The people were VERY professional and courteous! I stopped in on a Saturday for an oil change and inspection. There were a couple cars ahead of me but they got me in and out quickly. There was no high pressure upselling, which I very much appreciated! They even vacuumed out my car and cleaned my windshield! I will most definitely be going back!

The guys here are always so friendly and helpful. We are usually in and out in 10 minutes for an inspection and maybe 15 for an oil change. Quick for sure describes them!

One star is too good for this business. For my wife s 2015 Jeep with only 70,000 miles on it they failed it s vehicle inspection for parking break failure. They check it on level ground by putting parking break on and putting it in drive and pulling forward. I later showed her a video from parking lot at their business on a hill in neutral with parking break holding. Still wouldn t pass it. I had a 30 year + certified mechanic check out and adjust break and he found it to work properly. Said it s not designed to hold while in drive. He also said if he adjusted it any tighter it would break and by allowing them to put in drive a pull forward it could damage both break and transmission. The idiots are not only incompetent they have a carefree attitude and rude. It cost me $150.00 +. Went to another garage,it passed

Stopped by today for an oil change since my regular place down the road was way busy. The people who work there are not friendly at all. As I waited for my turn, I was just looking around the area and when I directed my attention back to the building, there was a woman inside who was frantically waving me into the bay. Apparently she didn't know I was looking right at her because she started clapping her hands and trying to get my attention even harder. It seems like she should have walked outside to direct me where to go and what to do. I thought this was a bit rude to clap at a customer. When I got inside the building, she asked if I had been there before at which point I answered "no". After a sigh or 2, she explained what they offered and what the cost was for each service. I felt like she preferred I wasn't there at all. Don't worry, I will not be back again.Service: Oil change

I went here many times in the past several years. I may not be returning after my last experience. I lost my registration card and the first guy said I would have to come back when I found it because it takes too long to enter the information manually. The second person told me the front tint strip would not pass however they passed this cars inspection for the last several years. DMV states if it is not more than 5 inches below the top of the windshield or below the as1 line it is legal. They also put a flag on my account stating it would have to be removed before they would pass it again. The staff was not friendly at all.

I went to have a vehicle inspector I pull up to the place got behind a vehicle that was already in the bay and a gentleman I asked him I said how long will it be he told me he said they were finished with the car that was in the bay I sat and waited for 5 minutes and no one moved the car the man asked them again are y'all finished with that customer and the lady said yes but they still stood there and I got tired of waiting and I drove off. They should have moved the car out of the Bay once it was finished but they stand around with the customer or whoever just having a nice conversation while I was waiting. So much for good business you don't leave customers waiting when you finish a job you go ahead and do the next job instead of standing around having a conversation. I guess you know I would never go there again

Was just passing through the area and needed an oil change and stopped by these folks. They're all polite, friendly, and also quick service. They covered not only oil change but tire pressure and windshield clean and other odds and ends all in the same package. No wait time either, just stopped in and they took care of us

I have been using this location for almost 15 years. Same owners, who are very polite and sincere and are interested in more than just money. Have had all our cars inspected there since 2007. They will sometimes point out a light that is out and give you a chance to go out and get one, change it and come back. Or they will pop one in for you, if you so desire. They really know what they are doing. One time they noticed that the frame that holds my sister's front right headlight was cracked, spent 20 minutes fixing it for her, and didn't charge anything! You can't beat their service.Service: Exhaust

I came in town to visit family and went to get my car inspected since I had a free moment before my people got home. I m not mad that I failed the inspection, I m upset that I waited a whole hour for them to run an inspection and fail me off of a hole in my tail light that can be seen without hooking my car up to any computer or starting the inspection process, period.Usually the places I end up at for inspections have the decency to state up front, prior to running the full inspection and billing me, that we can t pass you with X which in this instance is the hole in the light (which I didn t know would cause the car to fail) ..but not this place. Thus I m very disappointed with my experience here.

This place used to be one of the better places to get your oil changes/ inspection for North Carolina. I will never go back to them again. There getting crooked don't know if it's because of pandemic, but in the last 3 years in a row, I have gone in there and had small issues on a windshield wiper blade...we're going to failed me because of that!!!! This time I didn't even need the windshield wiper blade!!!! And they wonder why they're losing business!!!!15 Year's I've been going there....no more!!!!

I went there recently to have an oil change and a state inspection. The lady who helped me was very thorough and nice. She showed me a filter that had been in my car all full of dirt, grime and leaves. She explained why it needed to be changed so we got that changed as well as a bulb that had blew out somewhere in the back of my car. As you can tell, I m not car savvy, I just drive my car, pay attention to the lights when they come on, and get those fixed and drive some more. I enjoyed that the lady explained things to me helping me to understand what needed to be fixed. The best part of it all was the time it took for oil change and inspection was approximately 20 minutes! I was happy with the customer service and the quickness and the service as well as the instructions I received for my dirty filter. I ll definitely be back!

They are very rude and have no personality here. The only one that s professional is the woman, and she s always having to tell the boys to get back to work. Even then they are rude and seem like they would rather you not come there

Great job! Qwik Lube changed my oil, replaced a couple of light bulbs, replaced air filter and wiper blades and had my yearly truck inspection. All at a reasonable price. Thanks!

I came for an inspection and was failed for window tint, even though it has not been changed since the car left the factory. Just down the street I was passed with no issues whatsoever.

Love These Guys. I have no problem with them and they have always been courteous and done as i ask. I have an Infiniti and i like a certain type of oil to be used which they don't carry and i'm welcome to bring my own. I also like the fact they have a big picture window where the customers can watch to see what is being done to their automobile. They let me know if something is not working such as light bulbs which i myself want to work plus it want pass inspection if they don't work. Thanks Guys.

Quik Lube is THE place to go for state inspections. Have taken my car there for 16 years when I bought it new. The technicians there are super friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend this outstanding business!

Came hear to get an oil change. Older guy directing cars was rude and seemed to not want any more business. I asked him how long he thought it would take since there was 3 cars ahead of me. His responsive was no specific and cut and dry. Left and came to express oil change down the road.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection and when they were done they said I had a rear light out but that it wouldn't affect the inspection which is false so I was suspicious. I didn't let them change it and had my husband help me check all of the lights when I got home. Everything was working. Do not trust this place. Always ask to see something before they change it or have someone you trust check and change it.

Quick oil change, check fluids and tire pressure, wash windshield, vacuum car and decent price. Convenient location. Friendly people. Don t try to up sell me for different services I don t need.

this place is run by a bunch of crooks . I had my vehicle inspected there 3 months ago(it sat for a while garaged expired) they said that it by vehicle failed inspection due to several bulbs out and a number of things that I could pay them to fix and it would pass inspection so I went ahead and put it that bill so I can get my vehicle inspected. My inspection ran out again this month so I took it back and magically all the same issues they said last time existed again and they needed me to pay them again to fix these issues in order for me to pass. So I go to see in person what the problem was and apparently a reflector needed a ball obviously there's no bulb in a reflector. all of the issues they claimed that was wrong with my vehicle did not exist they were just wrapping up a bill so they can make a bigger profit. Angrily I just left and went up the street to another place to get my car inspected and it went through without a hitch I mention to the new garage what I had gone through at this last place and they said yes they have issues there all the time that Quaker State and Clemmons is indeed run by a bunch of crooks that inflate bill buy fake problems. I have taken all 3 of my vehicles there for the last 12 years and noticed that my bill over the last couple of years has increased dramatically due to problems they say I need fixed. Well, today was my last day being ripped off by that joint. Do not go to Quaker State in Clemmons unless you want to be ripped off.
