Pablo and his crew did great! Came in clutch for one of my buses needed a winsheild. He went and picked it up and installed it for me at the location of my coach. Also fixed my entry door. Great to work with and will by my first call next time in the area!

EXCELLENT service!! There are not enough good things to say about Pablo and his company. They went above and beyond to fix our bus and got us back on the road in less than 24 hours. I run a big fleet of Entertainer tour buses (prevost) I have used this company serval times and they have always been fast with mobile service, and they are really knowledgeable. Pablo the owner and his crew are very nice people and my go to shop anywhere in Charlotte, NC and he will travel as far as needed to help you out!!! I'm a fleet manager for a distribution company in Michigan. My driver broke down in NC this morning. These guys answered right away, sent a truck to him quick and had him up and running in no time! Easy to work with, easy to pay! As much as I hate to say I hope to never have to call again, if I've got a truck anywhere close with issues I wouldn't hesitate to call immediately! A++

Set an appointment to have work done on our coach. Pablo was ready as soon as we arrived. Excellent experience and attention to detail. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We were passing through from Texas and needed service for our RV. We called several places and they were backed up for weeks but when we talked to Southern Diesel they MADE TIME for us. The owner was so friendly and helpful and just an all around great person. If you need service I strongly recommend Southern Diesel. Best service and great attitude! Too bad we were only passing through because this would be my go to place for everything if I lived here. GREAT SERVICE!! Pablo replaced the Fan clutch on our (Arrow Coach Lines - Little Rock) Prevost bus. He worked on Memorial Day weekend to help us. We were 700 miles from home & he answered the call on a Saturday. It was a great experience. He kept us updated through the process. Highly recommend. I would give him more stars if possible. Thank you

Pablo is a solid guy. I was given his contact info as second source from another mechanic and I wish he would ve been my first source.Work ethic is awesome and he has a good eye for detail.We can both officially say we ve swapped a differential gear box from a 40 entertainer bus!Thanks for the help

Shipper punched a hole in my trailer roof, other places i called said two weeks at the least, but Southern Diesel got me in in two days and got me finished same day.

What a find. Outstanding diesel shop!.The prices were reasonable but the communication and education I got as a new diesel coach owner was priceless. They went out of their way to make sure I understood WHY each of the services was getting done. This was a new coach to me, and they took the time to inspect hoses, chassis components, and general stuff to make sure nothing looked concerning and they found and fixed some minor things unrelated to the service call or tires I brought it in for, none of which I would have caught. Pablo is a genuinely friendly person and enthusiastic about what he does. I won't use anyone else unless these fantastic reviews cause him to turn me down because he is so busy!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Battery, Oil change

This guy is absolutely AMAZING!!! I can't say enough good things. It's a LONG story but it's worth telling.I drive an Entertainer Coach. I was having turbo trouble on my way to Greenville, SC. I limped it in and gave them a call / request for mobile repair at the venue. Pablo arrived with all the correct diagnostic equipment and found one of the turbo sensors was no longer seated. He made the necessary repairs, ran more diagnostics on his laptop and found found it to be working properly. Then our TM ( tour manager ) asked if he could repair a couple other smaller issues. He was more than happy to do so and quickly made those repairs.We left the venue well after midnight and headed to Lynchburg VA. About 10 miles into the run, the turbo issue returned. I called Pablo. HE ANSWERED! We decided to limp the bus to a truck stop and he'd meet me at sunrise.When the sun came up, he was there! This time, the turbo just BLEW. It was done!He started making calls. I'm running a 60 series and you'd think parts are everywhere. NOPE. After MULTIPLE calls, we found 2. One of the two we found was in Manassas VA. Pablo asked if I thought I could limp to Lynchburg. He then laid out the plan of him driving to Manassas to pick up the turbo and related parts while I got the boys to the show in time for load in. That's driving from Kings Mountain, NC to Manassas VA then back to Lynchburg VA to make the repairs in a venue parking lot!!!That's EXACTLY what he did!! I moved from the venue to a hotel and at daylight the next morning ( Sunday) he was there switching out the turbo!We pulled out around 4pm Sunday evening. The coach ran better than it ever has. Two days later, I'm headed to California. Tonight, I write this review from Tucson Arizona. I've not had the first issue. Like I said, she's running better than ever! Name me another mechanic who would go above and beyond the way Pablo did.... NOT MANY OUT THERE.He will come to you for routine maintenance, emergency repairs or whatever you need. Again, I can't say enough good things!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Contact me for more details or confirmation.

Outstanding service. Extremely knowledgeable. Quick response when called. Great to work with. One day turn around resolving an electrical issue with my personal car. I had a bus that was stuck at the fuel islands not able to start and a blown oil line. He came out on a Saturday three hours from his shop and worked on the bus for two days and got the bus and the band back on the road. If he lived closer to me I would try to hire him. 11/10 very good mechanic and went through every step to make sure everything was good and solid before the bus went out.

My semi coolant line busted called 3 different roadside companies with no results. Contacted Southern and he said send that address and a picture of it. He came out fixed it quickly and I was off. Thanks SD
