners! Thank You RV One!

Superb experience with Bobby and Chad and Mike and Melinda. Easy, straight forward and great walk around tour. Excited to take plenty of trips. We already had a blast on our first out to Phillcott.Update 12/11 - 3 months later we are dealing with factory defect in the axle leading to the break line failing and placing my family and 2 small children in danger with non-responsive trailer breaks. The trailer has been in the service dept for over 1 month. The manager Robbie says he is going to make this right and refund us our money. Forest River central customer service has expressed their support of this and have explicitly given BlueCompass the Green light to refund us. Factor defects occur - but this is a big one. I will update this review to reflect how this utter failure was ultimately handled. Any car or RV dealer can be 5 star when things go well. But where they earn customer loyalty and increase their reputation is how they handle things that go catastrophically wrong.I m hoping that these are people with true character and are willing to really come through for their customers and I will certainly update this review to let folks know how it turns out.Just a quick update, eventually everything was resolved, and the axle was replaced. After some back-and-forth with Blue, compass and Forest river, eventually, I came to an agreement with Forest river. They extended the manufacturer warranty on the rig for an additional one year. Overall, I m pretty happy with how everything turned out, considering it was an undesirable situation to start with.

I can't say enough about Melissa and all of the people at Out of Doors Mart. From the moment I called about the airstream I wanted, she spoke to me honestly and with great detail about what I wanted and how we could make my dream of owning an airstream a reality. This was a purchase made from New York so I really appreciate the fact that when I called with questions Melissa or Any of the other staff were able to help answer all of our questions and made this one of the best experiences ever. Before we even got to the paperwork Terry went through the entire airstream and showed us the unit inside and out. He helped us understand all of the systems and showed us the ins and outs, he even called a local campground to get us a reservation for the night. Roger in the Finance department answered all questions and helped us get exactly what we wanted as far as financing! We can't recommend this business highly enough.

I have tried calling the service department for over a week and left messages. Nobody has called me back! I finally called the sales department, told the agent my problem and left him my name and number. He said the service department has been really busy but he would take my info over. Still no call back!I don't care how busy you are that is just poor business and customer service! Hire someone for your phones!

My dealing with Rick the service manager has been nothing but outstanding. When I would call to talk to Rick if he didn't answer he returned my call that day or the first thing the next day. Rick a customer type person that wants to help u for your problem is his problem also. My wife and I purchased a 2023 Rockwood Mini-Lite from that dealership in Greensboro. When we arrived the camper had been detailed and cleaned on the inside and ready for pickup. To me Rick is the backbone of that dealership for if u don't have good service u want have good sale. I would recommend this dealership and especially the service department. Thanks Rick for a job well done.

Wow!!!! Truly exceptional buying experience! These guys were top notch, and I usually don t leave reviews, but this experience was different. When we arrived we met the most bubbly personality in Melissa. Her personality alone was very welcoming and she actually cared about us. Melissa showed us a few campers, and then she said this is the one. Usually, I can decide that on my own but once we walked in it was like she knew what we wanted the whole time. She took time to understand what we wanted and man did she hit it out of the park. The finance lady Melinda was thorough and very knowledgeable about current rates, as well as their packages they have to offer. We didn t see value at first, but once we went through the orientation process we seen very quickly how these things can cause issues, so she set back down with us even though she didn t have to and explained in detail what we needed to help make this endeavor a worry free one! I typically don t purchase things in finance, but their RV Complete is stellar, and do yourself a favor when you stop here and ask for Melissa. She will make this buying experience one that last forever!!

Such a great experience working with both Dana (sales) and Melinda (financing). Being a single woman making my first large purchase it was comforting to know I had them both in my corner. Dana kept me up to date during the year wait for my unit and Melinda made the financing process way less scary. Thanks to all for a great all around experience!!!!

Wow, this is such a great place to purchase your next RV from. Keep in mind this was our family dream but were not sure if it would work out for us just yet. Bobby showed us a camper that seemed to work for us and Melinda went to work for us to make our dream a reality. We were approved with a term and payment that works for us and the best part, was the Gold package they offered. Now I have the best coverages offered so that I don't have to worry about things going wrong and not knowing what and how to fix it. Their excellent service department will handle any issues that interfere with my family camping experiences. Great people, great service, great products! Definitely a 10 out of 10 dealership!

My husband and I are planning to purchase an Airstream camper in the coming months and have narrowed it down to a couple of models. We stopped in to take a look in person and worked with Melissa Reavis. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and enthusiastically showed us everything we asked to see and more. It was a great experience.

We went to RV One Greensboro and was wanting to purchase a travel trailer. We met Bobby Green who was amazing and he answered all of our questions. We didn t want to finance but their finance manager Melinda showed us that not only can we save money, but she worked the deal where our rate beat what we could get. They have this program called RV Complete where you get a year free of roadside assistance which actually came into play on our first trip. Our friends told us about campers being a rolling earthquake and they found a significant value in their Gold tear package, and we haven t regret our purchase yet. Highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase.

I have always worked with Taylor and been very happy with service. I am blown away that no one answers the phone now that RV One took over and my Airstream has been with them since November of 2022 for repairs. I was told April 2023 it would finally be done and now no one calls me back after multiple voicemail messages left and no on answers service line or main line. I am extremely concerned about the security of my 2019 Airstream at this point and this could mess up my summer plans and RV sites booked.

Let me start off sayings I have not been to this location before. I purchased my RV out of state. Wish I had purchased from this location in Greensboro, NC.I have had the most remarkable experience on both times I've had to call. First time was with Taylor in Service. She went above and beyond to find out everything I needed, will need and had me so satisfied that I had to get her name so I would always talk to her if I ever need to call back.I had to call back unfortunately, this time Service was already closed. However, Melissa Revis from sales picked up the phone with the kindness voice and overwhelming concern of my issues taking precise notes the entire time I was spilling my frustration out. Melissa is going above all to help my situation and will be placing her notes to Service directly. As I mentioned she works in Sales. I can't think of a sales person to have ever taken the time she took with me to make sure I was satisfied before ending our conversation. Even texting her information to me just in case I couldn't reach someone. I love this place already and never been there before.

What a great experience! My husband and I were initially looking at Airstreams until we were humbled down into something a little more within our price range like the Rockwood. Our salesman Bobby was amazing and kept me updated and informed during the entire process. He was so much fun to work with. Bryan the manager was great too! Everyone was so friendly, and when we were leaving after our purchase, they all walked us to the door to say goodbye. This place is right up our alley Friendly and gives us that family feel.

I am having to redo a lot of the work I paid a Out Of Doors Mart to do. This is a great example of poor workmanship by their RV techs. The sealant they used on my roof does not stick to the aluminum roof or the plastic plumbing vent it was used on. They did not bother to remove the old caulking as well. They simply caulked over the old, so it could not be seen with the new caulk in place. When I discovered their was a problem with their work I gave them a call to discuss. The response I got was bring it in and they will get to it when they can, but we have about a 30 day backlog of work. Because of the leak, I asked if they would keep it under a shelter, and the answer was no.There were additional problems with some stainless steel upgrades I had them install that I corrected myself.I hate paying people to do inadequate work. The work that was done to my trailer was done by someone who was grossly under skilled or they just did not care, maybe a little of both.

My wife and I had been to several dealerships looking for a travel trailer to upgrade from our pop up camper. When we arrived on site we were very happy to be greeted by Jimmy, who asked us what we were looking for, and was able to point us in the right direction. We were able to freely walk around the lot and look through all the travel trailers. When we found the RV that we fell in love with, Chad came out and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions without having to look anything up, not an experience we were used to compared to other dealerships. Once we pulled the trigger, Malinda was able to work with our budget, and secure financing. Now we have the camper of our dreams and looking forward to future adventures. I highly recommend RV One Greensboro to anyone looking for a camper.

We bought a 2020 Tiffin 34PA about a month ago and traded in our 2013 Tiffin 32CA. The process was so easy, even though we were away from our home location. They made us feel comfortable and got us all set for new adventures. We are so please with the newer motorhome and everything is working as expected. Thanks to all there for helping to make this as simple as possible.

Wow- from the start the customer service is outstanding and helpful. Melissa and Melinda were both easy to work with - answered all of our questions- and we walked away with our new (new to us) camper. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are considering a new or used camper!

We've had a barrage of warranty issues with our new 2022 Rockwood and these folks solved them all! We are so grateful these guys have taken such good care of our family vacation vehicle and fixed all the Forest River quirks! Excellent workmanship, RV knowledge, and customer service.

If I had to do it all over again I would consider Camping World. Not. But that is how bad I feel about spending a large part of my life savings there. Being worse than the typical ratings of Camping World might cause an intelligent individual, particularly one with an understanding of the massive Quality Control issues of the RV industry, to take a very hard look at their prospective dealer and manufacturer. First, it is a fact that nearly every RV made will have a defect that will impact your camping or travel safety, success, and overall satisfaction and experience. Second, simply acknowledge that the vast majority of your RV is warranteed by someone other than the RV manufacturer. Same for the RV dealership. So once they have your cash, both have very little incentive to help you deal with any issues. Compound that with the months to actual years to get defects and repairs completed, if ever, and you can easily miss the entire camping season. Even with a brand new RV that may cost as much as a home. Example, bolts under the brand new RV floor that requires the entire floor to be replaced, including tearing out a good portion of the interior. This floor is intended to be seamless so any spills will not penetrate to the subflooring which would eventually swell or delaminate. But that is how the will patch it up. How in the world does a mfg miss bolts lying on top of a clear expanse of floor before they unroll a sheet of flooring? But this problem is not why I rate RV One of Greensboro so low. It is simply that their after sale service, despite their good old boy smiles, simply does not exist. None. And what I did get was grief for insisting they take care of things before I even took delivery. They do not return calls, redirect calls when you actually get a live voice to a line that always goes to voice-mail, or keep giving the same standard update (we'll have it in two weeks, repeated again in two weeks). Again... why buy something from someone, regardless of how big his smile may be, when you know you will have unresolved issues with a dealership or rv mfg. Parts on order, not....
