I called Eric when my truck didn t start he got to me really fast and immediately identified my problem and fixed it. If your truck breaks down anywhere close to them don t hesitate to call. They re on top of it!

I was stuck on the side of the road and gave them a call, they picked up right away! I gave them location and with no hesitation they headed my way. The mechanic arrived shortly and got straight to work. Eric was very knowledgeable about everything that was going. He was able to get me back running in no time! He later contacted me to make sure everything was still working good and even followed up with me the following week. I highly recommend North State Street Management!

I m soooo grateful I came across north state street management. After the experience I had with a different mechanic prior. I spent extra money for the issue that wasn t fixed correctly. I had to do research and found north state the head ceo Eric was soooo knowledgeable and helped me get my truck running. Due to the fact I get all my work done at my home mechanic in Michigan. I wasn t able to get back there in a timely manner because of my truck being unauthorized. God sent me an Angel in Eric he made sure he got me together before leaving me making sure my truck was running fine. He also called to check on me to make sure everything was good . He ensured me I will be able to make it back to Michigan with no issues so I m just glad my stressful week came around being a greater blessing.Thanks again and he is now my Home (NC) mechanic definitely will use him again if I need him.

Battery died on Kenworth. They arrived in 35 mins with new batteries and quickly replaced the old ones. we would spend more time on waiting someone to come and just jump the truck. Hour and half from call time to truck being ready. Thank you

I am very pleased with the service and costs of maintaining my vehicles with North State Street Management. Their level of service combined with the fairness of pricing has proven to be an asset to my business and I would highly recommend them to friends.

Eric who served us was amazing he kept us informed and he shopped around for a very tough to find tire size and completed a tricky roadside tire change on our old bus. We had called dozens of garages been stranded 16 hours and they all turned us away. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH ERIC He really went above and beyond to help usAmazing service

Amazing service, great communication, honest, professional, etc. If you are in need, don't bother calling other shops, this mechanic will not waist your time or money. I wish that I can call him every time my truck breaks down.

Very flexible with getting us sceduled for a service whether it is mobile or in the shop. Nice quality work. A bit pricey, nevertheless we are always satisfied with the services.
