Daughters key fob was not working completely so we took it up to Bobby and she was able to fix it for us thankfully. Now my daughter can unlock her car without setting the alarm off. Bobby was very patient, kindly spoken. Thank you so much Bobby

Great experience. Both Holly and Rick were great to work with. Was in the finance office for an entire 3 minutes. They gave me a very fair trade in value and a great price with great warranty on my new vehicle.

Sold a car with broken bumper clips, promised to fix it. After several attempts to make arrangements to bring the car in and the sales lady ignoring my attempts, her manager needed to be contacted. I was finally able to bring the car back to be repaired and instead of them fixing the actual clips they tried to super glue the broken clips in place instead of actually doing the repair the correct way. Glad I checked after them and realized this is how they attempted to correct the problem. Needless to say, now the car is being sent to an auto body shop for the repair and done the right way. You guys are a bunch of scumbags.

The experience of working with the sales team (Danny and Obed) was great. As most people would know, buying a vehicle can be stressful starting from the minute you pull in the driveway. Not here. I was able to walk the lot and see what was available regardless of what I already looked at online. I wanted to see the vehicles with my own eyes before I started talking to a sales person. Once I was ready, I explained what my wants and needs were, looked at all the vehicles I had on my list and took a test drive once I was ready. The process from start to finish was systematic yet tailored enough to feel comfortable. No high pressure sales pitches; no nonsense; everyone was pleasant and find to work with. I found my new dealership when it comes to future purchases.

Towed here on a holiday weekend after I broke down on 40. Both Johns that work here were very helpful in assisting in the difficult situation and one of the Johns went out of his way to ensure our safety after drop off. They re still working on my Jeep & the communication throughout the process has been transparent and consistent. Nice people!

I want to say thank you to Robert, who answers online and phones, and Danny, the GM, for helping me with my purchase. They work with you about getting you a good deal. I live an hour and about 15 mins from the dealership in Clinton, NC. I have as willing to drive my vehicle up there to trade it in on a vehicle in a Friday later afternoon but had to be postponed until Saturday. The GM stated he will have them drive and deliver my new vehicle where I live since I live over an hour of drive. That was very nice of them. We ended up building a customer rapor. Definitely wanted you to know the ins and outs of vehicle, the sales part, warranty part and delivery part: plus the paperwork. I definitely would recommend them. Thank you for the talks Robert, Danny and Holly. She delivered my vehicle and went thru the paperwork with me. A new experience. I am glad I got to work with these people and have been blessed by God with them and for my next step in my life.

This was the worst service I've ever received since being a customer for over 6 years. They damaged my car and lied to me and the warranty company, which I found out after contacting the company. This will possibly be my last visit to the dealership as a customer.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this place. We were looking for a pro master cargo van and we were having a really hard time finding one that had what we wanted. I saw one online and i called to make sure it was still available. Obed answered my call and I m so happy he was there to help. He let us know it was available and he d hold it for us until we got there from Wilmington. During our drive time Obed was messaging me and getting all the info he needed so when we got there everything was ready. We pulled in and he met us at the door. He showed us the van and we took it for a spin. We got back, signed some papers and were ready to go. They even gave us some tshirts and a rubber ducky. This was the smoothest easiest time I ve ever had at a car dealership. Everyone there was really fun and nice. We even met the dealership dog. He was super cute and awesome. Thank y all so much for making getting this van so easy! We really appreciated everything. Shout out to Obed! You re the best!!

The service department is dishonest.deceptive,and prejudice they treat you like your beneath them.We (customer's) purchased your vehicle's and made Chrysler wealthy.I was charged for services should have been under warranty,mislead on vehicle repairs,belittled and talked down to by management after services performed were done incorrectly and after talking to the General Manager. After my vehicle was repaired the finally (I was made to sign a vehicle inspection form that was blank and was not given final repair paperwork).My vehicle was damaged and left with coolant under the hood and on the outside. I was told if I don't like the service to go elsewhere by management. I have contacted my lawyer. I have managed many auto centers in my but I have never disrespected any customer even if they disrespected me. With the whole on edge you would want to keep good customers.

My experience with the service department was horrible. The service manager was rude, disrespectful and showed that he couldn't care less about customers. After keeping my jeep more than two months without repairing it, I was called and told to pick it up and that they were not going to repair it. I would never purchase a vehicle from Performance Jeep, if you have any expectations of friendly, efficient service. Spending a lot of money for a vehicle, and receiving such poor help from the Service Department is deplorable!

Service department was exceptional, including the customer service agents and repair technician. Diagnosis and repair was performed ahead of predicted schedule, and pricing was very fair considering the laundry list or maintenance service. The repairs that were subject to warranty coverage were covered 100% and the service dept. stayed on top of the warranty company for approval and reimbursement. The warranty company dropped the ball seriously, refusing to pay their obligated amount until day after services rendered, but that s on the warranty company and not the dealership. Thank you so much Sharon and rest of service dept. I may be back soon to take care of a few other concerns. Happy Easter!

This is worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was sold a lemon and I and ready to contact the NC Attorney General office to report how this folks have ripped me off. The transmission is probably bad as the car stalls when it is trying to shift gears. They also messed up the title transfer costing me $400. They did not transfer my handicap tags as I requested. I am a 66 year old disabled veteran of the US Army and I guess they saw me coming and I trusted them. I purchased a Jeep from them on March 31, 2023. I was told all the little glitches were fixed when I took it in a week later. They were not and then I had to pay a $100on the warranty I added to the purchase. PLEASE DO NOT GO to buy a car from them because they are running a thieves racket. They have helped to ruin an important part of my life support, as I live where a car is essential. Performance Ford and Jeep CDJR is WORST. I am going to see an attorney about this mess. Buyer beware. On top of it they are not even polite or friendly. I have never been treated so badly. I didn t know that the Ford brand was so disgusting and mean. They don t even deserve one star.BTW: I will be posting this to twitter insta and Facebook to my 5000 followers

I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle through Performance CDJR, especially purchasing a vehicle from out-of-state and sight unseen. Danny and his team were all friendly, helpful, willing to work with me every step of the way, and definitely went WAY(!!) above and beyond in my experience. I would not hesitate from purchasing another vehicle with them in the future. Thank you guys for the great experience and great vehicle!

My sisters car had came in for a tire rotation and oil change and the next day the tire flew off while I was driving, they had the car for almost a month with no communication to my sister about updates, only updates she got were when she called them. Once the car was completed and we went to pick up the vehicle and the Service manager John refused to talk to me and made it apparent that he was not going to speak to me and only my sister (very unprofessional seeing as I was the one in the accident ) and was very nonchalant about them not replacing a rotor which was damaged due to the accident but instead resurfaced it because I m assuming it was cheaper. Very disappointed with this service she was given and hope she won t go back. The

Very happy with our experience here. I originally contacted them through their website. Doug responded quickly and answered my questions directly and he continued to respond quickly on any follow up emails. He didn't spam me with canned response emails, like all the other dealers do. I dealt with multiple dealerships through email within the last 2 months. I would say Doug was instrumental in our decision to purchase from Performance CDJR.Unfortunately Doug was off the day that we were able to come in to buy, but Obed was there, along with Danny. They were both very kind and helpful throughout the process of buying.This dealership is a little ways from us. There are other Dodge dealerships closer to us, but all of them could take some notes from the staff at Performance CDJR, on great customer service.Thank you to Doug, Danny, Obed, and even John (service) and James (finance), for popping in just to introduce themselves and say hi.Thanks again for helping us to add the Granite 2022 Charger RT to our Dodge fleet.

Called to get a new key for my dodge. Kim answered the phone in parts, hell of an attitude. Huffing and puffing like an overgrown child the whole time. I said y all are pretty busy today huh? I won t try to take up too much of your time to lighten her mood. All she said was yeah.., let s hope so . Won t be taking my business there anymore. Called a local locksmith and had it handled mobile and $10 cheaper. Train your people on how to provide a 5 star customer service, or your yearly loss will be much higher than 5 digits

An awesome buying experience! We were so pleased with the whole process. They even brought the car to us (about an hour away) to test drive and to complete the buying process. Very low pressure and extremely friendly. From Doug (who reached out to us initially via a video) to Danny to Obed, it was first class! Would definitely buy from them again.

If I could leave no star I would! Took my Jeep in for an airbag spring recall and got it back with my AC not working. The AC was working perfect when I took it in that morning. They called me to pick it up right at closing. As soon as I got going I realized the AC wasn t working. I took it back the very next morning. The service manager said I had a bad condenser. Coincidence? Nah! I posted on fb my rant about it and I have a friend that the same exact thing happen to hers when she took it to Performance in Clinton. Should have taken the extra time and taken it to Bleecker in Dunn like I usually do. Beware of this place!

We purchased a new 2022 Dodge Charger from Performance CDJR October 2022. We dealt with Doug Lee along with the General Manager Danny Holland via email for pricing and availability. The day we stopped by the dealership to see the car and make the purchase, we dealt with Obed Gallegos who was fantastic in his dealings with us. Danny Holland made the purchase of this car the least painful car purchase we have ever had in our experiences of buying cars over the past 40 years. No tricks, no financial games or addon's. He gave us any and all discount available at the time, he even asked about other items we may have qualified to include in the discounts. When we purchase again in the future, we will definitely come to see Danny Holland again. Thanks for such a great experience.
