Horrible customer service!!!! New front desk clerk absolutely no help!! Paid over $700 for alignment and tie end rod placement for my daughters car. the alignment ate through brand new tires (down to wires) in two weeks. They claim they weren t responsible and only have a 15 day warranty on their alignment. Desk clerk was rude and act as if it were my daughters fault the tires wore. I used to frequent this shop but no longer. Never will do business with them again.

Needed some tires replaced last minute before a long trip and after trying several places with no luck this place was a lifesaver. Staff were very helpful and professional. Got two used tires that looked like new and for a fraction of the price other places where asking. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. This is my new go to tire shop. Will come back for any of my future vehicle needs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought tires from this place and the next day had a whole blow out on Hwy 40!! Almost got in a accident and they only refunded me for 1 tire when I bought 2! Which of course was the that blew!! The guy knew actually where a nail was on the tire without looking all the way around!! Please be careful cause I could've lost my life over people wanting money as higher standard then wanting their customers safe after they leave!

Came here to get my tires swapped out, remounted and balanced. After waiting for an hour, I was charged $180 for it when i was told it s $25 a wheel. Not sure how in the world it went up that high but didn t wanna argue with them. Paid for it and went with my day. The level of communication of the guys who work there were so poor, it frustrated me. Not to mention, they weren t careful with my brembo brake calipers when putting the wheel back on and ended up scraping a portion of the paint off. Seriously? Lack of simple professional skills.

If you're like me you're probably sick of other shops trying to rip you off or taking forever to fix your stuff, maybe even both. I did not find one bit of that here.Very nice customer service and quick service. Will definitely be going back in the future. Highly recommended

This place is nothing but a scam, i went with a 2016 Elantra with 45k miles for a alignment and they told me i needed tie rods! And ball joints! I asked if i could take a look and THEY WERE FINE!! Scam scam scam!!! beware!! Shop Scammers! Everyone #withABC11

When I went to get the ailment they Tour my strut boot on the tie rod and it was all twisted.
