Tim was professional and great to work with. This could not have been an easier experience. He let me take the car to a mechanic I trusted and get it thoroughly inspected. I appreciated that a ton. When it came to paperwork, he had me in and out in 20 minutes. The most stress free car purchase I have ever been a part of.

I would be aware of this dealer. I bought a car from them recently and it had a fire issue. No disrespect to the dealer I understand they're just trying to make money but, be sure to get any vehicle you're interested check first. My family could have been seriously hurt. I would not recommend TimeLine Motors.

I bought a 2008 Ford Fusion from Timeline. I am very pleased with my investment. Being a female, I just wanted to make sure it was going to be an informed & wise purchase for me. I took the vehicle to get looked over before buying. Super nice salesman, after understanding I had to bring the car back within the time allotted. Best part is its a smooth ride. Everything works & I am satisfied.

Went in today and purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue S with 47,000 miles. The owners were very knowledgeable and didn t pressure us into buying anything. They gave us the keys and let us check out the vehicle ourselves and told us if we had any questions feel free to ask away. After checking out the vehicle we took it for a test drive and everything seemed ok. We told the owner that we had a trade in and what Carvana was going to offer us and he came in with a pretty close offer so we decided to just trade it in with them and walked away with a fair deal. I would definitely go back because the whole experience was very smooth and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle at a fair price and the quality is very good. Happy wife happy life!

This is my second time buying a car from time line motors, and I am so happy with both cars. No issues with them at all. The dealer and the lady who is working with him were so patient while showing me cars because I took time to choose the car. Also, if you re looking for a good price, that s the right place. Highly recommended.

Mr. Tim was great to work with. I had a emergency occur during our negotiations and he was fully understanding and helpful. He is the perfect example of how you should treat customers. His prices are very reasonable and he is honest, upfront and sticks behind his automobiles. Timeline Motors will now be my first choice when we decide to purchase our next vehicle. Thanks again Tim.

My husband and I bought an SUV from them and after driving to Charlotte and back the oil pressure light came on I took it to the mechanic and they said it was pretty clear they replaced the indicator part just to reset the notification temporarily until they could get it sold. The car is unrepairable (without spending more than it s worth) and we haven t even received the tags yet. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. The place we took the SUV said there is no way they could not have known this car already had engine problems which they chose not to disclose.DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. We purchased the car and in less than a week we had to take it to the shop to learn it was a lemon.PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Tim is a really straight up guy. Gave us the keys and let us look unmolested. Took an extended test drive (20 mins), then came back and continued to looking without interruption. Reasonable price all around. Lots of JDM and Euro cars. Clean office and easy to work with. Going back Saturday to seal the deal. Worth the hour and a half drive.

I drove one hour to buy a car from time line motors, and I didn t regret. Mr, Hatim was so nice with me. The process didn t take much time. I will certainly go back there to have another car if needed.

Worst day ever dealing with the salesman which was a female . Got there from finding a car online I was interested in, drove car things wasn t right okay fine ..let the mgr know and he said the could fix it okay cool the woman said leave $100 for hold all cause they needed to repair on it (never heard of) when speaking with my daughter to fill her in on what s going on walking around I mentioned how I ve never heard of leaving money at car lot she jumps in conversation and say you can take your $100 back what s the problem we was shocked like she started explaining someone might come for the car etc I leave come back few hrs later ready to finish . Got on phone called insurance added car she mentioned she needed to speak with them before hanging up so ending the conversation with insurance I ask do you need to speak with them she pushed a card with a gmail I gave to lot. She storms into other room and I asked mgr what s the problem and proceeded to tell him how unprofessional she is and I wasn t pleased with her attitude..she comes out is there a problem loud . Her mgr said she wanted to leave before I got back cause it s after her scheduled time and he said he told her to wait after the last sale (Me) and she s tired forgive her. I simply said it s okay I need the owner number couldn t get it. She called police and he said what I wanted to do since I ve put insurance up there I told him I didn t wanna do business with them . They gotta deal with losing 20k over her being tired and attitude. The mgr wasn t pleased but still proceeded to say she s the salesman. She argued with him in front of us pushing his arm telling him to sthu so much. This place doesn t respect people hard earn money or respect people period . Police was on my side which was surprising . I want to speak with the owners

My experience was amazing! It was so great to find a guy like Mr. Hatim there to help! This was probably the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had! I never thought I'd find my dream car, and there it was! Would highly recommend purchasing a car here if you're looking for no-haggle, and peace of mind that you'll have people working for you that are as excited about you purchasing a car as you are!

The young lady ,who helped us was verynice,we looked for what we wanted,no one breathing down your neck.We checked it out,and then we went in to talk.I would recommend them if you are in the market for a used car. The cars are nice and very affordable!

Don t go here unless you want to run your credit before test driving also we were told not to turn the engines on LIKE WHAT! Went to look at 3 vehicles 1.Reeked of cigarettes,stained seats and looked liked it was parked in a garage with 1000+ Cats but of course online photos looked great (Blue Hyundai Sonata) 2.Puddle of a unknown liquid under the car (Gold Hyundai) 3. Never gave us the keyAnd I guess giving us the key is useless anyway since we were only allowed to unlock the doors and look inside, no turning the engine on, and that s until we were on our credit through the bank that is we drive an hour and a half to come there super shystie if you ask me! 0/10 wouldn t recommend!

Fantastic! We got to wander around without someone breathing down our necks. Allowed ample time to test drive, again without someone breathing down our necks.We fell in love with a car. Only downside was the windshield was cracked. Not a problem for this team. They willingly replaced the windshield for us and kept us in the loop every step of the way.Just drove the vehicle home and my husband is beyond thrilled. Thank you so much.

I had bought a 2015 Dodge from Timeline in October for almost 9k, it lasted barely 7 months before all the issues started catching up to it and I found out it needed some very expensive repairs. Which was gonna end up being nearly the amount I paid for the car, I soon realized the car was making a ticking noise and when I took it in to be looked at I was told that many things needed replacing. The rocker arms, the lifters, intake camshaft both banks, exhaust camshaft both banks, oil control valve seals, valve cover gasket left and right, and the upper and lower intake gaskets.

I was searching everywhere to find a good, reliable, and nice looking car for my teenager and came across this place. I went to the lot when they opened and looked at 4 different cars, got CarFAx reports on all of them, test drove all and when I made my decision, I was able to take the car to a mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. Everything looked good for a used car with 140k miles, and I decided that was the car for my daughter. They let me take my time and didn't try to rush me or make any sales pitch at any time. Drives nice and smooth, great history, I did run into a couple of issues that needed to be repaired, but it was for things that wouldn't have been noticed during the inspections, so I won't blame TimeLine Motors for not being aware of the problem. It's expected when purchasing a used car, they will come with repairs over time. I looked at many cars on several lots before finding the one I bought from TimeLine Motors and I feel like I got a great deal compared to most places. The purchase was so easy and quick. My teen is very happy with her first car and I am happy to recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a used car.

I bought my first car here.The gentlemen helping me answered all questions i had and gave plenty of time to overlook the car and make up my mind without any pressure or persuasion. They also provided new fog lights because one of the fog lights on the car was broken. Unfortunately they were the wrong size but Sam will be replacing them for me. Very grateful for that. Super clean dealership, great experience, definitely recommend.

Beware of good prices! Found a car I ve always wanted at a great price, unfortunately it came from very rude people unwilling to repair even small things before the purchase. I bought the car with dirty seats, sticky buttons, a leaking gas tank, no TPMS sensors, and smelling like cigarettes. I ll fix all these issues because it s a beautiful car. I ve bought several cars in my life and this was by far the worst experience I ve ever had.
