The guys at this NAPA will go the extra mile, search hi and low, to get you the correct parts. Their customer attention is outstanding. They also have a good tool selection.

What a bad experience here and will be my last. Your employee ROB is the worst person you could hire here. Customer service is not his thing. He has a bad attitude and does not welcome you to the store and does not have time to do nothing. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to get rid of this creature.

I placed an online order and the website said the item was in stock and available for immediate pickup. I drove 20 miles to the store only to find out that the item was not in stock. I was told the item would arrive between 11:30am-12:00. I waited around until noon and then called to check on the item. At that time i was informed that it would be 2:00pm before the item arrived. I immediately cancelled the order and drove just up the road to O'Reillys. They had the item in stock and their customer service was far superior to the Clemmons NAPA store. This was my second bad experience with the Clemmons NAPA store and will definitely be my last!

Very kind helpful staff. I haven t seen this sort of service at an auto parts store in some time! I will definitely be going here first for my needs. Thanks for an awesome staff And repairing/making hydraulic hoses!

Never ever answers the phone!! We've been calling now for 20 minutes and no answer whatsoever!! Just rings and rings

I'm encouraged to finally have a professional auto parts store in Clemmons. The store seems well stocked and they draw from the High Point warehouse. I have made a few purchases since the recent opening, the employees I've interacted with seem to know which end of the screwdriver to hold, which isn't necessarily true of some of the other parts sellers in Clemmons.

Shopping here was a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and the service was fast and exceptional. The store itself was one of the nicest auto parts store I've ever entered and had a wide variety of product.

These guys and lady ( I believe she is the manager)have been great to me. They have helped me with a few issues on an older truck of mine. They take their to genuinely help.
