I have been a customer for years at their hwy 70 location in Clayton NC but today was the worse experience I ve had so far. I visited the location on 70 Neuse Pkwy Clayton NC. I went in for a simple oil change and inspection. After I paid, the tech walked me out and said I passed but there was an alert for low engine pressure , and I need to get the dealership to check it out. I get in my car and nearly all of my alerts were going off! I didn t have any of these alerts when I came in. I also passed the inspection. I drove back around and someone else looked at my car and told me the tech didn t plug a sensor back in and it s now fixed and to drive a few miles and it will reset. Needless to say it did not. I went back and the tech had an attitude after I asked for someone else to look at my car vs him. The mechanic there reset the alerts and Zion was very apologetic and showed me nothing was wrong with my car. I got a credit but I will never go there again. I m going to continue my business on Hwy 70. The funny thing is the employee who serviced my car was employee of the month!

I arrived about 10 minutes before they opened was the second person there. The doors open promptly at 8 AM. I was guided in ask some options as to what I wanted to do and they proceeded to start the work. This particular trip was an oil change, including a new filter. They were done in 15 minutes.Some perspective here had I went to the dealership where I normally go I would ve paid more, it would ve taken an hour (minimum) plus driving there and back. I see no need to waste my time going to a dealership for an oil change moving forward.If you re looking for a vendor that gets things done, I would go here.

Had a decent experience. I was able to get my oil change as well as state inspection all in the same visit. I didn t have to wait and was able to pull right in, pretty sure as the time goes by that won t be the case. The waiting room was clean and had complementary coffee. Restrooms were available as well. Staff were friendly and answered all my questions.

To be honest, I truly wonder how they got 5 stars. They charged me $93 for synthetic oil change (with $10 coupon) for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and no tire rotation. A bit pricey, but okay. The personnel seemed very junior and gave the impression that they didn t know what they are doing. I was nervous. I go home and I check what they did. Well, they almost broke the cap of the engine air filter! They didn t close it properly and forced it into a wrong position. Some of the plastic is chipped away by forcing it into an unnatural position. Thank god it still closes normally despite the damage. Again, maybe I got bad luck, but I m really surprised they got the 5 stars. I know I will never go back again, and I recommend you do the same. I m still looking for a good car care company in Clayton.

I pulled up at 445pm to get an oil change & was done by 5pm! Giovanni was amazing! Super sweet & respectful. Great customer service.

First time coming here was a Great experience. It s nice to be greeted in a friendly manner when you arrive, and you don t even have to get out of your vehicle. The staff is friendly and the prices aren t bad. The best thing is we were in and out in Less than 20 mins.

I took adv of the $15 off coupon recd in the mail. My oil was changed within 10 minutes including replenishing my coolant and washer fluid. Techs were professional, courteous, personable, and quick! It was really a pleasant experience and I got to witness it all from my car. I never got out! I ll be back there for other oil changes and for my NC State inspection!! Count On It!!

Excellent customer service from the time I pulled up until my car was finished. Prompt and quick service as well, I wasn t there more than 40 minutes from pull up to driving off. Will absolutely be going back.

Taylor was the best. Super sweet and informative. Made sure my vehicle was in and out in ten minutes. Walked me through the different options and was super friendly! Thank you Taylor for the amazing service! Love to see women at the auto shop!

Had an exceptional experience with Hwy 42 Strickland Oil Change. Greeted with a smile & respectfully. Asked what services I needed, which were oil change and inspection; instructed me to exit my vehicle and visit lobby. Choose to sit outside with grandson. Completed services, interacted with me & grandson, so much. We enjoyed our visit! If I could give them a "10", I would....great establishment. Manager & staff, super welcoming. My go-to spot Thank you all for the hospitality!

Great experience! I was able to drive right in, and they explained my options, along with some recommendations from what they found under the hood. They were very polite and professional, and the oil change was completed so fast! My husband & I will definitely get our oil changed here again. Thank you!

They were awesome. The young man who greeted and did the majority of the oil change was professional and communicated everything upfront. Would highly recommend this location. Great experience with staff and service. Will be a return customer for a long time!!

Went in for an oil change and I am pls to say that it was a great experience. Ever individual that I spoke to were very polite and professional. These are not just mere words , they are facts of my service personnel. I DON'T TOLERATE BAD SERVICE. With that said I would recommend this facility to anyone. A big thanks to SB employees.

In and out within 13 minutes for a synthetic oil change on my kia soul. Absolute incredible customer service and knowledgeable staff. I was waiting outside before they opened and an employee came out to ask what I needed done while blocking the sun from my eyes with their jacket. Small things go a long way. I'll be back for sure.

Excellent experience. First time using them but I was in and out in 10 minutes with no fuss. Never had to leave the car for the oil change. When my order of synthetic was going to be higher than normal plus my new car requires 6 qts which is more than normal, they let me know and checked before proceeding.

This really was a great experience! I went to get my car inspected, and when I pulled in someone immediately walked up to my car. He told me there was one person in front of me for an inspection that will take about five more minutes everyone was polite, and the place was very clean, I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes

Well, we did have to wait well over 10 minutes. The staff (everyone of them) was really respectful and apologized for the time. I would definitely recommend THIS LOCATION to everyone! Absolutely professional and very informative. Awesome experience!

their crew is great ! My inspection failed for a few things but the inspectors explained exactly why and how to fix the issues . and how to go through the process. the oil change was quick and done clean. came back for the re inspection and was in and out within 10-15 minutes. would recommend!

First timer going to this facility, tbh i was skeptical because who is comfortable with a building named 10 min oil change. I read the reviews and decided to try, nothing but amazing service, timely, prices were very reasonable, again the service and the quality are fantastic!!!!!!

I thought I would give these folks a try as they were close to home. Was able to get in and out within 15 minutes with an oil change AND vehicle inspection. I have to give 3 stars because they left my steering wheel dirty with grease and my paperwork had greasy finger prints all over it. I was a bit surprised at the pricing for my oil change as it exceeded $80 when I typically go to another garage just a bit further out and get it done for almost half the price for the same synthetic oil. People seemed pretty friendly but pricing and not keeping my car clean was a downfall to this review.Service: Oil change

Employees were extremely efficient and detailed. It only took a minute to get all of my personal and vehicle information, and the entire process was so easy! I'm not used to places that let you sit in the car during their work, so that was really cool to experience, and it made it that much faster to drive right off afterward. Every employee was friendly and courteous, and you don't feel talked-down-to or intimidated whatsoever. Very comfortable environment, and I felt like a valued customer right from my first visit! I'll definitely come back here for my next oil changes and am very happy to provide the business! The easiest trip you'll make!
