I had to get some work done on my car (control arms & wheel bearings). They were able to get the work done in a day at a good price. The next day I noticed I was missing my leatherman keychain tool (~$40). I didn't find it anywhere around the house. I went to Village Auto Care and they had found it the night before where I was standing when I paid the bill & got my key. They didn't have to acknowledge finding the tool, but they did. To me that is a very good indicator of their integrity. Would definitely recommend. BTW, the work performed fixed the car problems.

They re phenomenal and fair. Beyond fair. They took in my van and tried to find the problem with it, drove it every day for a week and couldn t get it to mess up (it s an old van and just has some random glitches sometimes)I thought for sure I d get a huge diagnostic fee since they spent probably 10 hours with it, but they couldn t find the problem so they told me no charge and bring it back if it messes up again. They even filled it up for me when it came to them half full. Highly recommend these guys. Classic southern hospitality/home town/ family shop.

Always quality and friendly service! I wouldn't dare take my car anywhere else. I would actually pay more to go to Roger Marion's Village auto! That's how good they are!

Having problems getting my truck started and then cutting off as I drove down the road. I cold called Neil because Roger Marion Village Automotive is so close to my home and I was wary of trying to drive my truck very far. He told me I could bring it in at my earliest convenience that same day. When I did, he committed to have the problem diagnosed and to call me with an estimate ASAP. He followed through on everything he promised and the camshaft selector sensor wound up being replaced by closing time, all in the same day. Very professional, fair, affordable and honest throughout the process. It s the kind of automotive repair place I ve been looking for. I will be a permanent, long time customer for automotive repair and maintenance on both vehicles I own.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My family has gone to both locations for years. Decent prices and consistent quality of work. A part broke on my most recent service. They showed me the part, explained everything, and comped the labor cost for it. Car was done in a day even with a high volume of business. Neil was a great help! Our car was having issues on a road trip to the mountains for the weekend. He was able to get us in and out within 10 minutes. Turns out the car just had a vacuum leak and he was able to get a new clamp put on. Definitely use these guys for all your auto care needs. Ask for Neil! Thanks again!

Best customer service of any auto shop I have ever used. My family and I were on a road trip when our van broke down. Luckily we were only a mile away from Roger Marion's. They were able to change the alternator, timing belt, and water pump in just a few hours. They even picked us up from the hotel we had to stay at. Highly recommend to anyone

I went here for control arm bushing replacement and brought my own parts. I was told I would get a call with pricing before any work was done but I wasn t. I believe these mechanics do great work but I do think it s a good business practice to let your customers know how much something is going to cost before doing it.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

It is so nice to deal with a business who s owner and employees treat you right and appreciate your business. Neal explained all about OEM brakes for this car and which ones we should put on. I am very pleased with the service. Prior to using Roger Marion I took my vechicle to Firestone. Firestone in 6 weeks could not fix the issue and would charge a dionogstic every visit for the same issue. They told me it was a internal problem . Roger fixed it in a hour

We were coming through from out of town and had a mechanical concern that we needed checked out before we got back on the road. Roger graciously worked us in on a Saturday with no prior appointment and inspected the concern. His team thoroughly checked it out and there was not a significant issue; so we got to leave with piece of mind. Very friendly and great service!!Service: Brakes

Roger Marion Village Auto is the best!! Lenny, Bob and the rest of the crew take care of all your auto needs. Yesterday I had a flat tire (luckily a lady at McDonalds let me know as I was in line). I drove carefully to RMVA and they took care of me right away. They are always this way .. helping as quickly as they can at a moment s notice. If anything will take more than a day they ll let you know upfront. Can t say how great these guys are. Have been taking my fleet of cars (4 teenagers, 5 aging vehicles) for years. Often same-day service, which is amazing. Always offering rides to or from the shop. Always time to talk about family. Always willing to offer advice and poke fun when I try, and occasionally fail miserably, trying to fix things myself, and cheering me on when I have success.Above and beyond. It s what service used to look like decades ago.Thanks y all!

I've been taking my car to Lenny and Bob since I started driving. Our whole family loves them and uses their shop exclusively now. They always have provided excellent customer service and great advice. All the mechanics on site always take the time to explain the problems with my car to me in detail and ensure that any of my questions are answered. They don't try to upsell you like other places will and they understand that money doesn't grow on trees. Roger Marion Village Auto on James St. will always make sure to make you feel welcome and like you are part of the family.

Good and basically fair mechanic. Have had work done approximately 5 times and have several friends and relatives that use him regularly. Prices are average for the greater area, but good for Clemmons. I would wish that his staff would try to stop selling all of us tires, before they are needed, though.

For years they have always done great work for me. Their prices are very competitive and they have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They do repairs in a very timely fashion. The staff is friendly and courteous and they know your name when you walk in.

took my vehicle in for service engine light and engine running rough. Lenny called and gave me an estimate of $450. to replace valve gasget, tune up, distributor cap, and spark plugs. Said oil on spark plugs was causing issue. I approved the repair and then got the call that the problem was not fixed, and they needed to replace another gaget that would cost and additional $500. Bottom line I paid $450. and drove away with the same problem. The only relief they offerd was an $85.oo reduction off a $500. estimate.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Always go here to get my car looked at and fix issues. They've always provided great, reliable service
