I went into the store to drop off a package for ups. It's a drop-off place if you need to send a package . I also need things for my car so I go on the way home from work! Nice guy's ! Nice place good prices!

The staff members are very helpful and very friendly.. usually understaffed so you might have to wait a few minutes for someone to help out if they are busy but they are worth the wait.

Today went in and was helped by a new guy. That's what he told me. He was great. Then he went to work with another customer. I picked an item and walked to the counter. I waited maybe 2 minutes in front of Robert. He looked busy on the computer, so no big deal. Then the phone rang and he answered it and started helping a customer on the phone while I stood there looking at him. Never said a word to me or anything. Very poor customer service. I used to own retail stores, I would never answer the phone with a customer standing in front of me. Just rude. Set my item on the counter in front of Robert and left the store to go to AutoZone. Competed my purchase there. Only a 2 because of the help of the "new guy"

Courteous/extra friendly most of the time. When very busy, they still take time with you. I've never felt neglected or slighted in any way. They are also willing to stop what they're doing to replace a windshield wiper or two. :)

Went in asking for some studs for a lifted strut mount for my vehicle. They were not very busy at the time, so an employee took time to try to help me find what I needed. GREAT customer service!!!

Everything was very good the paper were friendly the Shelfs was good stocked price is a little high than Walmart but you got to buy what you can't get at Walmart at Advance Auto

The one in Dallas had a broken belt measuring tool, the guy guessed at it & it was too big, I went back & told him so he exchanged it for one and it was too small!! So I went to the one in Cherryville and the guy measured it with a carpenters tape measure!.. Said it was 37 inches.... I did not trust that type of measuring, so I went to AUTOZONE.... The belt was 38 inches and fit perfectly.... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED A BELT!!!!!

Website says they close at 8pm and got there at 7pm and no one was there, one guy named Bruce always orders the wrong part and complains when he has to fix his mistakes, also was kept on hold for 20 minutes which gave me enough time to drive from my house to the store which is 10 minutes away, walk in and order my part and leave and drive back to my house and then he answered after 30 minutes, very unprofessional

I went to advance auto parts in Cherryville nc today to see about getting a new power steering pump as the one I bought from there 2 years ago failed and comes with a limited lifetime warranty, I was informed by the new manager that the pump is not covered because limited lifetime does not cover it. The person asked if the pump worked when it was installed, I said yes I was then told well than it is not a factory defect and is not covered. I asked the person if they would not mind repeating what they said while I recorded it, this person said no, so I hit record this person got on the phone and ask for a police officer to come down and escort me out of the store, while this person was on hold they looked at me and said do I have to get them to come down, and I said are you asking me to leave the person said yes, and I said okay Iam leaving but I will be in touch with your boss Monday about this, the person then said didn t you need brakes to, I just looked and walked out.---This person said they are the store manager.

My husband coasted (car died) into the parking lot last night and the store was closed. The hours posted on the website is not correct. Please change hours on website because it is misleading. Otherwise we have always had good service at this location.

I stopped in about my low beam not working on my car i thought it was a blown fuse, the employee came outside pulled all the one's that runs my lights unfortunately it's not the fuse the guy was so nice and kept saying he was sorry that he couldn't help and didn't have an answer to my problem, i was happy he took the time to try to figure out what is going on .

If you are going to change your hours at least have the courtesy of changing your listings online. Nothing worse than wasting gas to go to your store only to see you are closed an hour early!
