Had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 Honda XR150L with Charlie Collins. He was very professional, polite, patient and most importantly he was knowledgeable on the product he was selling! I highly recommend purchasing from here!

On 1-30-24 I went to Honda of Winston Salem to prospect a purchase of a Can-Am HD10 DPS, They were the only dealer within 100 miles that had exactly what I was looking for. I was told the model I was looking for was not in stock, as it appeared online. I was preparing to leave when I was approached by another salesman (Sam, very nice guy) who said the machine I was looking for was in fact in stock, it was in their other building.Lo and behold, there it was. I was in love from the second I laid eyes on it. Now of course there was the fact that I was only looking at this time. I decided then and there I needed to buy it, Sam ran my credit and off to the finance office I went.This is where things went awry, the finance lady (Stephanie Coffer) touted that they were running a deal 0% interest for 12 months, this was mentioned several times as I was rushed through documentation. I paid half down and financed half, the extended warranty was mentioned for around $1500 I neither confirmed or denied adding the warranty as she didnt give me the time to answer.Of course it was added, I seen this after getting the complete statement. Remember the zero percent financing I mentioned for 12 months, I got my paper statement today 4-2-24 and I have been charged interest since the day I took my machine home. It appears that Mrs Coffer was trying to hit her monthly sales goal & lied to me, several times mind you. The only reason I purchased the machine at that time is because of the good financing offer as my plan was to pay it off before the 12 month term was over. Of course I share some of the blame and should ve slowed the signing process to read all of the fine print.I called today and spoke to Mrs Coffer to no avail, I have never told a customer about 0% financing & Have you tried to call the finance company was repeated several times until I just got tired of listening and hung up the phone.Honda of Winston Salem has lost my business, and all of my friends/loved ones business.

I Brought my 2005 Yamaha R1 in to their maintenance department and these guys have treated me very well. My bike was in and out fast and they didn t bend me over on prices. I will be back many times. Also please see Jose Lopez in the Sales Dept. he is honest and friendly and professional I m very impressed with Honda Motorcycles. I will be back for more purchases next season.

Stopped by to get some info for my GOLDWING and was so pleased to be greeted with true southern hospitality. Steve and Max in service were beyond helpful, so thankful for their assistance, Great help! Inside, met Henry, once again Great service , thank you to all three, truly appreciate meeting people who put customer service ahead of sales. Great dealership, thank you.

They have a large selection vehicles. This was the only dealer in three states that I could find the exact model I wanted. My salesman Michael and the finance officer, Stephanie were both a treat to work with. Everyone treated my family and I wonderfully.

WOW!!!! I was one happy person when MaryAnn called me about the new 23 Honda Pioneer 700 Deluxe that was available now. I can't say how professional she was and all the staff we dealt with have been. Grace in Parts, Tony as Service Mgr. have been very helpful with getting the required things for street legal together and dealing with normal problems that's out of there control. I would get with Jolie, she will get you the best Insurance to have. Make a SPECIAL THANKS to PAUL FLUET for insuring that everything was put on correctly. He went out of his way to get accessories on in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Nice facility many types of bikes to choose from. The staff is great especially in the service department. Max Hammond is one of the best techs on site which he's getting my summer fun Ryker street ready to showcase. Sales department you're going to be in for a fast ride with Michael he's so busy with customers you'll be changed your mind on what you originally wanted and find yourself wanting everything they have on the floor. First time ever buying a motorcycle and I'm glad I came across this store which is very visible from I-40 E / W

I seen the posting and I contacted him right away and he gave me the information I needed with no hassle or sales tactics. Very easy buying process. My first bike could not have been better. This Little R3 is amazing ! Very well may get my second bike here as well.

I called and talked to Amber and told her what I wanted. She gave me all the information I needed and had me ready to ride off on my brand new Can-Am Ryker in no time. She was great to work with very nice and super friendly and helpful. Every time I have called or went up there everybody I ve spoken to has been nothing short of amazing knowledgeable with overall great customer service. Thanks for looking out for me Amber!

Didn't have a good experience with my first can am spyder. Sold it and wasn't planning on buying another then Micheal called and said he had a 2019 for me. It was perfect. They completely changed my first experience and made everything right. Bent over backwards for me. If you need a can am spyder I highly recommend going to see Michael at can am winston salem

Words can't express how horrible of an experience I had here. So I won't even go into my long story of an experience. Everything from the hook, line and sinker sales tactic, lack of transparency and customer service. I will never return here and took my business elsewhere.

Jordan Budd in Sales looked out for us since our first contact. We really wanted two Spark Trixx to enjoy the summer at the lake with our boys. I tried many other dealers who told me they couldn t get any this year. Jordan called me as soon as two Sparks arrived at the store to make sure we had first dibs. He made sure we were ready to hit the water with our new toys. The show room is beautiful! Everyone in the store were friendly & helpful! Thank you, Jordan, for hooking us up despite the shortage!

Had my 2008 Crf250r serviced on 2/25/23 and the whole experience was great. What a great group of guys. Very professional and the work they did was top notch. They diagnosed the bike and did a ton of testing, adjusted valves and cleaned carbs all in an hr or so on a walk in. I don t think I ll ever find better service. Their mechanics are pros and well worth going to dealership. Thanks guys you really took care of me!!

Amber really surprised me she was very knowledgeable and professional I'm new to the sxs world and she was able to really make me feel comfortable making a decision on the unit that best fit my needs . She figured out whaT the final price would be on a few choices I was considering and applied no pressure to commit. I'd recommend Amber to anyone that is in the market for a new machine tell her Mitch Vermillion sent you. They were very organized and had plenty of options.

OMG, I don t even know where to begin. First, TRACY is your everything you need type of person. She seriously the go to and will always get you what you need and if she can t she ll send you in the right direction with a tangible information. I love how each time I go she greets me like she s known me all her life. STEVO and MAX are also great employees that get the job done quickly and will help you with any necessary information needed. Just like Tracy they are always friendly and ready to help you in any way. I truly love this place. I honestly, have not had any bad encounters with any of the employees and they all are willing to take care of you. The environment is friendly, helpful, clean, cozy, warm and inviting, dependable, and provides fast with services to say the least. I ve been going here to device my White RS can-am Spyder for over a year and my parents have dropped by to get what they need the over the past decade. I definitely recommend this establishment to future clients or buyers. Thanks for all you do staff! Can t wait to return! ;)

"1# Honda Retailer on the East Coast", My adventure started 5+ years ago, at there Legacy Location in the heart of Winston Salem, NC and that place was amazing, Especially when you went behind the scenes and you seen 50+ HONDA Atv's in crates ready to be built. It was like something out of the movies.I was like a kid in a candy store and I'm 54. They recently moved to a BIGGER BETTER and MUCH MUCH MORE EXCITING building in Clemmons, NC and guess what I had to go there. My fun started when I needed a hard to find part for my bike at the parts dept. I met an Amazing team associate (You got to meet him) his name is Henry. Big Smile, Very knowledgeable and a relationship builder. Its hard to find someone that is passionate about what they do, enjoys helping people, and makes you feel good about spending money at there business. Through the recent weeks I had to purchase items and needed some service needs. Let me tell you I met Phillip back in service, another amazing associate, he was very busy, with a big smile he stopped, answered my questions, and made me feel important, and than he proceeded to have me meet Chris the Superstar Parts manager. Does he ever stop smiling??? He also helped with some hard to find parts but also discussed and showed me other fun items that they had to offer that I can put on the list for Santa to get me!! One more special recognition to Stephanie for assisting me on some paperwork needs for a recent purchase that required a lot of detailed assistance and she did it like a champ.... What an AMAZING TEAM!!! Don't Hesitate.... If you need an ATV, parts or service... GO visit them!! They Rock!!! Let me ad this to the comments- (I don't work for them and or not compensated). Great group of people to work with. Bought my CRF450X and it was a smoothe and quick process. Jordan made sure I was taken care of and the sales manager Eugene was very helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get on 2,3 or 4 wheels.

Good experience overall with salesman Brandon Rowell. Very knowledgeable and helpful... filled us in on all safety aspects and particulars of side by sides since we had ridden bikes and ATVS for years but was new to the side by side game...helped my wife and I purchase a Youth SSR 170 UTV for our kids which they love!

All Powersports places are busy right now, from SC to NC. And since they are busy they know they are going to sale. Most treat you as if they don t care if you come in or not. But Honda on Winston-Salem treated us like any normal walk in. Looked at our trade, gave us a extremely fair deal on it. We had 3 other places to go to this past Friday and Saturday but seemed no reason to shop around. Jordan the sales guy was polite and the manager was also. Highly recommend this place. Plus it s new and clean. 2hrs from the time we walked in to the time we left.

Last Saturday I bought a KTM Super Duke GT from them. What a great experience, everyone I came into contact with wanted to help. A very professional but laid back atmosphere. I finished up right at closing and I was trying to figure out the best way to tie down the bike in my trailer and the owner of the store came out and helped me to secure it properly. What a nice experience and staff.

This is probably the best purchasing experiences I ve ever had. Mary Ann and the whole team at Honda of WS were very friendly, informative, patient, and made the whole process way too easy. Excellent customer service! The facility was also very clean and organized. Thank you Michael, Henry, Stephanie and Chuck too!

In 2019 I purchased a 230 Gtr-x sea doo from Honda of Winston-Salem, from the salesman Jordan Budd. I recommend him because of the transparency on the negotiation and his dedication, knowledge, and efforts to provide me with all of the information I need in order to make the final decision on buying; I have now became a loyal customer by Purchasing another jetski from him(300Rxtx).Jordan Budd (sales Rep.) is very honest and just a genuine individual with integrity that is always striving and looking out for his customers needs. He works with his customers first hand and builds a relationship with them as if this was a small business. As another person stated small town feeling, where it s not about a commission on a sale ...it s about making sure you get what you re looking for and are satisfied with the purchase.Jordan Budd takes the time to introduce you to every person in charge of each department so you will be familiar with the facility, so when you come back you know where to go (services,accessories,fleet,ect)Everyone there is so graceful and attentive to the customers needs. Was just an ok experience, alot of cool stuff and big inventory but Customer service wasn t great rather than employees acknowledging you with help they just looked at you but no real words? Maybe it was because i had a 3 yo with me? Regardless my money spends the same! Needless to say i did t make a purchase here.

Wow. In there twice today, once I looked at a motorcycle for over 30 minutes. No one helped me(0900). Went back at 1100, had to hunt somebody down. Motivated cash in hand. Finally talked with sales person. Out the door price was not competitive. Looking at Charlotte dealership, already giving me more attention on line then I got in store in clemmons. Even contacted, or tried, to speak with sales manager. Still have not heard back. SadFound the same model in salisbury for less with delivery. Guess this dealership doesn't care about making sales. Tried to stay local

I found John in the sales department to be just as enjoyable to deal with as Max in the service department. Their sales floor is massive and is a little overwhelming at first site! When looking at where to buy and service your next fun investment look no further than this awesome shop. Highly recommend the X3 RC, it's an incredible machine.
