Great place!When I was calling around different cities to have my cars seen! Everyone was completely busy! And Everyone wasn t able to even give an estimate on my vehicle until several weeks!And we were threatened by the insurance company to find some place to leave our vehicle within 48 hours, or they would take away our rental!!I told this to more than 25 businesses that I have spoken to! All of them said No or I m Sorry, where just to filled up at the to even have it in the parking lot! I spoke with H & H on a Thursday evening at @ 4:55pm (right before they closed) and told them what was going on! And even though the nice lady over the phone said that they also were very busy.That they would HELP US!! and to just bring it in. They also spoken to the insurance company. And gave us some advice.I have nothing but High praises for H&H! They were the only ones out of the entire 25 businesses that I spoke to that helped us in our time of need! They were very kind friendly, and helpful !!!Thank you H&H. Especially to the lady on the phone, with the blonde hair. (For the life of me I cannot remember her name)!

I was beginning to car shop until I got mine back. They told me upfront it may take longer than usual but it will be worth the wait. I would not have put any star. I made arrangements with Karen she was to leave an envelope for check & keys. I get there, and driveway has been paved could not leave car. A call would have been nice and other arrangements made. I can t give a review about work, but if you can t call to tell me Sunday night won t work then it makes me a bit nervous to do business with you.

Absolutely amazing work, so thrilled. Our vehicle was only 8 months old when we were rear ended and it sustained pretty major damage. Was in a pinch with my rental running out an couldn t find a place without a huge wait to get my car in. This company got my car in fast and did a fast but perfect work to get the car out the shop just as fast as it came in and the work was flawless. Recently, two raccoons ran out in front of my 2017 Toyota Camry SE and damaged the right front fender, bumper cover and grille as well as the wiper/washer container and the wire/cord underneath that connects to the right headlight or parking light which was hanging. .As I am not originally from this area, I had no idea who to choose to repair my car, however, my son in law told me about H&H Auto Repair and I could not be happier with the referral.I was expecting the shop to be backed up this close to Christmas and not get my car back until some time in January but was pleasantly surprised to not only get it back before Christmas but the repair work was outstanding. The paint matches perfectly and it drives perfectly like before.I cannot thank my son in law enough for the referral and to H&H for the excellent repairs to my car. They are crooks plain and simple, horrible people and service. DO NOT go here, yeah what they arent telling you is the month of back and forth, added chargers poor communication , strange invoicing the list goes on and on, not to mention bald face lies.

Have had a couple vehicles worked on here. They are always done when they say. Paint match is always exact. I won't go anywhere else. You may have to wait to get in, but it will be well worth it. I love all the nostalgia in the office too!

I would recommend this shop if you want the job done correctly. You'll have to wait to get your vehicle in but they communicate every step of the process to ensure you're aware of what's going on and to get you back in your vehicle.
