I took my XRC RR in for the 1st service. A couple we met riding at Hatfield recommended 704 motorsports. When we got back I made an appointment To drop the machine off for the 1st service. I was very happy with the quality of service And a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a few questions about the machine which they took the time and answered and explained and did not try to upsale me on anything. They showed me a couple up grades that they had done to other machines. And I will be ordering those parts when I bring it in for the next service. They have definitely earned my business on both machines and I would recommend this shop and staff to Everyone in our group and the friends we haven't met yet on the trails.

Top notch people Gene really knows his stuff. Great people to ride with they leave no one behind. One of our group broke an axle the sun is going down twenty miles deep in the mountains with bears, mountain lions and banjo music in the distance. Gene had the machine up and running in less than twenty minutes. I was very impressed!!!!!

We went and picked up some parts for our machine here. They stayed and waited on us to get there and were super friendly and helpful! Very fair and knowledgeable shop!

Buyers. Beware!! I went to purchase two vehicles from 704 powersports. I confirmed they were both available to purchase and told the lady on the phone that I live one hour away and let her know I was in the truck and on my way. She again, confirmed the deal and told me to they would be there when I arrived. 10 minutes before arriving, she contacts me and told me someone had given a deposit over the phone on one of the machines. I was never given that option and just felt like it was wrong to do knowing you had another person driving an hour to see the machines! Poor business practice! After digging into their reputation I realized numerous people have had terrible experiences with them! Do yourself a favor and take your business to someone who actually cares about their customers!

Long story short, if you are in need of diagnostics and service on your teryx 4, want to wait 2 months, pay $827 for an oil change, a cv axle and a couple bushings and get your machine back driving exactly like it did when you dropped it off.... this is the perfect place for you. But as for me, I'll take it to someone else. But don't worry, they won't charge you for excuses or attitude... those come standard

hmmm. told them what i got... And in a rude response, "we don't work on chinese stuff". whom ever the young lady is on the phone. You guys should maybe send her to some type of customer service or phone etiquette class. and in your're response you know you are lying.. dont worry i found someone. i wouldnt take your recommendation anyways.

Super Impressive shop. I ve been extremely happy with everything they have done to all of my sxs s. I ve spent a lot of money with them for a reason. And I will continue to do so.

Went in for rock sliders got put on a 3 month wait and they would call to drop it off. They never called so I called several times no response. When I called again after a wait on another call back they said it be another month. So 4 months of waiting total for nothing.

If you need work done on your side by side or atv, this is the place for you. They did quite a few maintenance and repair items on my 4 wheeler for a very reasonable price, in a very short time frame. I'm very pleased with their performance and their friendly customer service. I will return and I recommend you give them a try.

Great people to work with and they help out in anyway they can if they are closed and you need something they will meet at shop to make sure you keep on riding (if it is a emergency) lol great family owed company

Picked up 2 quads locally to ship to PA. One quad had a shredded tire making it impossible to load. Brought rim in and had a tire mounted under 15 min. Y'all were what made the shipment today possible. Thank you for your immediate attention to my situation.

Order a part from them before Thanksgiving and still have not received it. I paid up front and when I call they always tell me that they will call manufacturer and call me back. I haven t heard a word from them. I m glad I only spent $10.00.
