Nobody knows Jeeps better than Todd, and he's always super honest and very reasonable to boot. You know you're in the right place when you pull in first thing and there's five Grand Cherokees parked beside you. Thanks for taking great care of my HEMI, 123,000 and still running strong thanks to Tooltime Jeep!

Cannot say enough good things about Todd and ToolTime! My wife and I were traveling from western North Carolina to Raleigh when our 2011 Grand Cherokee decided it needed a new radiator. It was late in the afternoon and we called Todd, after several dealers told us they couldn t fit us in for up to a week! Based on the information we shared with Todd, he explained what the repair would involve and said that he could fit us in the next day. We managed to get the car to him around 4:30, stopping every couple miles to top off the leaking radiator. A quick look and Todd confirmed the repair that was needed (radiator replacement). He provided an estimate of the cost and assured us he could get it fixed the next day. Off we went to a nearby hotel. When we called the next morning, Todd explained that he had just gotten back from the post-repair test drive and the car was ready! He stayed late the night before to take everything apart so he was ready the next morning when the parts came in. Try getting that kind of service from a dealer!We don t ever wish to be stranded with a broken down vehicle but it is very reassuring to know that there are honest, conscientious service shops out there like ToolTime that you can rely on when trouble strikes.Since we live two hours away, it s not likely we ll ever have another chance to work with Todd, but I am grateful for him and the experience we had with him and his shop.

I went to Todd at Tooltime Jeep service for a lift and installation of new wheels & tires. I can t say enough good things about this small family business. I like his honest advice, & if he does not know about something, he will recommend someone in the area that he trusts to go to.Would recommend to a friend. I ll attach my Before & After photo of a 2015 stock Wrangler Unlimited , and after the lift kit new tires & wheels. I ordered them online, had them drop-shipped to Tooltime so he only charged for putting them on, & I bought a budget lift kit from Tooltime, the price was right!

Just bought a Jeep from Tooltime Jeep, I am so grateful I found this place. Just a day after I bought it a sensor went out and needed replaced. I told them about it and they changed it out for me with no extra fee and even changed the oil for me while I was there. These guys really know what service is and how to take care of their customers, felt like family. I would recommend this place to any day. 10/10! Thank you again Tooltime Jeep!

Todd is fantastic! Unbelievable customer service. Went above and beyond discussing Jeep's and what I should do for maintenance on mine! He is the only one I will take my Jeep too.

This guy is my new standard for measuring how good a mechanic is, and I suspect nobody will measure up. He s the absolute best at what he does. After having a multitude of problems with my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and no help from reputable businesses in Winston-Salem, Tyler was able to identify the problems and fixed them for great prices. He communicates promptly and you can tell he cares about his customers. Tool Time is cream-of-the-crop, and there s nowhere else around here I d want to take my Jeep.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just bought my first Jeep ( 99 Cherokee) and decided to bring it here to get a few things looked at and replace the belt. Todd was very nice and knew what he was talking about. The repair was done in a timely manner and he was very honest with his assessment. I would definitely recommend bringing your Jeep here and I will definitely be coming back for anything else I want for my Jeep. The pricing is also very reasonable.

I called to see if I could drop off my Jeep and the owner said they were already closed but he would stay until I got there in 20 minutes to hand off the keys. I explained my issue after other attempts to get repairs with another mechanic failed. He got right back to us the next day explaining what the issue was, what needed to be done and what caused the problem. Very polite and very efficient. I will definitely be taking my Jeep to Tooltime for everything in the future!!

I made the mistake of taking my 98 XJ to a shop that WASNT Tooltime and was told it would need a motor and cost $1,000 plus and it was there for a week and a half. I had a bad feeling about it so I called Todd And he told me to get the Jeep away from them ASAP, I went and picked it up and had it towed straight to him. The next day it was fixed with out having to buy any new parts. By taking it to Tooltime I saved time, money, and the stress of dealing with a much lesser shop. I will never make that mistake again. Tooltime is by far the BEST place to take a Jeep. They re professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly honest.

This is the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic! He was on vacation and saw my hood was up, asked for a screwdriver to listen to the alternator, told me to grab one at the auto parts store, put it in on the spot in 20 MINUTES! Todd (owner of TOOLTIME) fixed issues with my 2001 Jeep Cherokee that 3 local mechanics couldn t even identify!30 plus years working on Jeeps puts TOOLTIME head and shoulders above anyone!

I took my jeep to a few locals and no one around could seem to figure out what was wrong with my jeep, as I told Todd (tooltime's master technician) my story of multiple shops not being able to fix my jeep and taking my money, he follows with let's walk outside. I explained my issue and he figured it out right then! He didn't even charge me to tell me what was wrong because I got him to fix it. What people told me was nowhere close to what todd figured out. Todd and Teresa are great people and I would never take my jeep anywhere else as it was fixed properly the first time with no more issues and for a great price too! A customer for life they have in return.

The ONLY shop I trust to fix my Cherokee when I have issues! I have needed to do a lot of work on my '97 Cherokee because of the age, and they have always been able to fix the issues I've had, and I haven't needed to repeat-repair. They do excellent work and are true professionals. I proudly have their shop sticker on my rear window!

Called Todd to tell him what was going on with my 17 JKU. (death wobbles). He told me what to look for before taking it in and explained how to figure if that's the issue and what to do to fix it. If it doesn't get fix I will absolutely take my jeep to Todd and let him take a look at it. After dealing for a different 4x4 shop for the past couple of years and them never fixing the problem, just finding ways to mask it and charge an arm and a leg for it, I will not return to them. Todd if not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to jeeps but helpfully in helping you get the problem fixed without having to spend a lot of money! Will be using Tooltime Jeep from here on out!

Before I found Tooltime, I'd spent thousands of dollars repairing my Jeep and no one actually fixed the original problem. I'd almost given up on that Jeep. I found Tooltime and decided to give one more try fixing the problem. They identified the root problem very quickly (wiring problem), and fixed it inexpensively. I've driven it for almost a year now without that problem. I'll need a new wiring harness eventually, but for now it's doing great with the fix Tooltime provided me. The owner is very knowledgeable, respectful and took the time to explain the problem in depth, including different options of repair. I will NEVER take my Jeep anywhere else! Thank you, Tooltime!

Had to take my jeep to Tool Time this week because I was having a big issue. These people took care of me AND my jeep! They were quick, friendly and affordable! They even went over things that would help me keep up with it so that I am not continously having problems! I would recommend them to EVERYONE! Thanks guys!

Stopped in to ask about a oil dip stick replacement for a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee...Todd took the old one and put a new top on 5 min... GOOD AS NEW...NO CHARGE, VERY FRIENDLY.THANK YOU...
