They had me wait in line twice. I left after having an oil change, but noticed a loud scraping sound from under my car. As it turns out, a screw was missing for the skid plate... They told me when I returned that it was already like that. The receipt stated that, but no one mentioned it or offered to fix it before I drove off. It also never made that sound prior to my oil change. This is where I usually go for an old change, but I don't plan to return after this.

It only needed an inspection and they removed the air filter for an extra charge. It was new. I had changed it a week ago. They removed the brake fluid cap and did not put it back. Very dissatisfied with their service, be careful and check your car after going there.

I came in today to get my state inspection. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. My wait was not long. I listened to the lady at the front help others and she was so helpful, and personable, giving customers options on service (price with parts, price if the person wanted to go buy the parts on their own and bring them back to be installed). Just a good experience overall.

I sent a request for an estimate online, and received a confirmation email. The next morning I arrived soon after they opened at 8am, for a NC safety check. The staff member who assisted me was polite and professional. They already had my information and were ready to take my car for service. I waited maybe 15-20 minutes, they were very fast. I would recommend going here.

I came to get my tires rotated and my oil change done, they said they could do it . I asked the guy if they top off all fluids in the car when they do a service. He said yes. Then they take my car in and say they won t be able to fill my liquids in the vehicle because they don t have any. So I asked why they didn t tell me they couldn t complete my service before they started. They had no response. Avoid this place don t come here .

Do not go here. Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection. Employee told me a there would be an extra $9.99 charge I said ok. When I went to pay he said oh I meant $99.99 Was charged nearly $300. This was the week my baby was born so I wasn't working that week and this really screwed me over. I emailed the owner multiple times like they say to do in all their bad reviews and have never heard back from them. It has been months now. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.Reply to owner.As it says in my review I have emailed multiple times and never got a reply back you already have the information. This is a cop out.

They came to me and said I needed new wipers but I had just looked at them and seen nothing wrong. Then after they change them and pass me on the inspection I asked them why did you try to fail me for windshield wipers but you passed me with a tail light out? They didn't know what to say, but I can bring back around at the end of the line and we can fix it. I said no to waisting more of my time of y'all trying to get more money out of someone. Just like the old man sitting beside me getting the same thing done to his car and you bring him a fairly clean air filter and saying it was bad and needed changing.

On 8/10 I went to this location for an oil change. The person who serviced my car failed to tighten up the oil filter cap and caused my engine to drain all the oil and my car to turn off in the middle of the road. When it happened I went straight to jiffy lube and told them what happened. The store manager admitted to be at fault and even commented how they ve been having issues with that employee. We towed my 2022 HRV to the Honda dealership. Honda s report confirmed that the engine was seized and that I needed a new engine. I went back to jiffy lube but they had to send their own tech to double check, after their tech went to Honda they insisted that my car was fine. My husband asked for extra tests on the engine to make sure it wasn t gonna blow as soon as I started driving it. I picked up my car 9/9 and drove straight home, took my car out again on 9/11 to go to school and on my way back the car starting knocking and again turned off in the middle of the road.I have been trying to get answers from jiffy lube district s manager Edgar Board. But he has been hiding behind his store manager (Chris) and refuses to return my calls or speak to me at all. He refuses to give me any information regarding what is going to happen with my car. His new claim is that its not his fault since Honda released the car but jiffy lubes employee was the one who caused the original problem. I also believe that they had something to do with Honda saying the car was fine. I am very disappointed in the way that this issue has been handled. I haven t had a car for over two months. My car is worth at least 20k and after this it will lose its value, not even counting how much its gonna cost me to repair the engine and all the money I have already spent. Jiffy lube continues to refuse to pay for the damage they caused or ANY of the expenses I had as a result of their bad work. So if you re thinking about getting service here THINK TWICE! unless you re willing to risk losing your new car due to negligent employees and an unprofessional district manager who can t even show up for the store that he s responsible for.Update: it has now been eight months since an employee at this location ruined my new car and jiffy lube still has not paid for any damages. I still don t have a car, can t even say how much money I ve spent in attorneys so far and they still don t take responsibility for what they did to my car. Again do not go to this business! Next step will be going to the news so that everybody knows what kind of business this is.Service: Oil change

It took 3 hours for an oil change. They recommended services that I didn t ask for and that they didn t have the parts for. They had services on the service list that weren t completed. And my things were misplaced within my car.

I was very disappointed as meineke always gave me free tire rotation with a synthetic oil change you all charged me $29.99 . I will most likely go back to Clayton Meineke for all oil changes with state inspection. Sorry, I just feel I was taken advantage of

Incredibly expensive for just an oil change. My car is almost brand new and they tried selling me an air filter. They came out with a disgusting air filter with leaves and pine needles stuck in it, which I knew wasn t mine because I checked mine before I even went here and it was clean. They aren t there to help you they just want to make money off you.

Nice people that don t know what they re doing. They broke the wheels studs off a Jeep when I tried to have them rotate the tires during an oil change. They tried to send me away missing 3 of 5 lug nuts on an 32 inch tire. Another time they double filled the oil of a car and it blew out all of the engine seals shortly after.

My first time at this location. The people were helpful. I normally get everyone s names but those who helped with my car tall slim guy with beard and bald head was the one who did my brakes and explain why it took longer than usual. The young lady was helpful as well she was talking to me she has blonde hair with glasses. She put me at ease. The blonde hair guy at the desk he kept me updated about what was going on with my car that was a plus. I appreciate them. And there was 1 more guy when I first pulled up he answered a few questions and 1 he wasn t for sure if the use ApplePay and he came back to confirm the did. Thanks again. Place is a joke they do not know what they are doing they do not care to help anyone with anything showed up at 4pm and waited to be served until 5:30 just for them to tell me they wont be able to look at my vehicle today because they close at 6! Place is terrible DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IDIOTS

Pricey but this location always applies discounts without having to ask or download them. Sometimes discounts are greater than advertised coupons. They don't sacrifice quality or thoroughness for a speedy turnover.

The slowest Jiffy Lube location I've ever been to. Go to the one in Garner near Lowes if you want to be taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

Will not be not recommending anybody to go there. This is the last straw that broke the camels back, it took over an hour to just get an inspection. If I had known how long it would take, I would have gone to another establishment that was faster than the word "jiffy". The attitude of the manager was very poor as he allowed me to add an oil change to my ticket which is fine but didn't care if the customers were waiting. But I guess he was happy as he got another sale in....

I want to really say, As a customer who goes here with experience; Hands down the best Jiffy Lube out there. Prices are pretty low. You can really get alot better service here than some of the other ones. The employees are fantastic at there jobs. They take there time at looking at your vehicle to make sure it is in top shape. They give you Quotes on there prices.I had some bad experience with some other companies mechanic places and Jiffy Lube helped me with my issue. If you're one of the people who either has gotten scammed out of parts or companies say they give you new rotars or something. Make no mistake.. Everytime I go to Jiffy Lube they do it right. I have talked with so many other people who have been here as I have and they say the same.These employees at Jiffy Lube are experienced and will set you straight. I haven't had any problems with my car since going here. Better yet, I'm not quite good with mechanics on a vehicle myself. If you have questions or concerns talk to them. They will physically show you the issue with your vehicle.I'm definitely going here and will still be there customer. Jiffy Lube prices have certainly increased since COVID. Oil changes start at $55+. I was talked into getting a synthetic blend at $85 and agreed based on a promised discount, which was not enough to ever make me do business with Jiffy Lube again.Its unfortunate since I have only done business with them with all my prior vehicles. My car was in the garage for 1 hour (no exaggeration) and this was simply for an oil change. I have never visited this location in the past. When I got in my car I noticed a stain on my seat, like dirty oil mark. I didn't bring any attention to it, I just drove off. I knew I could've gotten a conventional oil change for $45, at Quick Tune and sat in my car while they performed it. But being a loyal customer to Jiffy Lube is what brought me there. Guess. I will have to show my loyalty elsewhere. Update: Manager of location called to make it right so I increased my star rating. That doesn't change what I went through, but certainly makes me feel valued.

I think it was an overall good experience, my only criticism is that when people come in sometimes they are only able to purchase the service they came in for. If you find something while performing the service you should notate that on the receipt so that the customer is aware and can talk with the cashier or service person about pricing that out for a return visit instead of just just sending the customer on their way after they decline the service to be fixed at that time. Honestly who is expecting to pay $100 or more for an oil change and then be told you have other things wrong and you can barely afford the oil change. I just suggest going forward you guys should put that information on the receipt so the customer has it, can t say they re not aware when they do come back for another oil change, and they can get an estimate of the cost to get those found items repaired.Service: Oil change

I find all oil changes and auto service over priced these days. Jiffy Lube is in line with other places and usually offers discounts. They also check tire pressures and top off most fluids to ease the sting a bit. I use Jiffy Lube frequently.This particular store was pretty average with respect to cleanliness, etc. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and it was super busy.

Sat in line for awhile before I got checked in. Not a real pleasant experience. No smile. Body language says he was worn out. Staff must be short: didn t see anybody I saw at last oil change. Several of those staff were good. I had to ask at checkout if they found anything that might be a problem. Told that everything was good. The customer before me asked like I did and was told the same thing. The oil change happened too quickly for anything else to have been done. When I got home my wife exclaimed that sure didn t take long. So I told her what I said above. This location is very convenient, but they don t demonstrate the kind of training and experience that I need to see to believe my truck is safe to drive locally and on the several Interstates that I travel.
