Chris's customer service is far from professional. Very short answers, to the point of being rude. After being there for 37 minutes trying to buy spark plugs, he answered his personal cell phone "hey honey", walked away from the counter to take the call.I was given the wrong plugs and my Ole man goes to return them and he literally argued that they were right. He even asked another employee who was standing there playing games on his phone wasn't "he right and us wrong". After he realized the circumference was wrong, he went to get correct size as Kenny looked for spray paint. Chris hollered I got you taken care of buddy, we ain't in no rush. Asking if he was holding him up and what time they closed. He said 9. It was 8:47....

I'll never go back to this store. Too much attitudes. I just need a part. Go to Napa and save yourself the frustration.

I was in dire need of help with my windshield wiper, and I stopped in at this store. Mario was quick to help me and went straight out in the rain and got my wiper blade back secure. Bridget is also very helpful too. The staff at this location are really friendly and helpful! I will continue to go to this store.

Customer service is top-notch at this location. Went in to get a new battery to replace a dead one and Martin was amazing. Installed the new battery and even put on new wire terminals (the old ones were so corroded) for me. Highly recommend this location where they take the time to make sure you re all set.

I send my wife to get batteries for two vehicles and Dustin grabs the batteries gets the new ones and loads them for her!!! Dustin is one of main reasons why we love AZ!!!

I went in yesterday looking for a battery for my car fab. Mario was absolutely amazing. He figured out which one I needed and even put it in for me. What a nice young man. I will be back. Thank you Mario.Lynn

I took my car in because my check engine light was on. A gentleman who's name I think was Mario helped fix my car in 10 minutes for $10 after I had dealt with problems with this car for a year and had been told by three other mechanic shops that it would cost hundreds to diagnose and fix the problem.Thank you Mario you are awesome! Service was fast, friendly, and very helpful.

My third brake light was out. I went inside the store and asked to barrow a philips screw driver and had no problem. The staff there is awesome.

The employees in this location don't tend to carry much knowledge regarding vehicles. If the computer can't provide them with the appropriate information, they're utterly clueless.

Stopped to buy a battery and while there my top radiator hose ruptured. The young man that waited on me changed the battery and the hose. He was outstanding.

Nice service go there on a weekly bases , west was really helpful with my battery he helped me charge it and even installed it while it was raining and night , Definitely going back here .

Purchased a battery 6 months ago and now that it has a dead cell I m told it can t be covered. I work in the auto industry and have 26 dealerships I work for. We will never use Autozone for any reason.
