Jay was amazing. We came to look at a 2013 Yukon Denali, and as soon as we got there he had just gotten a 2017 and we fell in love. Its a gorgeous vehicle, and Jay is an honest guy who puts his customers first. The process was super fast and he took excellent care of us. Lifetime customers now!

From the first phone call to pulling off of his lot in our new Escalade, we were extremely pleased with our experience. Jay made the transaction very smooth and made us feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a nice, clean SUV, he s your guy. Very happy with our new ride!

Super cool doing business with Tanglewood Auto Sales. First of all the process was great and the truck I got runs great and in top notch shape! He s a man of his word and selling GM vehicles makes it all the better because it s American made and very reliable! I m buying something else if it s Gods will and I ll leave a review of our experience and honesty again and hopefully again. My guy Jay there at Tanglewood Auto Sales is a straight shooter you don t find too many ppl like that anymore. He sold my wife a Escalade this past Saturday, great truck, my wife was extremely happy excellent service Mr Jay.I would definitely recommend his lot to anyone out there looking for integrity and honesty.

I worked with Jay to buy my Land Rover Discovery 2, I was coming from northern VA and hounded him for a number of details and accommodations prior to making the trip to actually pick up the car.I had been searching for an older discovery for some time, and finally saw the one listed on their site that appeared to be in excellent condition. Jay went above and beyond to put my mind at ease before committing to the 10 hour round trip. He sent video's loads of pictures. And was friendly, polite, and professional the entire time.Given the distance I had to schedule the test drive and pick up on a weekend, he met with us early Sunday morning at his office, had cartoons on for my little ones in his office/waiting room area, and put me and my wife at ease with his easy going straight forward attitude.I would not hesitate for a second to head back and buy from him again.I love the Land Rover and it has already proven to be a great adventure vehicle for our family overlanding trips.

Right off the bat I felt extremely comfortable here.. I didn't feel like I was being sold. The entire transaction was super smooth and convenient and the truck is running great! My husband and I have purchased a lot of cars but this was by far the BEST car purchase experience we ve ever had. Jay was honest and friendly during the entire process. We drove 2 and a half hours to do business with him and will definitely recommend him to others and do business with him again. I bought a 2013 Silverado, from Jay, at Tanglewood auto sales. The loan officer at our bank actually told us, "this is a really great price for this truck. Well below market value." He worked with me on every aspect of the deal. Went out of his way, like no car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was honest about the trucks condition and shared what history he knew of. This was the best vehicle buying experience I could ever ask for. I'll refer anyone I know to Jay. An honest car salesman is hard to find. So I'll be back the next time I need a vehicle for sure! Very impressed! I highly recommend Tanglewood Auto Sales to anyone searching for reliable used vehicles at honest prices! I had been searching for a car for a couple months now with the help of my dad and brother and after meeting a lot of different salesman, Jay was the first to really make me feel welcome! Most salesman seemed to only want to talk to my dad and didn't really involve me in the process at all even though it was me buying the car but not Jay! He was able to provide good information on the car and was very helpful throughout the process of figuring out if it was right for me. Five stars for sure!

Working with Jay and Tanglewood Auto Sales was by far the best experience I ve had purchasing a vehicle. He worked so hard to find exactly what I was looking for and was super informative and in contact every step of the way. Car shopping was actually fun! I had one of the most wonderful experience doing business with Jay. He made my transition into becoming a young adult very smooth. This was my first time getting a car from a dealer ship, and first time handling business on my own. He was so patience with me and answered all my questions and concerns with ease. I m in college and needed a very reliable car that is good on gas. So I got a 2010 Nissan Altima, it car runs great and has absolutely no problems. He is very genuine and nice he was also very nice to my family as well.Been driving the car for three days now and no lights have appeared etc ( I ran in contact with a bad car dealer a few years ago, being young, inexperienced and have little knowledge of cars he seen that he got over on me and I ended up buying a bad car) but I m so great full that what Jay promotes is 100% true! Thank you again Jay.

I bought a 1997 chevy k1500 from Jay about 5 days ago and I've already put 1300 miles on it. Could not be happier with the product of my first transaction at a dealership. Jay made sure to throughly show me the truck before even talking numbers. I got the truck for a good deal and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice vehicle that's well priced to go talk to Jay!Unlike most dealerships where they're out to sell you anything on wheels Jay doesn't try to sell u anything he knows what your there for and it feels more as buying from a friend than a delarship.With his straight forward and honest attitude throughout the entire process Jay has rightfully earned mine and my family's business!

Jay was very understanding and honest with the sales experience I got out of buying an SUV from his business. No hassle or pushy techniques. The lot was also full of vehicles that looked in pretty well condition. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

Purchased a 2000 Nissan Maxima. Was very clean. Owner was very friendly and helpful, as well as transparent.I had a CV joint go bad about 2 weeks into owning the car. I thought it was the transmission at first and contacted the owner about the 30 day drivetrain warranty and he was fully prepared to have to pay for a new transmission. He was a man of his word.
