I called the garage around 2:30 am one morning to hear the operating hours. To my surprise, Mr. Elks answered the phone with patience and understanding.I explained the problem with my vehicle and he advised me to bring it in during normal operating hours.Later that morning, Mr. Elks was right there ready to assist and repair my vehicle. Absolutely awesome service. Thank you, Mr. Elks.

we were traveling home from vacation when the alternator on our car died. I called and Carl came in his tow truck within 10 minutes, loaded the car and gave us directions to local businesses where we could wait. Repaired the car quickly, drove back to where we were waiting and only charged a very reasonable amount for the tow, parts and labor. (while i was waiting, i was concerned we would be overcharged since we were stuck out of town and had to pay but Carl was super considerate).Nice to know that are still decent human beings willing to help

Well I was going to see if I could get some work done on my car here but the man who answered the phone wasn t very inviting at all. Answered the phone very rude all he stated was YEAH? Like I was bothering him so no I won t be taking my business there.

Very nice man! He wasn't there one day I went and he ended up stopping whatever he was doing to come inspect my car. I go to him everytime I need inspection.

He was very rude on the phone and missed the times that he was supposed to come three different times. He never bothered to call and say something came up or that he couldn't make it.
