Definitely Go Here! The manager is a mechanic and knows his stuff! He s very well informed and saved me tons of money , time & effort!I will definitely come back here, just because this manager put in the extra effort and took care of me.

Robert at the Hwy. 29 China Grove location was so nice and helpful during my recent visit. He put my bulb in for me as well as my no leak for my power steering. Great customer service!!

Rich recently was able to help me with my car. I did a DIY diagnostics test after its check engine light came on, and Rich was very helpful in explaining what part my car needs and how to go about getting it fixed. I highly recommend this store!!!8/6/2022 - UPDATE: I CANNOT RECOMMEND MORGAN ENOUGH! I went back today and a girl named Morgan helped change my battery when I would've been STRANDED without her help. She so quickly swapped my battery and was so kind. She was clearly raised right and I can't express enough how appreciative I am to her. I just wish I could leave a new review instead of having to edit an old one I'd already left for this store. Thank you, Morgan!!!!

This store is on my dally commute making is very useful. Great helpful folks always greet you with a smile and a hello. While they don't have everything they do have a very, very wide selection. If it's in there system they will get it in if it is not they "will" tell you where you can most likely find it. That to me exemplifies customer service and satisfaction.

I used to take my vehicle up there and patronize this store after they would help me but no more! The older lady in there told the customer before me he could take their machine out to his car and do it himself and bring it back in and she would put it on their computer! Then I was just asking where my fuse box in but she cut me off saying we can t tell you what fuses are what we I cut her off and just said could you tell me where on my car is the fuse box she said to read my owners manual! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You used to be able to come in and they were so helpful but now it is hands off don t know and read your manual! I just wanted a fricken fuse but guess they don t hire knowledgeable personnel anymore!

On Saturday March 20th I called concerning a riding lawnmower oil filter. A young man answered the call and proceeded to help me. I gave him the model number of the lawnmower but could not give him the number on the old oil filter due to how it was positioned in my garage. He asked if I could bring in the filter but I had not started draining the oil as of yet so I explained I couldn t. He told me he found the filter and it will be waiting.When I got to the store I had to look at a couple other things and had not said I was here for the filter yet. I then over hear this employee whom I had talked with talking to other employees out loud with other customers in the store about his conversation with me on the phone. He was demeaning and condescending as he told the other co workers about our conversation. I then spoke up to let them know it was me who he had spoken with and immediately his tone changed. I own a retail business and it is an unspoken rule in our store that we do not discuss store guests in any manner with other store guest present. I believe the manager at the China Grove , NC store needs to have the same policy.

I purchased a gallon of Degreaser when I opened it the seal was broken and there was water inside. I went back the next day and even though the person that sold me the stuff was there they gave me the "third degree" are you kidding? They even scanned my Drivers license? As much money as I spend at AZ not as this store... THIS was unbelievable!

I've been going to the auto zone in China Grove for probably 2 years now and there's always somebody there to help me even if I'm not looking for a car part I work with fourwheeler and bike but I also work with cars there are some parts from cars that I can make them work like studs I bought studs from you guys plenty of times but today I went to get some studs and guess what the guy call Fernando said to me that he can not help me I told him that you guy's had help me before so I ask him again he said no (cold) I just want you guys to know that you got somebody that's not ready to help thanks.

To be honest the employees are great, but as a company, Advance is giving me way better prices on in stock items and I buy auto parts several times per week.

AutoZone on 29 in China Grove is the only automotive store I go to. The employees are the most helpful I've seen in the area, and they either have the parts I need on hand or can have it that afternoon or next day. Willing to go the extra mile to help a customer !

They always have the Parts then I want, if not they would call another store to see if they have. If that store don't have it they order it for you. AutoZone workers are some very good workers. That is where I buy all of my parts for all of my vehicles.

Love when they closeout parts and oils, when they have them on closeouts they are extremely cheap and you get a great deal.
