Just did my 2013 traverse about a month ago. They did a great job, feels very strong and shifts very smoothly now. With a little mechanical knowledge myself I know this one is not an easy one to rebuild. Eric was very upfront and honest and did the work at a fair price. They got into it and found a worn carrier basket (not 100% sure if this is correct part name) which didn't come with the kit, which he replaced and didn't charge anything extra. I will definitely use him in the future if I have another need.

I don't trust my vehicle to just anybody. When I contacted BNL Eric said all the right things and gave me a good price over the phone and he followed through with all of it. I told him my exact transmission and he gladly gave me a lead time and price that I could live with. My 23 year old jeep transmission is working like a champ. Eric and Bobby even took some time to help me sort out an unrelated issue. If I ever need transmission work in the future I would only go back to BNL.

Got Quoted a price for a complete rebuild, then went to drop truck off, and price went up by $2500 when I got there..Same day! Won't be doing business here.Called.and confirmed twice on price and have the exact transmission for my F250 Super Duty Service truck, which has the 5R110W..like I said, spoke on phone 2 different times to owner and confirmed before I took it there..

I had my daughters Volkswagon towed here. Not many places will even touch a foreign vehicle. Eric was very friendly. Took the time to explain everything he was going to do. The work was done quickly and the car was ready when he said it would be. He did NOT overcharge me. I would definitely bring my other cars to him. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for transmission work!!

We took our 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer to them with multiple issues. They rebuilt the transmission and it is now working flawlessly. Thank you Eric for completing the job super fast and doing it well. Great customer service and very knowledgable on any transmission. Hands down best transmission shop in the area. Want to personally thank Eric for taking care truck problems. I have an old truck that began having transmission problems. Eric and BNL was recommended to me. Eric thoroughly explain what needed to be done, quoted a VERY fair price for the work, and completed the work in a very timely manner. The truck is no up and running great. Thanks so much Eric. Eric Built a 4R100 for my Ford F-350 Diesel about 6 years ago .He listened to what I wanted my truck to do and built my transmission to handle it .Eric is a transmission Genius .Highly recommend for all your transmission needs.

Wife called just to get a quote on a transmission flush he was the most rude person we have ever heard and said he wouldnt do it cause if it messed something up we would blame it on him! We are not dishonest people

Quick turnaround on my buddies transmission. Seemingly great workmanship. The only gripe would be that they overfilled his transmission with fluid when they put it back on.
