High DO NOT recommend doing any work for them as a vendor. We have done a few jobs for them and they re are always 60-90 days PAST due. Everytime you will get a run around from their account payable team and sit on hold for hours. We refuse to do another job for them, they are hands down the worst brake down company we deal with.

Never again. We worked on a truck for them.. payment runaround from August to December. We sent invoice thru mail... then emailed to three different people. Finally approx 12/4 they called and said they mailed a check 11/22. So it is 12/18 and wow they called with a credit card for payment......smh on this. at least they paid finally.. really no stars should be an option

Wow! I am a service provider for FleetNet, and I have no troubles with them at all. They pay on time as long as you submitted the paperwork correctly, they pay by credit card, and when I call in to complete a service for them, the customer service is stellar.

They advertised that you get an hour lunch as an employee, but the first day I worked there I was told you get a 30 minute lunch and have to ask for permission in advance to get the full hour.If something goes wrong, you get pulled into the office with two managers and "talked to". Or gaslit, if we want to be really honest.So basically they are just like any other call center, the CEO/owners do not care about their employees, only about their profit and productivity. Typical capitalistic setup.The customers are extra horrible. I don't know why people think it's okay to literally scream and curse at someone who is TRYING to help you, who did not cause your problems, and has VERY little control over your problems or the solution to them, but if you're gonna treat people like this, you kinda deserve to be stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours.

If Zero Stars Was An Option, and obviously they re paying for reviews. Budget has hired this horrible, non communicative company to help with compliance and maintenance. However, they have no clue what they re doing, also put my company driver at risk by disclosing personal information to a shop owner.

My company uses Fleetnet. They are the worst. Do not use this company. They got acquired by an even bigger company and now they suck even harder. I get paid by sunbelt rentals to do the job that fleetnet is supposed to do, when sunbelt rentals already pays them. They do not return calls or emails. Mechanics hold vehicles hostage because fleetnet won't answer the phone to issue the po.

I was going to share my experience but as I see, that will amount to absolutely nothing. At this point it's a write off. These people don't even know what they want or need to pay an invoice. Do not work for them it's twice the work half the pay if they pay at all.

More bad reviews then good.So here's mine second time using them because my insurance company uses them.called for a tow for my Rig to go about 10-15 miles down road nothing major called at 3pm my adjuster told me Fleetnet would contact me shortly, fleetnet texted at 4pm with a ETA of 89mins which is roughly 1hr 29mins after between 2-3 hrs decided to call fleetnet rep. Answer after two holds she comes back on and say tow had another call ( police) after they were dispatched to me..? So no call no hey tow got police call we will send new tow.. nooooo then she say now they r ready I will send new text so I ask what is policy when truck late or cancel she said we normally call but they didn't I told her that is bad business and customer service location where truck going about to close, she then stated the will be there I just said OK and she hung up on me this was at 8pm now. She sends new text for 90mins. Now at 11pm tow driver call facility where truck was going closed. I state that to him. He says I just the call as a was finishing up job. Not only that he states horrible company they are.They double book and he hates fleetnet calls,he apologize for them ( which was not his job)Not to mention first I was to use them i reset truck to get it going canceled tow before it was booked but 2 hrs later received a text from fleetnet(also 1st and only text) driver is 5 mins away.i was driving so I didn't respond as I arrive a delivery I get a call from tow driver asking do you still need tow it's 3hrs later now I said no I told him about text of 5min away 1hr ago he said I did not update or advise them of that he said I'm not near your pick up yet I told him I do not need it,he said yes ignore anything from them they send out what they want about drivers all the time without booking tow.Be carefulThe good reviews r vendors.We the one that's suffering on the side of the road waiting for false ETAs.Use at own risk..needless to say I waited over 6 hrs and had to reschedule because facility closed.

Zero communication with Drivers. Had a coolant line bust and waited from 9 am till 5 pm to get told by calling in to check up on the progress of parts that I needed a tow. Now I'm running all over Baltimore trying to get my trailer because they towed it with a 3rd party without contacting myself or the company.

Absolutely worthless road side assistance. It has been over 3 hours waiting on a tow. Asked for an update and all they had to say is that another caller has been waiting over four hours like that is somehow suppose to inspire confidence. There is no inclement weather here to cause delay. I suspect they pay tow trucks the a petty amount so no one takes their jobs.

I am currently waiting, I've been waiting since 330 am for roadside assistance it is now 12 noon.. and still waiting. Absolutely no way to run a business and company's are waisting there money using this company. Time is money people. And u are worthless and waistful.

Worst customer service ever. I've been blown off, lied to, and dealt with really unprofessional characters at FleetNet. I wouldn't use them if my company didn't have a contract with them. Be warned.

I've dealt with fleetnet since they started Carolina breakdown years ago , I've not ever had any issues getting paid , just email a invoice and they send payment in a few weeks , everyone in the office I have ever talked to has been extremely nice.Now since coxauto has bought them and a few other like interstate truck service they may change . I deal with a bunch of breakdown services including fyx and downtime and few rv breakdown services, by far fleetnet and downtime beats them all.

Total rip off. Driver ordered tow at at 820pm ,Fleet Net told him Tow Pro of Nashville Tennessee will be there in 119 min driver canceled, driver canceled at 841pm . Would you believe it I was still charged for the tow after canceling it. Try to talk to Tow Pro ,I was told tough we get paid for dry runs. Try getting fleet net on the phone now one answers or returns calls.

Better hope your rental company didn't partner through fleet net for roadside assistance. If they did anticipate 2-3 hours before they start to work on your claim. side of the road, baking in the heat? they don't care. be prepared to wait and if you want an update on the process? be prepared to wait another 30 minutes on hold.

Left my 65 year old mother on the side of I95 for over 4 hours. In Florida heat, with no water. They gave us a false time frame. They were impossible to reach. They provided no help or solutions. Actually hung up the phone on us at one point.They should be ashamed for letting someone sit on the side of the road indefinitely. We were able to find another provider to help.Edit:They gave a generic response they'd look into the event and reach out. They didn't and deleted the response. Didn't even bother to respond when I contacted them directly via email. Trend seems to be with all the reviews it takes hours for everyone to reach them during actual service calls. Horribly unprofessional people who do not care. I was merely looking for an apology and reassurance they'd do better for others moving forward. It's evident my experience with them is a pattern they have no intention of changing.

This is the worst road side service company. Be prepared to sit for hours. I reported a break down and was told I would get a text for eta, No text. I called and was told my phone number was in the red thats why I didn't receive anything. When the mechanic finally arrived he said fleet net gave him the wrong address and told him where I was not. Then he had to leave to get the part because they told him the wrong information on the broken piece. I my opinion this is a terrible service provider!

I have been providing roadside service for 10 years now and this is by far the worth company to work for. I have been sitting on the side of the road for 3 hrs waiting to get paid for a job that took me 25 minutes to complete. 5 different people and not one know how to pay me for a service they hired me to do! Horrible experience!

Absolutely incompetent. Waited 3 hours for a kid in pickup with no tools to take pictures with his cellphone. 3 hours later called them due to zero communication,the pictures got lost. Two more hours waiting for a tow truck, they screwed up setting up tow truck. Start over looking for another tow truck.

My driver has been broke down since 6am, and it is now 757pm and still waiting on a tow truck. Been on hold with the company for a very long time. This is unacceptable and no way to conduct business. You can't have people waiting over 12 hours for assistance.

I work for a vendor who supplied tire services for a Fleetnet customer. I have over 2 hours wasted on hold to try to get paid $59. I was finally told that the credit card info would be emailed to our CFO. We get the email and we received only a partial credit card number. I then reached out again (another 45 minutes on hold) & was told to call back on Monday to get the rest of the credit card number. This is unacceptable. By the time that I finally get a credit card number a week will have gone by since the work was completed. We have made the executive decision that our store will no longer accept Fleetnet customers.

fleetnet America is the worst breakdown service for drivers on the road! I repeat do not use them or call them because you will be on hold for 30-1hr or more just to get help. They don t care about your concerns or request they will send anyone to fix your truck that accepts the job not tomention there is always 90- 150 min out for a vendor far away so plan tobe be sitting for about 3-5 hours before someone can attempt to help you. There horrible with detailed notes about your truck so it can get fixed properly. The techs always say O I didn t know or I they didn t tell me. Fleetnet is all about take your hard earn money and they willget to you when they can do so period. Drivers beware do not use Fleetnet America. They don t care about the drivers time or concerns to get them back on the road. Also if you hang up for being on hold so long be ready to to start from the beginning of the line again so you will be hold for another hour or 2 .. extremely disappointing !!!!! another thing to my forget about your ticket and you will be waiting thinking help is on the way and hours will go by before you have to call them again ! I hate calling them!

I own a tire shop in Lamar, MO. I have dealt with FleetNet three times, and I will not perform anymore service for this racket. They want you to get their driver on the road, but they take their sweet time paying the vendor. Expect HOURS on hold. And they don t care when you close, they kept me at my shop for two hours after closing one night. I won t release the truck until I am paid, so the driver suffers more than anyone. The last time I dealt with them I was on hold for 45 minutes (which was super fast for this outfit), then their credit card was declined, so I was put back on hold. I had already closed my shop 20 minutes before, the driver was late for his load, so he paid for it himself so we could both get on with what we needed to do. What a joke!

If there was a lower rating I would use it. I had a service call with fleet net. My flat tire was fixed but, now my phone number has been tied to every service call around the country. The calls come just about every hour on the hour. Don't even get me started on the long hold times. I do not recommend this company.

Been waiting for over 7 hours. First for a mechanic who never showed and now for a tow truck. Called multiple times and haven t been able to talk to a person. I would say this company is not good and don t use them.

Horrible, horrible service. Husband had a flat tire on his semi truck. They said they would be there to his location within 3-4 hours and it took over 5 hours before they ARRIVED and could swap a flat tire out.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If I could negative star I would.

More than 2 hours to assigne service for a repair for a shop where we are parked sitting with the mechanic. It literally rakes longer for a fleetnet cordinator to look at the paperwork than it takes the mechanic to do the repair. At least 2 occasions i had to sit overnight waiting for minor repair because the mechanic went home while we waotid hours for fleetnet to aithorize.

I would give a negative rating if possible. Our driver broke down on I24 in TN. Called Fleetnet around 3am got a call back at 4:59am and was told it was to be approximately 2 hrs for arrival. At 7:45 am no one had showed, during this time we had made a call to cancel the services as we would find someone else. They did not cancel and I placed a second call to cancel and they young lady was rude and still they came to our truck and then wanted it towed unnecessarily. The company we re-booked with was there in 25 mins and fixed it onsite. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone. Now they are charging us a 2 hr dry run of over $300, REALLY?

I have been doing business with FleetNet as a vendor for many years. They are always a pleasure to work with, and their staff is always very courteous and responsive. Hands down, they are the best heavy duty truck breakdown network to work with.

Fleet and Transport owners! Beware! This company is awful!Drivers and dispatch spending over 48 minutes on hold! Their fleet service operators are iincapable of getting information correct and providing it to repair services, dysfunctional and unprofessional! Operators don t even have the ability to contact a nearby repair service , fleet service has been known to send a repair service from over 100 miles away when a tire service or repair service location is 5 miles away!If you want to pay your drivers to sit on the side of the road for eight hours straight waiting for a simple repair then this company is for you!
