They were very helpful and provided me a ride home from the shop after dropping my vehicle off and also did a great job in repairing my car's exhaust issue for a more than fair price. They were friendly and I didn't feel like I was being scammed as I do with other shops I've visited in the past. Being a woman, you tend to feel vulnerable when walking into a shop. I will happily direct others to them anytime!

Meineke in Clemmons is the only place I'd take my cars. I'm always treated warmly. The staff and technicians are very professional and do top-notch work. If there's an unexpected issue, they let me know before starting the extra work.I tell everyone about the shop. It's extremely clean, which is hard in their line of business.I just love taking my car there!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Air conditioning, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I will always take my vehicles to Meineke in Clemmons, NC. Brett and Z are the best. They are friendly and always helpful but the best thing about them is they are honest. Honesty is hard to find these days and I tell everybody I know to trust their vehicle to Brett and Z at Meineke. I have to repeat.... they are the best.

What an incredible experience yesterday at the Meineke Car Care Center in Clemmons. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in finding me exactly what I was looking for. The Technicians were very thoughtful as they made sure to handle my wheels as if they were working on their own vehicle. It was obvious that they take pride in every part of their operation including the newly remodeled front customer area. The overall experience made me feel just like family....!

I love this place!! Only place I will ever go for my routine car maintenance or to be fixed. As a woman, I feel like I am never taken advantage of. I love the staff. Fair prices. 5 stars all the way!!

I had a gas leak and was in the Clemmons area working. Some great friends took my van here and the whole staff was awesome and I don t have a gas leak now. I would recommend them if you live in the area, let them take care of you. They done an outstanding job!!

My tire was losing air and after calling 6 different companies, they were the ones that said "C'mon in!" Brett was so friendly and even helped with my extended warranty claim. I know where I'm going for future car issues! Everyone I encountered was friendly and respectful to all customers. Great service!!!

I have known Gregg and Brett for nearly 7+ years. They are very honest, trustworthy and dependable people in the auto repair maintenance business. Even in my most recent visit to get the check engine light looked at for state inspection, Gregg said that part was fixed by them a while ago and that is still under warranty and I paid only $60 for what otherwise would have cost $300. Even if they had told me something else, I wouldn t have known. It shows their honesty. I almost feel like family when I walk into his place. God bless. I would recommend Meineke in Clemmons any day. From the ease of the appointment setting process online to the cleanliness of the waiting room, I would give this location five stars for it all! The staff was super friendly, my appointment started on time and took exactly the time they estimated. The prices were reasonable, and I will definitely be returning here for service in the future.

When I'm trying out a new service place I'll bring one of my vehicles there for an inspection. It says a lot about a place on how they treat inspections. They are virtually zero profit and kinda a PITA for them to do. But if they treat you right, it tells me a lot about the core values of a service station. I went there today first thing without an appointment. They were friendly and managed to squeeze me in without making me feel like a jerk. I saw another customer interaction and it was the same. Friendly and professional. Same thing dealing with a customer on the phone. An interaction between the front guy and some mechanics also seemed different than other places. They were friendly with each other and not confrontational. My thoughts are that if they treat each other poorly imagine how they will treat me. The place was clean and well cared for. The shop seemed clean and organized. It's all those little things that add up to a good customer experience. I will definitely be back when I need real service done.

The staff did not hesitate to take my car to have the oil changed on a work-in job. They called me to let me know I needed some air filters changed and asked if they would like for them to do it while the car was there. They also informed me that I needed to have the rear brake pads replaced soon and I told them I would be in touch with them to get that done at a later time. Friendly and excellent customer service by all.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I came to visit my daughter and grandkids for Easter. I was staying for 4 days during this busy holiday and told my son-in-law ii needed an oil change before I headed back to Florida and I needed to research tires . He suggestion I use Meineke car care not only did they fit me in for an oil change they installed 4 new tires and did a front end alignment even tho they were super busy . I can t say enough how great they were and highly recommend there services

My wife and I both had car issues in the same day. She had to turn around on her way to work and head to Meineke. On my way to pick her up I got a flat tire! We had no appointments for the day! This location is great! They had both of our vehicles fixed by 330 the same afternoon!They really helped us when we needed it! The staff there is always friendly!Services: Engine repair, Auto tire replacement

I brought my truck over to Meineke in Clemmons for an issue that had been misdiagnosed prior by three separate mechanics/ shops. After spending a couple thousand dollars on unnecessary parts and repairs through these other shops, I was feeling hopeless that anyone could figure out what the problem really was. The techs at Meineke got to the root of the problem and fixed it within a few hours at a very fair price. The techs are knowledgeable and skilled and the customer service is excellent at this Meineke location; I highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle service needs.

First time customer. I didn't ask a quote. I like to find out right away if they will take advantage. They didn't. The fees were reasonable. I'm deaf and they had no trouble communicating. Lots of places do. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I'll go back.

Quick friendly and easy North Carolina car inspection from staff. It's always good to catch up with the friendly front desk staff and Brett. Good honest people and business. Lucky to have them in the area.

Meineke repaired my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. The repair cost was very reasonable and they didn't try to bill or sell me things I didn't need. I was extremely pleased with their honesty and very much appreciate the employees there. I would recommend Meineke to anyone!

My family uses Meineke frequently for both our personal and company vehicles. They have an awesome staff that is both knowledgeable and friendly. We ve had routine maintenance performed as well as repair work and have never had any issues. I highly recommend them!

I take my cars here fairly regularly for routine maintenance and repairs. I have found them to be very knowledgeable and honest with me. Recently our old BMW was having issues with starting in the cold. I had replaced the battery a few months earlier so I thought that might be it, but it was ruled out by the auto parts store as well as a foreign car repair shop. Zeh at Meineke was all on it. He suspected the battery immediately and was the only one who thought to wait until it was cold to test it. Well he was right, they replaced the battery and no issues since.
