These guys are awesome! Went to the shop for advice on new tires and wheels and Zay did a great job answering all of my questions. Ordered new wheels, saved me money by convincing me to keep the tires I had and everything was completed the next week. The owner, Jeremy, was up front each time I came in to support his guys and gave me a good price for my old wheels in exchange. Also, blacked out my brakes, rotors and offset my wheels which looks amazing. Process was seamless and if you re looking for new wheels, tires and more this is the place to go for great service and pricing.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. First, they have the best price in town for wheels and tires combo!! I shopped around and no one, I repeat, no one can beat their prices!!! The customer service is impeccable. Service is seamless and fast! It literally took less than an hour to get my wheels and tires installed. They even dismantled my old wheels and tires and nicely wrapped them in black bags to prevent my trunk from getting dirty. You guys are rock stars!! You now have a loyal client !!!

Both prices and service here are fantastic. Everyone is so kind and professional, and they do whatever they can to save you money. Ritchie was great to work with, he helped me sort out everything and stayed in touch with me to update me on when my order arrived. I d give way more stars if I could!

They are the most friendly set of guys. I drove from SC and they treated me like family. They made sure I was ok the whole time. My experience with them was over the top plus they got my Mercedes looking sweet. Thanks guys.

This is the first time I am here woth my bent wheel. They are real professionals and worth the money, they are cheaper than other places.they did an excellent job on my wheel, no complaints. the staff is also very polite and attentive. you can shop with them, rest assured.

I once gave them a bad review because of a employee that works for them..But I purchased a set of rims and tires from Kaleb today and he is what is missing in America today... His attitude towards customers and his caring for the business they have..it was a pleasure doing business with them and highly recommend them..

The car looks good and the salesman did a good job finding wheels with this bolt pattern. But I would plan around waiting a while as it took over 3 hours. Could be due to trimming but there was very little trimming done and it cost $300.

I've been dealing with Wheel&Tire Exchange for over 10years now. They are the most knowledgeable group of guys in the 704 as far as I'm concerned. Nobody else touches my vehicles and we have become friends over the years.

i got some tire mounted and balanced .what they chsrged me was good and they didnt take along time to do them .They have excellent customer service this is where my car will go for now on as long as i live .They have a black guy i cant remember his name bit he got me in and out with ease and his customer service is marvelous . I would not recommend taking wheels to this location, I had some custom 3 piece wheels to have tires mounted and balanced and they are 4000.00 wheels. I specifically asked that they be handled with care and not be damaged and the guy explained how the protect the wheel from being damaged. They came back chipped. Typically I don t leave reviews but I ve had two amazing experiences with the guys at this shop and wanted to share. They worked me in both times for tire repairs and wouldn t even let me pay them for their time to plug my tires. Excellent wheels & rim shop with first class customer service ..Angel and crew can assist you with buying good tires and sharp rims to match. A clean place with a comfortable waiting room as well as snack vending machines .All the reps are very professional, personable congenial, and accommodating with no high pressure selling . They carry all the top brands in tires & custom rims in all sizes . .easy access and departure . Get there kinds early this place gets busy . I went to Tire and Wheel Exchange in search of new wheels for my Tundra. They took their time walking through different packages with me. The brought several different wheels outside to look at sizes next to my truck. Once I made my choice, they ordered everything and had me ready to go in under a week. They even went as far as painting my calipers for me when I did not request the service. I would happily use them again.
