Friendly staff if they don't have your part and have to order it. Most of the time they can get it quickly

They need to change the hours for Saturday to closed instead of open until 3pm

Clutch on the bike stopped working. This gentleman helped me bleed the clutch and had the tools to do so. I couldn't have asked for a better auto parts store

I m rushed across town to get here before close to see a sign saying closed on saturdays. Maybe set up a voicemail stating that because I did try and call but assumed you were just busy

Went in because I thought my transmission was failing. Was willing to buy anything they sold me. They didn't sell me anything; explained it was the altitude and i couldn't purchase extra air pressure.As I went down the MTN my transmission started working

Excellent service we broke down on a motorcycle just outside Cherokee. They delivered us a battery and brought tools in case we needed them.Thanks for the great service.

It's grungy and small, but it had the item I needed. I liked the vibe in here though... The older gentlemen sitting around the counter, talking about cars, and eager to help.

The store really needs to be upgraded. I think the 1st time I came to the store I was in my twenties. I'm 50 now.

Camping trip from Chicago subs, pulling 8500lb travel trailer, one of the front left caliper pistons froze up. Which melted boot for the piston and then had to apply more pressure to the right front for stopping with trans braking.Called this shop as soon as they opened, they had all the parts I needed to change out both front calipers, pads and any hardware I didn't like to see that was in question.Changed out the parts at the end of the parking lot, since my "home" was in a campground 8 miles away.They were friendly , parts available and it was nice to be able to talk with them and they knew what I was talking about without having to explain what I was looking for, because clearly they had some mechanical knowledge.It's nice to know if your hundreds of miles away and visiting a small town at there is a NAPA dealer in town, it's like having a extra auto policy and peace of mind to go with it!Big thumbs up for this shop and the guys there!!Wish I could do more for the thx.

Had the parts I needed, but when I returned for additional parts they were closed. I showed up at 4pm and the sign showed they closed later. It was still ok. The service was great.

I was nearly stranded with a car battery that wouldn't hold a charge. They had exactly what I needed and let me borrow some tools to get it installed. Thanks guys, you saved the day!

This place is great ! Had our radiator blow , not only did they sell us the radiator but hooked us up on where to take it close by . And delivered the radiator there for us !!!

Dirty. Nothing priced. Wasn't greeted when I went in. Place needs a lot of work. Whole stop mall was falling apart and under kept.

Small town NAPA with very limited selection. Had to go to Maggie Valley for simple parts.
