Went by to have my GMC truck battery checked due to sluggish starts and battery light coming on occasionally. Mr. Weaver was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional in providing great customer service for me, as well as others that were before me. While waiting I watched as other associates helped customers with the same great customer service. I highly recommend AutoZone on Lewisville-Clemmons Rd in Clemmons NC!

Lance, the employee here was a big help to me yesterday when I had to change a wheel bearing in the parking lot. He knew what I needed, how to do it and they had everything I needed to change it down to the jack.

Getting ready for a long trip we began to see warning lights show, on our GMC Acadia. Our son suggested going to AutoZone on Lewisville-Clemmons Road to have them analyze the SUV. Great suggestion! Sincere thanks to Lance for a fantastic job helping us! He analyzed the problem, stuck sensor, disconnected the battery to allow system reset, and everything turned out great with no further warnings. Thanks Lance!

Stop by today because one of my headlights was out and was told they couldn t change the bulb and rudely said that they could give me a pair of gloves. So if you go into auto zone in Clemmons and Michael P is working he will not help you.

Excellent staff, knowledgeable. They are always helpful. They help with all of my cars. They help teach and take time if you don t know how to do something. Absolutely 5 + top star review. Kelsey the store manager is very helpful and great team of people. All extremely friendly and helpful.

Neil at Autozone did me the biggest favor by telling me about Roger Marion Auto-repair shop. Mr Marion correctly diagnosed the Jeep s problem and his crew had it fixed in less than an hour! They are on Lewisville-Clemmons road and are highly recommended!

Kind, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable! This was my first time at the store. It was recommended to me by another auto parts store that could not help with the items I needed.I was greeted right when I entered. A man named Kyle listened to what I had to say about my very old, dodge pick-up truck, and was so courteous and helpful.There were several issues, including a gauge light that would come on intermittently. Also, needed fog lights, new wiper, arms, and several other things.This man was incredible! Though I am a woman that knows little about cars, he did not make me feel dumb, or talk down to me (which unfortunately can happen sometimes). He took his time to look over everything under the hood. He hooked up the computer to my truck and checked the diagnostic codes. He made excellent recommendations and did not try to oversell me on anything, which is something else I appreciated!! And in fact, this inspired me to purchase more than I had originally set out to do because of it!He ordered the fog lights and they will be in within the week. He said if I ever needed anything else, that all the stores associates were very knowledgeable & would be happy to help . But honestly, I would only ever want to work with him again because of this experience. Highly recommend this store, and this employee! Wow!!

Kalya a true meaning of a store manager with no class she has a nasty attitude. I guess I will be like to if I was driving around the property acting like I m a security guard..Maybe if you smile more maybe you will enjoy your job more often.. The rest of the staff is always helpful and nice when I come in there ..I just met her yesterday and the way she act she shouldn t even be in charge of that place

As a Wireless District Manager I can say this location displays excellent customer service! After being given the run around at other auto part places. Sales Manager Scott took over the situation and helped me warrenty exchange my gold battery I had purchased at another location.

The Auto Zone in Clemmons is THE VERY BEST place to get anything. Their battery replacement service is second to none. Sunday morning, I went in, Kayla the store manager sold me the best battery for my car. She was super diligent in cleaning out the compartment where the old battery was, spent a lot of time cleaning the posts and leads and made sure the new battery was properly installed. I was very impressed. It started raining during the install - Kayla never blinked and kept right on working on the replacement process. I have never been that impressed.GREAT SERVICE and the staff is very knowledgeable and customer centric. The only place I will shop in Clemmons.Thank you Kayla Morehead!

Nick at the CLEMMONS auto zone is what all retail employees should be. Respectfull and helpful. My battery died in the lowes parking lot. Once started I went directly to auto zone. Nick came out tested my battery helped us choose the correct one and in the rain installed it.Thank you Nick.

These guys are the very definition of customer service! I requested to have a check engine light tested to see what the cause was. I came away with information on two possible parts it could be, how they are tested/diagnosed, pricing info and peace of mind! Charles was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help (somebody give this guy a pay raise!!). I believe the other gentleman was named Gary and he was also super helpful. I'll definitely be recommending this store to anyone who will listen.

I was very fortunate to find out how accommodating and quick the staff at this Auto Zone are. After suffering a malfunction earlier in the day related to my car's battery, I found myself in the same predicament. Not only did the staff swap the battery I just previously bought at another store, they ran tests and determined my alternator was probably bad. So, in the greatest customer service act of all time, they agreed to keep the battery and refund the price. Good place.

The check engine light came on right as we were heading out of town for the weekend. The rep came out in the rain to do the free diagnostic. I suspected it was a repeat rough idle and misfire. I ended up getting an injection cleaner to get me through the weekend where I'll install the new spark plug and wires I already have. Thanks for the help.

Charles did an amazing job. My car had been having issues my aunt went there and asked him about the battery issues. He ended up changing out the battery and spark plugs and it works good now yay

Always helpful staff. We have many choices for auto parts all within .5 miles and the Zone always comes out on top. Just having what you need in stock is a big deal, and this location rarely lets me down. They also have a rewards program that is pretty easy to get value back. Like 3 or 4 purchases later I have 20 bucks off! Save time, go to AutoZone.

Called from Pennsylvania talked to Kayla..first off Kayla was kind considerate and very knowledgeable! I sent my dad to her store for a battery change wich she did flawlessly and with a smile ..my dad is in poor health and was so happy with his visit ..Thank you Kayla you have made a difference in the world wich is very much appreciated..

Visited this location numerous times and l always have a great experience. The store manager and each employee are helpful, informative, and friendly. I m still blown away of the excellent level of service provided. When I needed light bulbs replaced for my car, they came out opened up car light housing and removed old bulbs and inserted new ones at no additional charge. When I picked wipers they came out and replaced those too. I stopped by to get a part needed for my wife s car, they came out in the rain to inspect car to make sure I was selecting the best part to correct the potential problem. Prices are competitive and the service is top notch and unbeatable. I m always in and out quickly. So, when I need something for my vehicles I always go here first.

These guys are knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. Have just about everything you need. If not, they will get it in a flash. I would have given 5 stars, but their car battery prices are outrageous (use Walmart) and they will balk at a return of one, even if it is one the same day that you bought it.

Michael was so helpful, as a senior widow I didn't know what I needed or how to fix my taillight. He not only got me the right bulb, but he made sure I was able to get it changed before getting back on the road with a smile and a joke to make me feel better. Thanks!
