Was there Friday and needed a starter Jeremy Clark really helped me out and made me laugh he said he was trying to be a manager there hopefully y all make that happen before someone else does he was amazing

How can you work at autozone and know nothing about? Cars went today to have a headlight bug replaced, They did not know how to replace it.

Service is exceptional. Needed a battery replaced and they had the right one in stock and installed on site. On another visit had replacement wiper blades installed on site as well. Recommended for their service and parts. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff.

What a great store. Went in for a starter today. Gary and Matthew were awesome. Helped me solve some problems I was having with fitting the new starter. They took time to show me everything and told me they were glad to help. I appreciate good people doing a good job. Thank you for the help. I have always loved this store... even more now. Keep up the good work.

The second I walked in, Auto Zone employee Chris was at the door and ready to help. He was very patient, and made sure I left with the product I was looking for. I really appreciate it. Thank you Auto zone team.

Staff is amazing and super helpful and answers any questions you have. I always use this place cause I feel like I'm asking a friend a question and I get an honest answer. Even busy with other customers they are friendly and helpful to everyone there.

My son s truck s windshield wipers, quit working, and he was unable to drive home 45 minutes in the rain, so he stopped into AutoZone to see if it was a fuse blown. Turns out that wasn t the issue and the store manager. Daniel took his time to come out in the rain and help my son get his wipers to start working again so he can get home safely. This is what customer service is about helping one another and Daniel form from the AutoZone in Cherriville North Carolina, went above and beyond. Thank you Daniel.

Battery went bad in wifes car. Drove it by for them to install. When going home I noticed the battery light flicker in the dash. When I got home I checked the neg and pos connections. The positive connection was loose on the post. Bolt tight but I could move the connection with my hand. Long story short I had to remove the red acid piece they added to the post. The connector had to be flush for it to grip the post.

Though I would give them one more chance and after being on hold for 20 minutes they said they had the break booster I needed got it home and got all the bolts under the dash put on and then the master cylinder would not fit thinking I'm going to send them a bill for my labor and maybe they might start getting things right some people need to loose there job if the computer don't tell them they don't know anything

I've used AutoZone for all my parts replacement needs for years. Never any issues, very knowledgeable staff, I mean down to the last employee at every location I've used. They stand behind their parts as well, always get the lifetime warranty if available, the part is typically warranted for as long as you own the car, and in most cases it covers wear and tear in addition to defect. I've brought back several parts after I wore them out, never had any problem getting them exchanged.

My husband said this is the only auto parts store he can go to and get the right part the first time. Evidently these people know their stuff. And, being a Veteran, they always make sure he gets his Vet's discount.

They didn't have the part for our car but they suggested ordering it and walked us through different locations that may have it that would be able to ship it to them. Our parts came in on time and accurate.

Great place to shop auto parts, most always in stock. I just go to their website, put My vehicle information in, put what parts i need in the search, then there are several parts to choose from. You can pay on their website or wait until You go to their store. They sell quality parts that last. Had a bad battery i bought from them a while back and they made it good right away. I recommend buying Your auto parts at Autozone.

Finding auto parts is ok, but as far a accessories, they only stick one of everything. Aggravating. I needed two seatbelts covers, not one. There's two sides to a car. Makes no since. Who wants mix matched stuff?

Drove from Kings Mountain to get part, waited in line longer than it took to drive there. Cashier did not know alphabet when told by another employee that the part would be "down this isle, in alphabetical order" Had to ask manager a second time to please help his employee he seems a little confused.

Good place to buy parts nine of them not all of them are very mechanically inclined and they do try to sell you the highest paid part to get their quota so they can make more money but they do look up on every computer and try to help out as much as possible

Back last summer I shop there a lot but the older guys there just want to stand around shoot the breeze and not wait on people who was standing there with the money out in their hand ready to pay for the merchandise and leave pretty rude
