I cannot say enough great things about Jacob and Justin with Allegiant! They were able to get my car out a muddy ditch after I went off the road. They took such great care with me as I was SO shaken up and not only did they complete their task, they advised me to go straight to a car wash and spray the mud off of the wheels and brakes. They were really wonderful and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.Service: Special vehicle towing

Kudos to Allegiant for coming to my rescue at 1am! My tire blew out on the interstate and I called them, they were there in 20 minutes to assist(great timing!). Joshua got my spare on and of course, my luck, it was practically flat! Joshua was extremely kind and followed me 5 miles to the next exit to make sure I was safe and got air in my spare tire. To me, that was just an amazing and thoughtful gesture and speaks volumes of the service this company provides! Joshua deserves a raise! Thank you again for going above the call of duty!

The owner of Allegiant Towing explaned the towing charge to me. I agree that the price was higher than i expected. I feel that my own prices are higher than people expect. My fees today are $2700 /day. And i generate 3 .million a week in sales. I do drive a 23 year old beat up black Chevy van.So my post is revised Dennis OBrien

I was out of state from Alabama. I have gotten my car stuck in the mud and someone stopped to help pull me out.The next day I noticed the front end had a bad vibration after I reached 45 to 50 miles per hour.I found Alliant Automotive on the web site. Took my car in thinking the worst, and all it was is a lot of mub has accumulated underneath the tie rod.They cleaned it and charged me nothing. Thank you so very much.

I 100% recommend these guys! Fast, friendly, high-quality service. I woke up one morning with an almost flat in one of my brand new tires. Not a great start to the day, but I finally managed to get some air in it and made it to work. By my lunch break it was already running low again. On a whim I decided to stop by Allegiant Automotive to see if they could help. I was afraid I would end up having to buy another tire to replace this one, which I only had for like a month. However, they were able to fit me in and quickly find the problem a small screw was causing a slow leak. They got it out, patched the tire, rebalanced it and had me back on the road in no time!

Took my truck in to have the oil changed, the staff was friendly and provided great customer service. I was in and out in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back for all of my automotive needs, and will recommend to all of my family and friends.

Had to have my alternator replaced and some other issues fixed. Allegiant, made the process simple and easy for me. I would highly recommend their services to others. During the tough times we are in right now, it's great to have a shop that tries to help people.

The strut on my van was making it feel like I was riding on a boat in choppy waters. When my van was finished it ran so much better!! Wonderful Service--Jason was simply outstanding. We had a flat in a Rental Car--no spare and Jason save us. He quickly towed our car, fixed the tire and we were on the road in an hour. Ran out of fuel on the freeway, called allegiant towing they updated me every few minutes and within 30 minutes the driver was there with my fuel. Trey was very friendly, polite and helpful he had me on my way within minutes also recommended a creditable gas station to go to.
