I came to this center to rotate the wheels on my Tesla and also check the damage to the rim to see if it can be operated with such damage? To my happiness, I saw how they rotate the wheels, it s terrible, they have no idea how to do the rotation, that you need to do it in a crossover because these are not directional tires. I asked them and saw complete lack of professionalism. when I said why don't you check the rim, they said it's normal. I asked them to check it anyway and together we saw that it was crooked and this damage would damage the car s suspension. (they don t care) I left not happy with the service, I felt like I was dealt with by unprofessionals, I am a engineer and I know what I m saying. At home I saw that there were not enough parts, they did not return the lug nuts caps. In the morning I came to them and they started lying that they didn t know anything about it, they tried to mislead me so that I would leave. but I was persistent and they still found these caps, which cost $28, and began to apologize for what happened. I immediately felt dissatisfaction and irritation from the mechanic in glasses, he showed in every possible way that I had come to the wrong place. listen to your heart and avoid non-professionals, they will explain things to you and deceive you to get your money, but they won t give you quality service, they just don t know how. This is the case when incompetent mechanics destroy the business of the company owner.

This place is honest and reliable. The kind of place you hope to find, somewhere you can go and always feel like you are not going to be mislead.I went today to get a new battery, after Auto Zone turned me away because they didn t feel comfortable changing the battery. That was the best thing that could have happened.I went to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers . They took care of replacing my battery, changing my oil and made me feel good about them. They didn t try to upsell me like most other places.Pierre took care of me today. He was honest, reliable, looked me in the eye, kept me informed. I asked for his manager so I could tell him how great he did but he was not in so I decided to let everyone know via a Google review.Go there if you need anything done to your vehicle. Honest, reliable and trustworthy.Thank you Pierre - you made a difference today. Thank you. Amazing service.

Stopped here on a rainy day! Adam got me in right away for an oil change and tire rotation. My youngin was asking questions while they were working and was helpful to his learning experience. Overall great service.

Adam did a great job of greeting and explaining to me the process of their oil change! He also noticed my air filter needed to be changed! He also showed me what the recommended service was for my vehicle at the miles it showed but never pushed any services. This business was fast, yet efficient and did a great job!

I stopped in to Express about midday on a Saturday, and I was pleasantly surprised at the wait time. Pierre came right out when I pulled up, asked what I needed, and quickly got to work. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. 20 ish minutes later, I was on my way with fresh oil, a clean windshield, and rotated tires. The waiting room was freshly stocked with complimentary hot dogs, drinks, chips, and chocolate. I definitely recommend Express and Pierre for all your car maintenance needs in Clemmons!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Excellent service! The technician Pierre and other staff were very pleasant and helpful. I took my vehicle in to have the tire repaired. The technician found out that the tire wasn't damaged as I had thought. He could have charged me. But he didn't. I couldn't believe it! It's hard to find honest people. What a great place to get your car serviced!

Went to Express Auto Change in Clemmons on 3/36/24 for a NC auto inspection. Adam was quick to the car to help me. He was super nice and I had the quickest wait I have ever had for the inspection. Would definitely recommend Express and Adam.

Great customer service. From the moment I pulled in the parking lot someone greeted me and took my car immediately to work on it.I went to Parrish tire right before them and I went to inside and I was there for five minutes before someone even noticed I m there and then they want me to come back in three or four days to just do the inspection.

Went for a tire repair. The repair itself was quick and easy. Had to return twice to get TPMS reset. At the end of it they could not reset the TPMS. Asked me to take the car to a authorized dealer. The dealer charged me over $200 for replacing the TPMS. Apparently the TPMS was bent while fixing the tire.Not Happy with the repeat visits and the fact that they could not fix the problem.

This place does good service for oil changes and tires.I DO NOT ADVISE you to get engine, transmission or complex automotive repairs here due to their LACK OF experience with what the real issue may be.I was recently informed I needed a transmission for my car or to have it rebuilt. I did not have full confidence in this diagnostic due to the vehicle having low mileage and only 7 years old and I stated this to the owner and asked had he seen this. I was told pretty confidently this happens and is what I needed and it would be around $5500 to repair it from his tech. The owner stated That pulling things with it causes it. Although my car never has pulled anything so I knew better.I took it to a more reputable company and the repair was 1/2 the cost and I DO NOT NEED a transmission and everything will be fine.They have fixed my cars in the past and I was very surprised at this mistake making me think now that the other repair cost for my other vehicle in the past was an overcharge.I will not return here.

Confused about pricing and not alerted about "customer preferred oil" that was an additional $7, which I never recommended. Poor communication for $112 diesel oil change with a $20 labor charge.

Let me start out by saying I have been taking my car here for several years now for oil changes. The service has always been great and employees are always professional and friendly. This trip was for an inspection for my current vehicle and all was as expected. Then Travis, who noticed that the battery was low for my key fob offered to change the battery, no charge! What!!!! Five stars all the way! Thank again and will be there for my next oil change in 2000 more miles. God bless Service: Vehicle Inspection

I went here for an oil change and they didn t screw my skid plate on properly and it fell off two minutes down the road. It was like pulling teeth getting them to fix it and when they did, they attached it back on with zip ties. A few weeks later it fell off again and I took it somewhere else and they fixed it in about 5 minutes, no charge. The other place told me they were just being lazy about it. I would never go back here or recommend it to anyone. They will take cut corners and not take responsibility.

My son took our truck there for inspection. They failed it based on 2 tires. They told him they could pass him if he bought tires from them (only had the most expensive ones available), but if he went anywhere else they would have to fail the inspection and charge him for it. He left and took the truck to a tire shop up the road where the owner refused to sell him tires because they were perfectly fine. Such a conflict of interest and seems an awful lot like extortion . Needless to say, will never go back as I can t trust them.

Step son went for service. Has a vw passat, checked bill after he returned home, found they up charged him for a synthetic euro oil WITHOUT CONSULTING ABOUT THE UPCHARGE BEFORE HAND.. and charged him a full obd2 inspection when only safety was required!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, they have gone down hill drastically, and are taking advantage of those who don t know any better!! CROOKS
